Abstract

On line monitoring in distribution system suppose to keep the operation safe and reliable. It is connected measuring sensor that placed in nodes. To minimize great cost of sensors placement, state estimator is needed. This paper proposes online state estimator using neural network. Neural network distribution state estimation solves voltage estimation by using learning approach from power flow patterns. K-matrix distribution power flow is used as analysis method. Detailed information and position of network utility is displayed by Geographic Information System (GIS), control can easily do. NNDSE was design and test for single and three phase network. The results show that NNDSE reduce sensor almost 50%.

Abstract

The entire of land parcel in Indonesia is estimated 130million. Only about 45million land, parcels or not more than 35% of all is certified. Because of that, Government make a program called PTSL (Systematic Land Registration) to register land parcels within an area of villages. In this case, information is supporting the implementation of PTSL programme. The information formed of subject/object land parcels and with its boundary. Such information is created above the base map obtained from the process of aerial photoshoot using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and the collection of information through the participation of the community (Pemetaan Partisipatif). Location of the research at Pojok Village, Sukoharjo Regency. This research produced a base map formed from process orthophoto, Land Information Maps (PIBT) from Pemetaan Partisipatif and evaluating about area tolerance (KL=±0,5√L) from field measurement and result digitasi. From the results is known the information of subject/object land parcels as well as total of rice field land parcels is 615 parcels (128,598ha) and yards land parcels is 1,443 parcels (69,378ha). This information is useful for the preparation of land registry. In evaluating areas, 39 sampel accepted in area tolerance KL=±0,5√L. So, PIBT considered becomes a Land Parcels Map (PBT).

Abstract

This research purpose to find out groundwater quality and environmental pollution that has occurred in aquifer of Sukolilo, Surabaya, East Java. Vertical Electrical Sounding is a geoelectric method to measure the resistivity of the rocks. This instruments is used to obtain subsurface information about aquifer depth.  Water quality tester is used to know water quality by measuring acidity, conductivity, salinity, Oxidation Reduction Potential, and Total Dissolved Solid parameter. The result shows that aquifer has about 3.17 m thickness and lied at 0.45 to 3.62 m with lithology of alluvium. Lithology changes toward the north shown by different depth of the layers of rock. There has been sea water intrusion in groundwater aquifer at Sukolilo area. It was shown by high salinity and high Total Dissolved Solid parameter of some water samples with the higher values approaching sea. Therefore, it can be concluded that water from the unconfined aquifer in Sukolilo was polluted and not worthy for consumption.

Abstract

The learning strategy used by PAI educators or teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Genteng is an information search strategy using smartphones and utilizing wifi availability and smartphone ownership by students. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data using several techniques, namely observation, interview or interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation, this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection uses techniques, observation, interview or interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis (data reduction, implementation, and drawing conclusions). Checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation. The application of this strategy to PAI learning is indeed able to optimize the use of smartphones as a learning medium and can increase student activity in learning with evidence that students are able to provide information related to memorization or presentations more smoothly. Supporting factors for this strategy are the availability of wifi networks in schools and smartphone ownership by each student, while for each obstacle that is the lack of enthusiasm of students, rowdy students and wifi networks that suddenly have problems, the PAI teacher has prepared solutions that can be used to overcome obstacles so that learning can still run as it should. Abstract

This article aims to describe the problems of integrating ICT in learning Indonesian in schools. This study uses observation and open interviews. The school, which became the object of this study is MTsN 3 Banyuwangi. After observation and interviews can be known that ICT can not be optimally integrated in the learning process. Many teachers who do not understand how to innovate ICT to support learning effective and engaging for students. Therefore in this article also presented innovative solutions are offered to be used in solving the problem of integration and the development of ICT, especially in learning Indonesian. Learning innovations included the power point Internet-based learning, facebook based learning, learning, berbagis youtube, email-based learning, learning-based pages, and blogs based learning.

