Abstract

The standard of health services for health providers is to provide maximum service to patients. Based on the Ministry of Health Number: 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 the waiting time of patients is approximately 60 minutes so we can assume that the management of the average time in the field is 15 minutes the process of retrieving queue numbers, 40 minutes waiting time and checking patients and 25 minutes time prescription retrieval at the pharmacy, with the translation of the allocation time we can develop an Agile development system with Scrum framework. Development using Scrum framework itself is used to overcome the problems of development time and human resources so that the results obtained can be evaluated to determine the level of functionality and effectiveness of the system in terms of user satisfaction and increase the quality of service providers and medical personnel.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has become a major influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in medical records is called electronic medical record. Basically an electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods to collect, store, process, and access patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various medical data sources. Often the problem arises there is no relationship between the respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Although the patient may have a medical examination at a health care provider vary at a certain time. This leads to the same inspection occurring repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. Of the several problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates patient medical records in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records stored in a single database storage. So if one day the patient is registered in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the area, data can be viewed and accessed based on data from the hospital or health care provider who has joined in this system. With this system helps reduce the possibility of misdiagnosis. Keywords: Centralized Medical Record, Data Warehouse and ROLAP

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to improve the current flow of information in the laboratory as it is found to be ineffective to reach the customers. This research is necessary and demanded to be finished as soon as possible as it may affect the product development in Toy Manufacturing company. To solve the information flow problem, it is then initiated the idea to develop a new progress tracking system, which is supposed to be able to provide real-time information to customers and make them able to react faster to problems. Lack of information in the problem could lead to longer development lead time. T The researchconducted during the project was basically involving literature review, online journals review, questionnaire, case study, and discussion. This research covers the whole development process of the system, up to theimplementation and evaluation. The result shows that there is improvement of 42.47% in delivering tracking information to the customers.

Abstract

This research analyzes the level of interviewees’ trustworthiness in giving information during the making of investigation reports in Situbondo Police Station. Searle’s theory of speech acts is used to analyze the data. The level of the interviewees’ trustworthiness is based on the information given by the police officers, which is integrated with the result of the illocutionary act analysis. This qualitative descriptive research produces deep descriptions of the utterances stated by interviewees. Taxonomic analysis proposed by Spreadly is used to classify the data based on the types of illocutionary acts found. Componential analysis is used to reveal the interrelationship between variables. The result of this research reveals that there is a strong relationship between an interviewees’ trustworthiness and kinds of illocutionary acts, and that assertive, which produces a large number of less trustworthy utterances, is the most frequently found illocutionary act.DOI: 10.24071/ijhs.2019.020205
