Abstract

Management of population administration data of related institutions plays an important role in the process of collecting population data that is relevant and can be a guide for an area that is related to the population census. In this case the population data system is one of the factors that influences population data in the area of Air Kati Village, Lubuklinggau Selatan I District, Lubuklinggau City. Air Kati Urban Village in conducting population data collection still uses manual methods, namely by visiting residents one by one to find out the number of each family head. If the data collection officer comes to a resident's house often experiences obstacles, there is no person or family head in the house. This has become an obstacle for officials in assessing population data to collect data quickly. Based on this observation the author's desire arises to create an information system that can help officers in population data collection in Air Kati village, Lubuklinggau Selatan I District, Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of this study is expected to process the management of population information systems in the data collection that is done quickly and effectively. With the web mobile based population information system design, it can facilitate the admin in inputting administrative data of the family head community in Air Kati Urban Village, reducing the time needed, reducing the possibility of errors in recording and speeding up the search process

Abstract

The development of technology and increasing human needs are two things that influence each other. As one example is the need to purchase art performance ticket using the internet. At present, most printed tickets allow misuse by irresponsible parties, but it also takes longer to get tickets. Therefore a solution is needed to purchase tickets with the website. In addition to making it easy for buyers and organizers, tickets will be accepted quickly. E-Ticketing is a way to document the sales process of a business activity without having to physically issue valuable documents or paper tickets. A website-based ticket art purchase application is needed to make purchasing process easier. The making of this application uses HTML as client-side development, PHP as server-side development, and MySQL as a database. With this application it is expected to help the organizers and buyers in making it easier to get tickets. In the testing phase this application starts from creating an account to getting a ticket going well. Then from the conclusions of the application made with this application, the buyer will get the convenience of getting tickets and buying tickets for events held at school by opening the website that has been provided.

Abstract

Application of information system on the inventory will provide many benefits for the company in developing company in order to improve the company's performance become more effective and efficient. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies, to know overall about inventory items in the company. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the inventory as a resource physical economy that needs to be held and maintained in order to support the process booking goods and sales in progress PT Monier. PT Monier is as a company manufacturers concrete roofing materials with the production system where the process for creating objects with cross-section of fixed. The methods of analysis used is descriptive data analysis method. Engineering data collection with do the observations to the company, conducting interviews, and route the study library with books, the literary, the materials gained during lectures relevant to the problems examined. Research results shows that the control of inventory items It often happens booking of the goods to the supplier in excess inventory and the shortage of supplies. Due to the lack of regard for the State of inventory items. Inventory data input errors often occur more than once for similar goods give rise to errors in reporting. Then the author here attempted to analyze the problems against information systems inventory items and to find solutions to the fore of the existing problems by fixing a system that is less than optimal.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires every business person to upgrade his technology to more sophisticated. Many business people have upgraded their systems to be computerized and even online, one of the business people is in the culinary field. The culinary field which is meant for example is the cafe One thing that can support the quality of ordering in a cafe is the ordering process. In the hover cafe the menu ordering system is still conventional, using a menu book. This of course can be a problem because the menu book used can be damaged or lost so that it can slow down the ordering process, not to mention if the customer requests additional orders, the waiter must come to the customer's table to record additional orders again. The method used in this research is the method of data collection, the method of observation, the method of interviewing, and the method of literature study conducted to obtain accurate data. Then the data are analyzed with SWOT to find out the company's weaknesses and strengths. In describing the flow of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language with a MySQL database as a database. Therefore we need a ordering media that utilizes information technology as a medium for selecting food and beverage (E-Menu) which can provide information about order menu details to facilitate customers in making and ordering food or beverage menus.

Abstract

The current information needs in the business world to be very important in determining the progress of a company. A good activity on a single company or technology is also determined by the available information. PT Lestari Eastern Nuances is a company engaged in the restaurant. The logging system supplies the raw materials of food are running currently still using Microsoft Excel to record incoming and outgoingraw food. The current running system still has many flaws and weaknesses as it takes quite a long time to figure out the amount of supplies of goods raw materials because an admin shed have to calculate the physical stock quantities directly, the occurrence of the difference in the number of requests the raw material with raw material expenses due to miscalculations by admin warehouse, takes a long time to make a request and expense report raw materials causing the company's performance be hampered, the absence of a reminder to remind Admins about the number of warehouse stock of raw materials so that when the raw materials needed by the chef stock no. Based on existing problems then needed a system to help the admin staff stock in managing demand and pengerluaran raw material so that it doesn't happen the difference in stocks of raw materials. The system will be created using the PHP programming language and the Mysql database, the method of analysis PIECES and using a systems development method in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Abstract