Abstract

Evaluation of information system performance is needed to get an overview of the ease of end-users in utilizing a new technology. This study aims to evaluate the performance of information systems in a state-owned company (PT PLN Madya Langsa) based on an end-user perspective that is separated into two categories: employees and managers. The level of employee satisfaction (primary user) is measured using EUCS (aspect of: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction). The manager's satisfaction level (secondary user) is measured by using IT BSC (aspect of: company contribution, user, operational excellence, and future orientation). The evaluation on the primary user showed that it was low at 25.6%, moderate at 56.64% and high at 18%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information systems is 72.9% of the results expected by users. Meanwhile, evaluation on the secondary user obtained the following results: low at 10.5%, moderate 84.2% and high at 5.3%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information system was 92.8% of the results that is expected by users. This study also discusses why there are differences in the percentage of primary user satisfaction compare to the secondary user and provides suggestions how to improve the level of satisfaction of the end users in the future.

Abstract

Elections of regional heads is the local election process is based on a majority vote. While voting (voting) is one of the stages of elections. A common problem that occurs in the general election that the election and the collection of voters who still use manual way. In this final project designed an election system by taking these problems. The system designed is a system of e-voting. E-voting system is a method of polling / voting by electronic media and the Internet, making it easier and speed up the selection process. The system can be minimized by using e-KTP and fingerprint identification as data validation as well as a web-based information that is easily accessible to users and the public in obtaining information related to the implementation of e-voting.

Abstract

Water environmental factors that greatly affect the survival and growth of catfish include temperature and water pH with pH range of 6.5-8 and temperature of 250C-300C. The monitoring and measurement are still done manually by catfish farmers to get the temperature and pH parameter values without knowing the exact value of these measurements. According to those problems, this final project provides an information system on monitoring the water quality of catfish pond to facilitate monitoring, namely by using a device that is remotely controlled in real-time, and contains sensors needed for measurement so that it can measure the parameters from a different place. Each node in each pond contains a measurement system using a DS18B20 temperature sensor and a SEN0161 pH sensor that can measure temperature and pH. The system is using a method with several stages, namely the stages of design, implementation and testing. The measurement results from the temperature sensor and pH sensor are displayed on the web page in the form of graphs and tables.

Abstract

The Ledug Block is one of the areas in TAHURA R Soerjo which is experiencing fire. The fire causes the existing land cover to change or decrease, with the reduced land cover, the land will be easily exposed to surface runoff. This study aims to calculate the erosion rate in the TAHURA R Soerjo Ledug Block using the USLE equation, visual presentation of erosion using the Goegraphic Information System (GIS). This research was conducted in December 2018 in the rehabilitation area of Tahura R Soerjo Priug Ledug Block, Pasuruan. The method used is the Geographic Information System (GIS) whose data is sourced from calculations with the USLE method. The results of the study are the rain erosivity index (R) obtained from the month rainfall in 2018. The soil at the study site in each SUL is dusty clay. The vegetation in the research location in each SUL is in the form of bushes and added to SUL 3 there are several trees. The average erosion rate is 0.034 tons / ha / year. Erosion hazard classes that occur at the research location are included in class I (very mild). Enriching the land cover by planting trees with tree stands needs to be done so that the land is tightly closed and better withstand surface runoff.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui kerjasama dengan MGMP Matematika SMP dan SMA Lombok Barat. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para guru anggota MGMP seperti belum optimal dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, kurangnya pemahanan dan kemampuan guru di bidang IT, dan kurangnya sarana informasi yang bisa diakses oleh para siswa dan guru terkait informasi mata pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kemampuan guru dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ICT, mengoperasikan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT, dan kemampuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran sudah baik. Namun kemampuan guru matematika SMA lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan guru matematika SMP. Abstract: This activity was carried out in collaboration with the West Lombok Middle and High School Mathematics Teacher Consultation Group. The aim is to solve the problems faced by TCG member teachers such as not optimal in the use of instructional media, lack of understanding and ability of teachers in the ICT field, and lack of information facilities that can be accessed by students and teachers regarding subject information. Based on the results of the implementation of the teacher's ability to make ICT-based learning devices, operate ICT-based learning media, and the ability to develop learning media is good. However, the ability of high school mathematics teachers is higher than the ability of junior high school mathematics teachers.
