Abstract

Customer satisfaction is  keywords for a company running in service to achieve its competitive advantage. A bank as one of service companies is also insisted to improve the quality of service to win the tight competition nowday. PT Bank Jateng, a bank belonging to central java province has tried to do its best in serving the customers. Many have been done to improve the service quality to the customers. Based on the mystery shopper done, there are still many weaknessess in many sides of services to be improved. They are in customer service, teller, ATM and restroom services. Many suggestions are as follows: quick and easy procedure of service, quick and thorough customer acceptance, responsive in handling customers’s complaints, always ready to serve at any time, knowledge and capability of staffs, the numbers of seats provided, cleaning restroom dan other facilities and entertainment and information media in waiting room.Keywords: customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, mystery shopperCustomer satisfaction is  keywords for a company running in service to achieve its competitive advantage. Abstract

Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi CRM perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler adalah usaha menurunkan jumlah pelanggan yang berhenti menggunakan layanan perusahaan dan pindah ke perusahaan kompetitor (churn/ loyalitas pelanggan). Divisi CRM perusahaan perlu mengetahui dan memahami pola perilaku churn pelanggannya, serta memprediksi apakah pelanggan-pelanggan aktif yang dimiliki saat ini akan churn di masa depan. Desain implementasi data mining decision tree pada prediksi loyalitas pelanggan terdiri dua tahapan yaitu tahap pembangunan model dan tahap prediksi churn. Tehnik data mining yang digunakan adalah  algoritma decision tree, karena algoritma ini menghasilkan pohon keputusan yang merupakan representasi logika-logika keputusan mengapa suatu pelanggan diprediksi akan churn dan mengapa suatu pelanggan diprediksi tidak akan churn. Data historis pelanggan yang akan digunakan untuk membangun model prediksi, digunakan data window yang berawal dari bulan Januari 2010 sampai bulan Maret 2010, time lag pada April 2010, serta forecasting window pada bulan Mei 2010. Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh model prediksi yang dibangun adalah 70,94 %. Dengan akurasi memprediksi non churn sebesar 71,31% dan akurasi memprediksi churn sebesar 58,02%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa performansi model prediksi churn cukup baik. Tingkat akurasi prediksi churn yang lebih rendah membuktikan bahwa memprediksi pelanggan yang churn lebih sulit daripada memprediksi pelanggan yang tidak churn.Kata kunci : CRM, Loyalitas Pelanggan/ Churn, Data Mining, Decision Tree

Abstract

Job shop scheduling adalah model permasalahan penjadwalan pekerjaan manufaktur yang bertujuan memperoleh total waktu pengerjaan (makespan) minimum. Permasalahan ini bersifat NP-hard sehingga untuk tingkat kesulitan yang semakin tinggi, sangat sulit untuk menemukan solusi optimal dari sebuah kasus job shop scheduling. Solusi dari permasalahan job shop scheduling ini dapat ditemukan dengan menggunakan sebuah penjadwal (scheduler) dengan kemampuan komputasi tertentu. Perkembangan sistem komputasi dewasa ini bergerak ke arah komputasi terdistribusi sehingga sistem penjadwalan berkembang mengikutinya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membangun sistem multiagent untuk mengimplementasikan penjadwalan terdistribusi pada permasalahan job shop scheduling. Sistem multiagent ini memiliki kemampuan penalaran dan pembelajaran untuk dapat menentukan solusi terbaik untuk permasalahan yang berbeda secara otomatis. Sistem ini menggunakan case-based reasoning sebagai penalarannya dan reinforcement learning sebagai pembelajarannya.Setelah membangun dan menguji sistem multiagent dengan case-based  reasoning dan reinforcement learning ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa sistem multiagent dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan job shop scheduling dan dapat belajar untuk menghasilkan solusi yang optimal untuk setiap kasus.Keyword : Multiagent, Case-Based Reasoning, Reinforcement Learning, Jobshop Scheduling

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze about behavior banking employees in using information techonology in Semarang. The behavioral used in this study concerns on computer self efficacy, computer anxiety and attitudes toward computers . This study evaluate to relationship between computer self efficacy with attitudes toward computers and the relationship between computer anxiety  with attitudes toward computers. This study’s goal is to know the effect of computer self efficacy with attitudes toward computers and the effect of computer anxiety with  attitudes toward computer. This study uses survey method, that is by using questionnaires amounting 104 to be sample. Statistic tool used is reliability and validity test to examine whether the questionnaires used are valid and realiable. Pearson correlation is used to examine the relationship between variables and simple regression to examine the effect among variables. To help its statistic and the analysis, the current study uses MS Excel and SPSS version 10 program. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that there is relationship between computer self efficacy and attitudes toward computers banking employees in using information technology in Semarang, there is indicate with r pearson correlation 0.918 and significany value less then 0.05. It is concluded that there is relationship between computer anxiety and attitudes toward computers banking employees in using information technology in Semarang, there is indicate with r pearson correlation -0.962 and significany value less then 0.05. It is concluded that there is effect between computer self efficacy on to attitudes toward computers banking employees in using information technology in Semarang, there is indicate with r determination R Square 84.3% (0.843) and significany value less then 0.05. It is concluded that there is effect between computer anxiety on to attitudes toward computers banking employees in using information technology in Semarang, there is indicate with r determination R Square 92.5% (0.925) and significany value less then 0.05. Abstract

Saat ini teknologi komputer tidak hanya digunakan untuk pengolahan data saja. Tetapi teknologi komputer dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan (control) peralatan, salah satunya adalah pengatur perangkat listrik ruangan, sehingga kita dapat mengontrol perangkat tersebut dengan menggunakan jaringan (network) TCP/IP. Dengan pengendali perangkat listrik ruangan ini, kita dapat mengelola sumber daya listrik pada suatu gedung lebih efisien atau lebih hemat. Prototipe perangkat pengendali listrik ruangan ini menggunakan fasilitas port paralel komputer dan gunakan metode posisi sedikit dari biner. Prototipe aplikasi ini dapat mengelola listrik ruangan di dalam gedung sebanyak 40 ruangan yang terbagi 4. Kata Kunci: Efisiensi, Biaya Opersional, Controller, Port Parallel, dan TCP/IP

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah yaitu teknologi, motif religius, dan kualitas layanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk mengumpulkan data.Kuesioner dibagikan kepada nasabah aktif bank syariah di Kota Semarang yang terdiri dari 100 responden.Data dianalisa menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengevaluasi kuesioner dan menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dari variabel tersebut.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa teknologi, motif religius, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah. The objective of the study was to investigate several factorswhich influenced the customersto select sharia/ Islamic bank, they weretechnology, religious motivation, and service quality. Abstract

Purpose of this research to find out the ROA, DER, EPS, PER, DPS , interest rates, and exchange rates to shares. This study used manufacturing sample companies that are widely available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. Sample 38 companies with purposive sampling method. This study uses SPSS. The results of the study were the ROA, DER, DPS, interest rates, and exchange rates, affect insignificant the share price. While EPS and PER are significant against the share price.

Abstract

Finding emperical evidence dealt with good university governance to higher education performance is the main purpose of the current research. Survey is method used in the research. Sample used in the research is higher education lecturers in Semarang. Sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Multiple linier regression with SPSS program is used to analyse data. Findings of the research are analised and described so that they can give information related to research variable. Research findings proved that transparancy, responsibility and fairness signifcantly affected to higher education performance. Therefore,  for accountability and independency variables, the relation was not significant. The research findings gave empirical evidence that good university governance had effect on higher education performance. Therefore, higher education institutions should apply good university governance to improve their performance.
