Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran adoption of shared experience sebagai mediator terhadap credibility of shared experience, information usefulness dan purchase intention pada pelanggan Traveloka, serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh langsung credibility of shared experience dan information usefulness terhadap purchase intention. Medote yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan tipe analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kausal. Responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik metode non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dari 10 pertanyaan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 24 dengan teknik analisis data Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Credibility of Shared Experience berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Adoption of Shared Experience. Variabel Information Usefulness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Adoption of Shared Experience. Variabel Adoption of Shared Experience berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention.

Abstract

In carrying work, employees can not be separated from communication with fellow all parties of the organization both co-workers, superiors and with subordinates. Communication is one of the right means of improving employee performance. This research focused on Communication and employee performance Information Technology LIPI Bandung. The observation unit for this research is a lecturer from permanent employee Information Technology LIPI Bandung with the total sample is 60 people. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the effect between variables by using application SPSS 22. The result of this study shows that: generally, Communication already performs well. Communication has positive significant to employee performance information technology LIPI

Abstract

This study learns to study the existence of accounting information systems and internal controls on employee performance. The population of this study is the company part of the Internal Control Unit, Business and Product Development, Broadband SBU, Corporate Finance, and HCM & Quality at PT. INTI Persero Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method of 43 respondents consisting of managers and part staff of the Internal Control Unit, Business and Product Development, Broadband SBU, Corporate Finance, HCM & Quality. The data used using primary data and data analysis methods in this study are descriptive methods and verification methods using quantitative. The technique of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires directly to PT. Persero Persero. The statistical test tool used in this study is the classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient coefficient analysis test, Test coefficient of determination and t test The results of this study prove that: 1) Accounting Information Systems against Employee Performance, 2) Internal Control affects Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Indokapur Jaya. The main purpose of this study is to determine the influence of accounting information system of credit sales and accounts receivable to cash receipts at PT Indokapur Jaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method by using quantitative approach. The data used in this study is the primary data. Data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature done by reading and studying books related to the problem. The population used for this research is 30 persons, they consist of finance department, sales department, delivery department, warehouse part, credit section, billing section and receivable part at PT Indokapur Jaya. The result of this research is the accounting information system of credit sales and accounts receivable jointly and significantly affect the cash receipt at PT Indokapur Jaya.

Abstract

Management decision making is expected to provide great benefits in the business world. Management of a company requires a variety of fast information and accuracy needed for various management decisions. Without the support of relevant data and information, the management's decisions at various levels of the organization can be wrong and not according to needs. Phenomena in the field regarding management in decision making do not think about problems that will occur in the future that can harm the company and management to make decisions unilaterally based on the input of information received that is not yet relevant. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of management accounting information systems and organizational structure on management decision-making. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach through data collection techniques with questionnaires that are distributed directly throughout the section heads in PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga. The statistical test instrument used in this study is the Sructural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) assessment. Application of quality management accounting information systems, organizational structure, and management decision making at PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga is in good criteria. The results of this study show 1) There is a significant influence on the quality of management accounting information systems on management decision making. 2) organizational structure has a significant influence on management decision making.

Abstract

Speaking skill is an important part of the curriculum in language teaching, this makes it an important for students to be able to speak English. However, the goal of teaching speaking should improve students’ communicative skills as a way to help students express themselves and learn how to follow the social and cultural rules appropriate in each communication circumstance.Hence, Information Communication Technology (ICT) can be used by the English teacher to enhance students’ English Proficiency, especially speaking skill. Thus, the present study aims at investigating the role of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in speaking class at the first semester of English Students of FKIP UIR which consists of 42 students as sample of this research. The researchers used descriptive method and worked by using questionnaires as an instrument for collecting data. The researchers have found that the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) increases students’ motivation and their speaking performances. It also has great impact on students learning’s effectiveness. In general, students prefered group work activities, free discussion, role play, or students’ presentation. A large number of students declared that their lecturer used technology while teaching speaking. They claimed that using ICThas beneficial and helpful to speak the language. Finally, most students affirmed that the use of ICT developed their speaking skill, increased their knowledge, and creativity. Concerning their attitudes towards their preferable kind of technology that can be used in teaching, some prefer to use laptop/notebook and projector while others enjoyed watching videos.

Abstract

One of the threats of using the e-commerce system in Indonesian business sectors are the lack of goods and/or services information provided in the e-commerce platform, especially the country of origin information. The general standard of information that should be provided to consumers includes price, quality, and other information that can help consumers decide what to buy according to their needs and the quality of goods. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of country of origin information in e-commerce platform based on consumer’s view. We used juridical-empirical research to find out how the implementation of a regulation. The primary sources were collected by observation method to the e-commerce platforms and survey method to the e-commerce customers. Based on theories and results, we conclude that country of origin information is important and should be provided by the merchants in the e-commerce platform. Providing country of origin information in e-commerce platform may benefit consumers and also may benefit e-commerce providers and merchants. The government needs to issue a new regulation to make e-commerce providers obligated to provide country of origin information for all of the products that their merchant sold. We also suggest the e-commerce providers to voluntarily and consciously requiring merchants selling on the platform to include country of origin information.

Abstract

Rural women have the potential to mobilize herself and her community towards a sovereign and just rural community. However, rural women frequently face form of discrimination that impede them to achieve their maximum potential. In the midst of forest and land degradation, those gender-based discrimination also prevent women from participating in land and forest governance that is vital for the rural community?s livelihood. An example of form of gender-based discrimination experienced by women in several regions in Aceh is discrimination in accessing public information. This article describes and analyses several Aceh women?s experiences in using the rights-based approach on access to information. The women in this article have used the Law on Public Information as the basis for their advocacy towards the land and forest governance in their residential area. These experiences of the rural women have shown shows that women have not only interests upon the information on natural resources, but they also possess capability, perseverance, and will to obtain such information.

Abstract

The research discussed hoax information as an effect of disruptive innovation and how to solve it in society. It applied a qualitative descriptive method with a case study focusing on hoax information of 10 million Chinese workers who came to Indonesia. The research was library research conducted through various sources of literature and journals. Data analysis was carried out by answering the points that were analyzed and cross-checked to other data sources in order to answer the research questions. It is found that living in the millennial changes rapidly; various forms of innovation are born and developed very quickly, and so do the problems and challenges. To prevent the spread of hoax information, some efforts need to be done to understand the process, ethics implementation, law enforcement, and accountability of information.

Abstract

Low consumption of vegetables and fruit causes an increased risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The results showed that the majority of pregnant women (52.9%) rarely consume vegetables and fruit in sufficient quantities as recommended. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education about the importance of vegetables and fruits consumption, one of which is through the Information Motivation Behavioral Skill (IMB) approach. This study aims to determine the effect of health education with the Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) approach to increasing knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women. This research is a quasi-experimental study with pre-post test design with control groups conducted in pregnant women in the city of Bandung with 60 samples using the observation sheet and questionnaire instruments. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The result of this study indicates that there are significant differences in knowledge and patterns of consumption of vegetables and fruit in pregnant women between the control and treatment groups with a p-value<0.05. Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) Health Education Model approach has a role in increasing the knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women.
