Abstract

The development of technology in a society is unavoidable. One of the evidences of the development of information technology (IT) is the increasing use of social media in society. Social media facilitate people to convey their ideas, thoughts, information and to disseminate them to others without selection. However, one of the effects of social media is the uncontrollable spread of hoaxes in the midst of society. One of the tasks of librarians in the library activities is to select information sources or, in other words, to be the information gate keeper. In the broader context, the task of librarians is not only to select materials in the library but also to provide knowledge, understanding and skills to public in receiving, selecting and using good, correct and useful information. Therefore, information and media literacy and knowledge and skills in using information technology are prerequisites or must- have skills for today’s librarians.

Abstract

As a producer of lettuce plants, the company X (as a case object)  needs to improve the information system more effectively and efficiently in order to support the increase of production. Therefore, it is necessary to build a management information system that provides information quickly and accurately. The implementation of this research using Waterfall Method. This research begins with the analysis of the needs of all users, then designing data flow diagrams, designing databases using SQL, entity relationship diagrams, normalization, the latter is the design of information structures including user interfaces. After that done programming activities using PHP programming language. This app is verified and validated. The information needs of the company are as follows: There are four parties as users of the information system; Information should be submitted and accessible as soon as possible; The manager can view the information of each division; To each division and vice versa; Managers can monitor the service level of marketing division and division of production; Each division can manage data; There needs to be model information about the agenda of each division. The app provides a shared menu for admins and users. Users are managers, marketing divisions, production divisions, and home packaging divisions. Each user has the same menu ie homepage, schedule, and reports. As for the manager plus menu monitoring. The final application prototype gives users satisfactory results. Each user is also given a menu to manage the database with features: inserting, searching, editing, and deleting data. The database comes with a dynamic and flexible user interface as a medium of data exchange and information between relevant divisions and media support in decision-making at the managerial level. Keywords— lettuce production,  lettuce production database, production information system

Abstract

BIM is a technology in the field of AEC that is able to simulate all information in a development project into a 3-dimensional model. In the world of construction in Indonesia BIM technology is still very minimal applied to the world of construction. he purpose of this final project is to design a planning model for the Extension of the Bagendang Port Multipurpose Pier in Sampit, Central Kalimantan using software from Aecosim. The results of this study show 3D results from the modeling of the Pier structure. This shows that BIM-based applications in planning and designing a building model can simplify the design analysis process.

The translation utilized backward and upward approach. Following ethic approval, the subjects filled the APAIS instrument one day before the surgery. Construction validity was measured by factor analytic method. The internal consistency was evaluated by Cronbach?s alpha. A total 102 patient (42 men and 60 women) enrolled in this study. Factor analysis showed anxiety scale and similar information in comparison to the original instrument. High reliability Cronbach?s alpha anxiety and need for information scale Indonesian APAIS respectively 0,825 and 0,863. The APAIS scales were independent of sex, previous surgery, type of operation or type of anesthesia. Indonesian APAIS proved to be reliable and valid instrument to measure preoperative anxiety in Indonesian population.

Abstract

Industrial revolution of the 4.0 era, the industry began to touch the virtual world in the form of human, machine, and data connectivity. This term is known as the internet of things. The development of information technology today has an excellent influence on the development of Science. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 marked by this development has made technology one of the tools that can help humans to achieve their goals. Apart from the rapid and rapid development of Information Technology, employees who provide services still do not have an accurate and comprehensive performance measurement system by community expectations and the vision and strategy of the institution's leadership. For this reason, an evaluation technique or method is needed to evaluate the work results of employees, to get maximum results, one of the methods used is a measurement method with the IT Balanced Scorecard approach. The technique itself is a system that has 4 (four) perspective methods at work, while the system is: User Orientation, Company Contribution, Operational Excellence, Maximum. Expectations with a performance measurement system using the IT Balanced Scorecard method to improve the evaluation and assessment system in performance measurement to be able to produce data that can be used in the management process of improving employee performance in institutions in the future.
