Abstract: Internet technology is growing rapidly not only in the business world but also in the world of education. The world of education is now widely using technological sophistication and internet-based, such as the process of teaching and learning electronically / known as e-learning. One of the features of e-learning in the teaching and learning process is that it can display material, practice questions, quizzes, or exams electronically. During this time in UKMC, quizzes are often carried out in a conventional manner using paper that will multiply papers that are not used anymore. The purpose of this study is to create an online quiz application for Information Systems students so that lecturers and students can save time in the process and checking. Making an application can help conventional processes be developed by using technology and in real-time. The process of conducting this research starts from Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Testing / Evaluation until finally the final report is made. This research will present a Quiz menu with questions in the form of Multiple Choice and there will be immediately the results of right and wrong answers along with grades and information on whether or not to pass. The results of this study are to reduce the paperless stack and the interaction between students and lecturers is no longer conventional. This research is also a development of the task portal application for Informatics and Information Systems students that was made in the previous year.Abstrak: Teknologi internet semakin berkembang pesat tidak hanya di dunia bisnis saja, tetapi juga di dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan sekarang sudah banyak yang menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi dan berbasis internet, seperti proses belajar mengajar secara elektronik / yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Salah satu fitur e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah dapat menampilkan materi, soal latihan, kuis, ataupun ujian secara elektronik. Selama ini di UKMC, kuis seringkali dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas yang akan memperbanyak kertas-kertas yang tidak digunakan lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi quis online bagi mahasiswa Sistem Informasi agar dosen dan mahasiswa dapat menghemat waktu dalam pengerjaannya dan pengecekannya. Pembuatan aplikasi dapat membantu proses konvensional dapat berkembang dengan menggunakan teknologi dan secara real time. Proses pengerjaan penelitian ini dimulai dari Requirements Planning (Perencanaan Persyaratan), User Design, Konstruksi, dan Testing / Evaluasi hingga yang terakhir adalah pembuatan laporan akhir penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menampilkan suatu menu Kuis dengan soal-soal berupa Pilihan Ganda dan nantinya akan langsung ada hasil jawaban yang benar dan salah beserta nilai dan keterangan lulus atau tidaknya. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengurangi tumpukan kertas (paperless) serta interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen tidak secara konvensional lagi. Penelitian ini juga merupakan pengembangan dari aplikasi portal tugas bagi mahasiswa Informatika dan Sistem Informasi yang telah dibuat di tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract: The web is very popular with internet users, because it makes it easy for internet users to search and search for information. Web information system for educational institutions is used as a means to provide, in addition it is used as conducting lecture activities, storing lecture process data and so on. The information that is accessed is very diverse, one of which is for students and lecturers supporting courses is to open an academic portal, collect lecture assignments and create assignments in the form of Information Systems.Existing task collection Web portal, still rarely used by lecturers and students as a media to collect assignments, in fact there are already several features in the existing portal including storing student and lecturer data that teaches, setting the task collection limit, entering the assignment name , etc. Unfortunately the display is not yet user friendly (the display cannot adjust to the device that accesses it automatically) so that if opened on a smartphone, the menu display and writing become smaller, causing menu selection to be more difficult.The results of this study are the construction of a lecture assignment application for students of Informatics and Information Systems that are user friendly. By using this application, students are able to view assignments and collect assignments online while lecturers are able to provide and download assignments online and in real time. Abstrak: Web cepat sekali populer di lingkungan pengguna internet, karena memberikan kemudahan pada pengguna internet untuk melakukan penelusuran dan pencarian informasi. Web sistem informasi untuk lembaga pendidikan digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memberikan, selain itu digunakan sebagai melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan perkuliahan, penyimpanan data proses perkuliahan dan sebagainya. Informasi yang diakses sangat beragam, salah satunya bagi para mahasiswa dan dosen pengampu mata kuliah adalah membuka portal akademik, pengumpulan tugas kuliahnya dan pembuatan tugas yang berbentuk Sistem Informasi. Portal Web pengumpulan tugas yang sudah ada, masih jarang digunakan oleh para dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai media mengumpulkan tugas, sebenarnya sudah ada beberapa fitur pada portal yang sudah ada diantaranya penyimpanan data-data mahasiswa dan dosen yang mengajar, pengaturan batas pengumpulan tugas, memasukan nama tugas, dll. Sayangnya tampilan yang ada belum user friendly (tampilan belum bisa menyesuaikan dengan perangkat yang mengakses secara otomatis) sehingga jika dibuka di smartphone, tampilan menu dan tulisannya menjadi lebih kecil, sehingga menyebabkan pemilihan menu menjadi lebih sulit. Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dibangunnya aplikasi pengumpulan tugas kuliah bagi mahasiswa Informatika dan Sistem Informasi yang user friendly. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini, mahasiswa mampu melihat tugas dan mengumpulkan tugas secara online sedangkan dosen mampu memberikan dan men-download tugas secara online dan real time.

