Abstract

Karisma bookstore Serpong Giant Branch is a branch of the PT. Karisma Mediatamascript now engaged in the retail sale of products includes all kinds of books,magazines, school supplies and office appliances.In the procurement of products Bookstores Serpong supply Karisma Giant Branch ofthe Central Office, while for the procurement of supplies magazine products directlyfrom suppliers with the approval of headquarters and provided counter placement.Until now the administration system for receiving goods counter at Giant BranchBookstores Karisma Serpong still are semi computer, only using Microsoftapplications Micrsoft Word and Excel. By using this application processing and dataentry is too complicated so that the data double frequent, complex searches of dataand preparing reports semi-automatic.In order to overcome the existing problems we need a good information system,practical and computerization are expected to improve efficiency and effectiveness inthe process of collecting data and preparing reports, the authors propose solving theproblem by creating an information system in order to solve these problems.

Abstract

Today's increasingly rampant activities of mountain climbing conducted by theteenagers, both sons and putrid. The frequency of these activities will appearprominently on each long vacation in high school and college students. Mountainclimbing is one sport in the wild adventure that must have technical knowledge aboutthe terrain, climbing lane, weather, and how to preserve life in the wild.Mountain climbing is not a recreational activity and entertainment, because iteliminates a human life at risk. Disaster that claimed the lives climbers frequentlyoccur, whether caused by natural factors or if the human factor itself. Especially forthose who do not have specialist knowledge in sport climbing. In this case,preparation is needed before doing this mountaineering activities.Application is made to provide information about the mountain climbing guide. Thisapplication was built using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 with the intention that thisapplication can display the character of the user interface or in other words can beunderstood easily by the user.

This causes various problems, such as the limited number of brochures areavailable as well as new product information could not immediately known, becausethe brochures of the products concerned are not yet available.By using Microsoft Visual Basic author makes the presentation of informationproducts Page. Electrolux Indonesia, which is expected to assist in explaining thetasks of selling a product information to prospective customers. Presentation of theinformation displayed in the form of product data and pictures, plus a search modulethat allows you to search for a product the goods in question.

Abstract

Along with the n ecessity of learning methods and concepts for more effective and efficient utilization of information technology for education becomes more inevitable. The concept which was then known as E- learning had an impact in the transformation process into a digital form of conventional education, both in contents (contents) and the system.  Through the existence of distance learning  E-learning is expected to get the best solutions in learning and meet the needs of society, especially students to become effective and efficient, especially in the education sector.  Based on these needs, the authors are interested in creating E - learning is a dynamic and interactive learning media as much, especially for students majoring in computer science with information systems use MySQL database. Abstract
