Abstract

Accounting information system (AIS) is an information system that change the data ofbusinnes transaction become data and financial information that is used for the user. To make thefixed assest datas, it needs a syste where the system is accounting information system (AIS)General Company of Bulog Devision in Central Kalimantan in the process for the greater part stillmanually, which used Microsoft Excel as a counting tool and there is no intergration from journal,ledger, balance report, profit and lose report, equity report/ the change of capital report in theassest reduction counting. So that, it pursues the presentation of financial report because there is apossibility of mistake that happened in the process of writing so that the data of fixed assest notharmony and need a long time and fixed assets to do reduction counting with that condition, itneeds a system that able to solve the problems though the accountant information system (SIA) withassets reduction methode.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode is built with waterfallsoftware development lifecycle by data flow diagram (DFD) and entity relationship diagram (ERD)structured desighn, which is implemented using databasee tool Microsoft SQL server 2000 andsoftware tool visual basic 6.0.Accounting information system (AIS) with assets reduction methode has recording facilitiesaccount code, to see the result of amount of current year capital, fixed assets recording, thecounting of fixed assets with straight line methode with estimate the residue score, journal andledger recording, the output counting result and to prepare and print the recording of jour halevery month and year, reduction recording list, ledger recording, profit and loss recording,balance and equity recording.

Abstract

Currently informarsi system is needed by several large companies. To support some data processing, one of them is employee data processing and employee contract data. Given the existing problems in contract data pengelohan often occurs that the check is not maximal so some data left behind and even neglected impact on the increase in salaries of employees who are late due to contracts that are not handled according to schedule. This study aims to create a web-based RIL application using sms gateway for delivery of contract data reminder information. This research uses SDLC method with Extreme Programming model with stages of planning, designing, coding, testing, implementation and evaluation. SMS gateway is a gateway for information dissemination using SMS. With SMS gateway can spread the message of the serial number automatically and quickly which is directly connected with the database of mobile numbers that have been stored. This can be done by RIL applications in sending reminder information messages to the HRD division as well as employees receiving their contract expiration date information. The result of the research is the user can maximize the checking of contract data so that nothing is left behind and give the report that arranged well and clear

Abstract

Academic information system in an institution is very important for the administration of lectures. The fore need for a system security audit so that the administration runs without obstacles. This audit can be carried out using the COBIT 5 framework, in this research an information security audit was carried out on academic information security. by focusing on the APO12 (Manage Risk), APO13 (Manage Risk), and DSS05 (Manage Security Service) domains. The stages in this research are initiation, planning the assessment, data collection, data validation, process attribute level and reporting the result. The results of this research note that the ability level of APO12 is at level 1, APO13 at level 2 and DSS05 at level 2, which means that the institution has carried out and implemented the information technology process and achieved its objectives. To reach level 3 some recommendations are given to cover the gaps that have been determined in the APO12, APO13 and DSS05 processes.

Abstract

The research discussed power of the tests with non-sample prior information (NSPI) in testing intercept on one-side-hypothesis. The testing is condcuted on a simple regression model (SRM) and multivariate simple regression model (MSRM), and the power of the tests are unrestricted test (UT), restricted test (RT), and preliminary-test test (PTT). The method for choosing the best tests is a maximum power and minimum size. A simulation study and graphical analysis are given using generate and real data. The result showed that the power of the test of the PTT are an alternative choice among the tests on both SRM and MSRM.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large sharia market potential. This is because Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. The market potential is supported by the openness of information via the internet. This study aims to observe trends in information search on the internet about sharia with comparative studies on the genre of "business-industry" with the genre of "book-literature". The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative with the method of a literature study to collect data. The primary data of this study are the trends in sharia information sought by internet users throughout 2019. The results of the study indicate that the trend of information about sharia with the "business-industry" genre is more than the "book-literature" genre. The trend of seeking information about halal is the most trend in both genres, while the trend of finding the least information is information about sharia research.