Inventory is an activity that aims to manage the inventory of office or company assets owned. Inventory information systems have been widely used or developed in a place with a variety of technologies and systems. The problems that exist in YASTI (Tarbiyah Islamiyah Foundation) are the absence of a special, comprehensive and integrated Information System regarding the management of inventory data which often results in data redundancy (multiple data) between institutions and foundations. Also, requests for submission of goods that seem slow conveyed that can affect student service in providing facilities. According to the author, one of the best solutions to the above problems is the need for an inventory information system and in designing the system, an enterprise architecture inventory information system model is needed to minimize failure when implementing the system while running as needed. the modeling used UML diagrams, the analytical method in this study uses the Zachman framework which provides a foundation in helping provide the basic structure of the organization so that it can help design and develop an organization's information system. The design of the system generated in the Zachman framework will be a web-based inventory information system that can be used for information service issues. Nowadays almost all aspects in human life influenced by information technology. Almost all devices used by human were controlled by computer systems. Lot of investments were made, with not much of evaluation and feedback of the gained benefits were reported. This study tries to figure out how Information Technology is evaluated, approaches that been done, and critics for continually improvement. Review is started with IT-paradox, followed by IT-success, IT-values, IT-evaluations, IT-adoptions, and IT-management. Manuscript is ended with critics and discussion, implications, and conclusion.

The development of information technology is growing rapidly in many fields that provide convenience for every unit in every organizations, institutions and individuals in activities and efforts that will be undertaken to make the technology as an important element that influencing the business processes. Using the appropriate information technology will provide great benefits on any unit that implement them. In this study focusing on the design of a GIS (geographic information system) that is used to map the potential for coastal areas that will contribute for the best economic development in potential areas of the region that accordance with the state of the environment and support the resources of nature and local society. The right information will make it easier for investors to provide appropriate funding to support the region and to develop the local economy according to its ability.

Open Government is one of the main roads for accelerating development and ensuring sustainable development.One of the strategies to encourage open government is by implementing what is the mandate of the Law on public information openness well.For citizens, this law means a guarantee to citizens to obtain public information in order to increase their active role in governance.As for government institutions, the law provides the obligation to government institutions to open access to public information, actively (without preceded by the request), and passively (with the request by the requestor) to the community.However, when citizens try to access the public information, it is not uncommon for the answer to be obtained is "This is the system", "The procedure is like this", "I am not authorized".This is the background of research on how collaboration among local government institutions in Padang Panjang Municipality in realizing public information openness.With qualitative descriptive method, through the analysis of data in ethics and emic found that Local Government of Padang Panjang Municipality developed collaboration among government institutions that marked by the cooperation, interaction, compromise of some related elements to encourage public information openness.One of the ways implemented by Local Government of Padang Panjang Municipality is by the establishment of Management Officer of Information and Documentation or Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) or consisting of Main PPID (PPID Utama) and Asssisytance PPID (PPID Pembantu).For the future, it is required a clear Standard Operating Procedure for the local government work unit to network each other in encouraging the openness of public information, so the impression that the responsibility of creating public information openness in Padang Panjang Municipality is only a function of PPID can be eliminated.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan (1) tata cara guru mengajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali (2) media pembelajaran berbasis ICT bisa meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali, (3) pendapat siswa kelas X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis ICT untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menyimak pidarta basa Bali. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja. Objek penelitian adalah proses pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dan peningkatan kemampuan siswa menyimak pidarta basa Bali. Ada tiga tahap yang di lakukan dalam metode pengumpulan data antara lain, metode observasi, tes, dan angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) teknik guru mengajar menggunakan media berbasis ICT sudah sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran, media ini berupa power point, gambar, video, suara, itu yang membuat siswa semangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. (2) media berbasis ICT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyimak pidarta bahasa Bali, hal ini bisa di lihat dari peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I yaitu 73,86 menjadi 79,96 pada siklus II. Jadi dari penggunaan media berbasis ICT dapat meningkat menjadi 6,1% (3) siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap proses pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis ICT, hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan skor rerata pada siklus I yaitu 25,46 dan 28,06 pada siklus II. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode data deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif.Â Kata kunci: berbasis ICT, menyimak, pidato bahasa Bali