Abstract The 5R Action Plan is a method for organizing, managing, and scheduling activities as a whole. To help do this, we need an application that is able to help the company control the workplace conditions. PT Bimasakti Karyaprima intends to update the 5R repair control system application more specifically in the action plan application, where they were previously still computerized to become a computerized application because the reasons for the old system of the 5R Action Plan activities can only be done by certain parties financing and scheduling that have not been certainly. a long time to send information. This study aims to analyze the problems that occur and then propose a system design at PT Bimasakti Karyaprima. Researchers collect data by observing, interviewing, and studying literature. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES analysis. Researchers use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for creating model designs and system designs. The results of this study are a repair control application system that is created using the Codeigniter framework with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. Abstract

Work equipment inventory management at the service division of PT. Arista Sukses Mandiri Jakarta is still done manually using printed forms (for daily checks) and handwritten books (which record every piece of equipment that enters and/or leaves the warehouse), therefore personnel needs more time to carry out these activities. Equipment inventory management must be correct and precise between existing data and the reality in the field, but if it is carried out manually the risk of data error is higher than if it is carried out using a computerized system. Also, using a computerized system in an equipment inventory environment can make the process faster, thus achieving time efficiency. The web-based inventory system was developed by the author (as well as the developer) to solve or at least reduce the problem. The model used in the development of this web-based application system is a waterfall development model with whirlpools for beginners as suggested by Powel et al. This model consists of problem definition, needs analysis, prototype design, implementation, integration/testing, release/maintenance. The final product of research and development written in this paper is a web-based application for work equipment inventory that can make the process faster, precise, and efficient.

Abstract

Information on the list of seminar events and seminar registration which is still done manually results in limited information access being given to the seminar participants, besides the data processing process carried out by the committee becomes less effective and efficient. To solve these problems, an online computerized information system is needed that can provide information related to seminar participant registration, data management, and seminar events. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to facilitate access to information about the seminar event schedule and reduce the risk of recording errors in seminar participant registration. This system is also expected to further accelerate the process of making reports which in turn can help the performance of the seminar committee. The research method used is a survey method involving certain people, especially students. Whereas the system development method (SDLC) is carried out using the waterfall method.

Abstract

Clean water needs in almost all regions in Indonesia became a very important thing nowadays, although the areas not experiencing drought. This is due to existing water is no longer eligible for use as daily life water. In some areas the water have been polluted and certain natural conditions make it difficult for population to get their water. Pandeglang district is one of disadvantaged areas that experiencing problems of clean water needs, although this area has water resources are abundant. To help residents in solving this problem, it will be required an information of water treatment technology that can be widely accessed by residents in the Pandeglang district. By using opensource software applications, the information system for water treatment technology can be developed to provide information of appropriate technology needs for solving the problem of providing clean water in Pandeglang.keywords : information system for technology, clean water management, waste water treatment, environmental technology, hypertext document, free open sourcesoftware (OSS).

Abstract

AbstractIndonesian presidential election campaigns had been held by the candidates and the campaign team respectively from June, 4th-July, 5th 2014. This study was aimed to know the extent of utilization of communication channels both mass media and social media (new media) as source of information, compared with interpersonal communication channel, and how the level of utilization of the information sources by voters during the political campaign influenced the level of political participation in Cibinong. This study had been conducted in September-Oktober 2014 at Sub-District of Cibinong, Bogor Regency. A number of 200 people were chosen as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed with Spearmans Rank correlation test. Results showed that political participation in the engagement of campaigns as well as the surveillance were poor, while the participation in voting was quite good. In the variable of demographic characteristics, a negative significant correlation was found between political affiliation and the campaign engagement and so between the birthplace and voting engagement. On the contrary, the variable of age, income, and education had no correlation with all dimensions of the campaigns engagement. All dimensions of demographic characteristics including sex, birthplace, and environment had a significant negative correlation with political participation. The indicator of sex and birthplace had a significant negative correlation with the amount of source of information use. The in dicator of birthplace also had a significant negative correlation with the frequent of accessing campaign sources of information. The utilization of campaign sources of information had a significant positive correlation with political participation in the dimension of the engagement in the campaign, voting, and surveillance for the election .Keywords: Political participation, source of information use, political campaign