Abstract

Laut Banda merupakan perairan yang sangat dinamis oleh arus dan gelombang serta rute padat karena termasuk jalur perdagangan internasional yang merupakan bagian dari Alur Laut Kepulauan Indonesia (ALKI III), serta digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan pelayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi fenomena dan karakteristik Eddy yang terjadi di Laut Banda serta menyajikan informasi untuk keselamatan pelayaran berdasarkan kemunculan arus pusaran (Eddy). Pembangunan purwarupa informasi untuk keselamatan pelayaran ini menerapkan metode time series weekly analysis terhadap data komponen arus (U,V) harian level 3 periode tahun 2017 dari HYCOM Archieve. Arah arus dan jumlah kemunculan kejadian Eddy diidentifikasi dan dihitung kemunculannya per minggu. Pemetaan Eddy dilakukan guna memberikan informasi untuk keselamatan pelayaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan selama periode tahun 2017 arus Eddy di Perairan Laut Banda terbentuk sebanyak 85 kejadian dengan 34 kejadian Eddy tipe siklonik dan 51 kejadian Eddy antisiklonik. Titik pusat Eddy yang terjadi di Laut Banda pada kedua tipe Eddy umumnya bergerak sebanyak 0,25 – 2 derajat ke segala arah. Berdasarkan ukuran diameternya semua kejadian Eddy di Laut Banda bertipe Mesoscale Eddies dengan diameter dapat mencapai 50 – 200 kilometer. Diameter Eddy terbesar dengan ukuran 260,39 km, sedangkan diameter Eddy terkecil 74,58 km yang keduanya bertipe antisiklonik. Waktu pelayaran terbaik terhindar dari Eddy antisiklon di Laut Banda adalah pada Musim Peralihan I (Maret - Mei) dan II (September - November).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pustakawan rujukan adalah salah satu layanan yang kerap kali dilupakan oleh pengguna. Namun berbeda halnya dengan pustakawan rujukan yang ada di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Kiprahnya dalam menyuarakan literasi informasi kepada Mahasiswa di Universitas Indonesia, mendapatkan apresiasi yang sangat tinggi baik di dalam dan di luar kampus. Salah satu pegiatnya adalah Bapak Purwono. Keahlian yang dimiliki Bapak Purwono, dirasa penting untuk di dokumentasikan sebagai sumber pengetahuan dengan menggunakan metode oral testimony. Mengingat, Bapak Purwono sudah akan memasuki masa pension. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah kesaksian lisan Bapak Purwono dalam memaksimalkan penggunaan e-resources yang ada di Universitas Indonesia. Bapak Purwono menyediakan jasa pencarian materi bagi dosen dan mahasiswa berbagai jenjang dari mulai diploma hingga doctor. Produk dari penelitian ini berupa laporan tertulis dan rekaman kesaksian lisan (oral testimony) yang diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pustakawan atau mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan di masa depan. Kata Kunci: pustakawan rujukan, oral testimony, purwono, literasi informasi ABSTRACT Reference librarian usually forgotten in Indonesian’s library services. But In University of Indonesia, it become a vitale service. Purwono, have a great achievement in promoting information literacy for lecturer and Student there. Purwono’s Skill is important to be documented, for knowledge preservation with oral testimony method. Because, Purwono will be retire soon. The result of this research shown about oral testimony from Purwono to serve student and lecturer through maximizing the usage of e-resources which University of Indonesia paid. Abstract

Charateristic is personality influenced by motivation that support person to act. So, someone’s personality shows an actiondue to afirm and strong willingness and it scharateristik or vice versa. This time, the most problem of adolescents inIndonesia that consists of 60% adolescents admitted to practive sex and the other that consists of 50% of people living withHIV werethe group isadolescents. The negative consequences of sex behavior which causes an Indonesian teenagerdisrupted opportunities continue study at school, enter the work force, starting become a family and become a member ofsociety as well. The increasing premarital sexual behavior impact on prenancy outsidemarriage.The objective of study was toanalyze of student charateristic on gender,resisdence, relationship and sources of information (parent’s role, friends, andmedia) towards having sexual relations. The study was anlytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this studywere 55 studens of (Darmo Nursing Academy/studend) Medan who are in level 1, level 2 and level 3.Based on the results ofthe study, it was found that the variables significanty the tendence of having sexual intercource were sex (p = 000),residence (p = 000) relatinship (p = 0, 000) and souerce of information (p = 0,000). The most dominant variables ofinfluencing premarital sex are gender, relationship, and sources of information. It is recomended for education authorites toimprove religius curriculum in university so that students are afraid of sin to have premarital sex.