Competence and expertise improvement of accounting students in the global era are inevitable. Competition, particularly among accountants accross countries has now become a phenomenon to face from domestic professionals’ view point. Yet, this recent regional dynamic appears to bring little awareness on accounting students. The current research aims to test the influence of vital Asean Economy Community competition information on the motivation of accounting students in the learning process through experiments oriented toward internal validity reinforcement. The sample obtained were 85 participants accounting students on their second year who had passed the course on Introduction to Accounting.The research aimed to find out how critical information, through motivation, was capable of providing resources and momentum to students as a control perception of their behavior to improve accounting or non-accounting competence. It was expected that the research could provide empirical evidence on accouting students’ motivation related to competition information in the framework of TPB. The results indicate that critical competition information could increase motivation and skills of accounting students. Specifically, the research is expected to contribute in competence-based curriculum development through motivational aspect of competition information and can give suggestions to lecturers of accounting study program on factors affecting the motivation of accounting students in preparing for challenging working world. Peningkatan kompetensi dan keahlian mahasiswa akuntansi di era globalisasi saat ini merupakan suatu keniscayaan yang tidak dapat dielakkan dan harus dilakukan. Saat ini kompetisi khususnya dengan para akuntan dari negara lain sudah menjadi fenomena yang dihadapi. Namun, fakta mengenai kompetisi ini bisa saja belum disadari sepenuhnya oleh para mahasiswa akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh informasi kompetisi vital Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) terhadap motivasi mahasiswa akuntansi dalam proses belajar melalui metode eksperimen yang berorientasi pada penguatan validitas internal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 partisipan mahasiswa akuntansi tahun kedua dan telah lulus mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi. Penelitian ini juga mencoba melihat bagaimana informasi kritikal, melalui motivasi, mampu menyediakan sumberdaya dan daya gerak bagi mahasiswa sebagai wujud persepsi kendali keperilakuan mereka, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi dan non akuntansi mereka. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan bukti empiris mengenai motivasi mahasiswa akuntansi dikaitkan dengan informasi kompetisi yang mereka terima dalam kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi kompetisi kritikal dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keahlian akuntansi para mahasiswa. Penelitian ini secara khusus diharapkan memberikan kontribusi dalam penyusunan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi dengan mempertimbangkan aspek motivasi terkait informasi kompetisi ini dan memberikan masukan kepada seluruh pendidik di perguruan tinggi khususnya program studi akuntansi mengenai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa akuntansi dalam proses belajar dan mempersiapkan diri di dunia kerja yang penuh tantangan.

The government’s accounting information system (AIS) has evolved from a stand-alone system to an AIS by the launch of Sistem Perbendarahaan dan Anggaran Negara (SPAN) in 2014. The new AIS is believed to give a contribution in assisting the government to prepare Central Government Financial Report with an accrual basis. Unfortunately, study on the use of AIS in public sector is still limited. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Integrated Financial Management and Information System (IFMIS) in supporting the government financial reporting in Indonesia. This research uses questionnaire distributed to 230 users of government’s IFMIS owned by the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia. This study found that the use of IFMIS in Indonesia is effective in supporting government financial reporting as indicated by user satisfactions. The most influential factor on the user satisfaction and system benefit as a measure of the effectiveness of IFMIS is the quality of information.Sistem informasi akuntansi pemerintahan mengalami evolusi dari sistem yang berdiri sendiri menjadi sistem yang terpadu melalui peluncuran Sistem Perbendaharaan dan Anggaran Negara (SPAN) tahun 2014. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan yang baru ini memiliki peran penting dalam membantu pemerintah dalam menyusun Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat berbasis akrual. Namun, sayangnya penelitian terkait sistem informasi pada sektor publik masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan pengelolaan keuangan terpadu dalam mendukung proses pelaporan keuangan pemerintah pusat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner kepada 230 pengguna sistem informasi terpadu yakni SPAN milik Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sistem informasi terpadu pada pemerintahan di Indonesia telah efektif dalam mendukung pelaporan keuangan pemerintah yang ditunjukkan dengan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat sistem sebagai ukuran efektivitas sistem informasi adalah kualitas informasi.
