SIG menjadi satu disiplin ilmu yang berkembang pesat saat ini ditengah pesatnya teknologi pemetaan khususnya bidang kesehatan terkait dengan sebaran suatu penyakit, seperti sebaran kasus DBD. Penelitian ini menggunakan study time series, tahun 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data sebaran DBD dan data penggunaan lahan dari BPS, BMKG dan BPS. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini selain menggunakan GPS juga memanfaatkan software ArcGIS 10.1. Sebaran kasus DBD mengelompok di wilayah pemukiman. Dan kondisi klimatologi (suhu dan curah hujan) mendukung perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes Aegypty. Namun, variabel yang diteliti tidak dapat diuji korelasinya karena dalam penelitian ini hanya penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bisa dikembangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya, dengan metode analitik untuk menguji korelasi antar variabel penelitian serta pengembangan sistem kewaspadaan dini KLB DBD.Kata kunci: DBD, Dinamika lingkungan, multi temporal analisis, spasial, SIG

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

The result of UNICEF report showed that Indonesia has high percentage on early marriage inthe world, Indonesia was in 37th rank from 63 country. One of district in Jember regency whichhas the highest mark in early marriage is Sukowono district. There were 411 mate whomarriage in early age. The effort to reduce the amount of early marriage was by maturation ofthe age marriage which hold by information and conselling center for adolescent (PIK-R). Theactivity of PIK-R in effort on Maturation of marriage age by giving information, but this activityonly give to the members of PIK-R. It caused most of adolescent didn't know more aboutmaturation of marriage age. The purpose of this research was to know effort of healthpromotion on maturation of the marriage age by PIK-R based precede proceed theory. Thisresearch design used Qualitative research based on the result showed that most of society inSukowono district did early marriage because their parents were match them, so their familygave support to do early marriage. The effort of maturationof the marriage age which washold by PIK-R consist of planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning of PIK-R consistof target determined, content, media, advocacy and regulacy. The implementation of PIK-Rwas hold by giving information to the society about maturation of the marriage age, butevaluation from implementation was not suitable with planning.Keywords : Health promotion on maturation of the age marriage, PIK-R, Precedeproceedtheory.

Hepatitis A is an inflammation of the liver disease caused by Hepatitis A virus. Jember was an area that often became endemic of Hepatitis A. The aim of this study was to describe the spread of Hepatitis A and the spreading pattern of the risk of hepatitis A in 2013 by using a Geographic Information System (GIS). This type of research uses descriptive method. Risk factor of Hepatitis A studied clean live and healthy behavior, defecation behavior, clean water access, family privy, waste management, number of street food corner, and population density. There are two types of maps that will be produced Hepatitis A case maps and Hepatitis A risk factor maps. The technique of data analysis used grading, scoring and calculation of the strength of the infection. The risk level is divided into three classes, namely high (score 1), moderate (score 2) and low (score 3). The results showed that there were 183 cases of Hepatitis A were recorded from medical records of RSD dr. Soebandi, RSD Balung, RS Bina Sehat and RS Jember Klinik in 2013, 27% (51 people) are in the age range 21-30 years, whereas 115 male sex. Areas that have cases with high category Sumbersari and Patrang subdistrict. An area that has Hepatitis A infection strength with high category Silo and Kaliwates subdistrict. The difference Hepatitis A case maps and Hepatitis A risk factor maps becaused low hygiene of food handle and inexact food management. Obstetric and neonatal services of Health Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJSKesehatan) is effort to ensure and protect the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum,postpartum hemorrhage treatment of miscarriage, and birth control services afterpostpartum in first-level health facilities. Obstetric and neonatal care costs at first-levelhealth facilities can be claimed on BPJS Kesehatan, but on the implementation of deliveryclaims submission made by the first-level health facilities to BPJS Kesehatan delayed filingclaims and many files are incomplete. The research objective is to create a model ofdelivery claims information system. This study used research and development method,prototype is used for the design of information systems which the stage consists of datacollection to determine the need for data and information through in-depth interviews withmidwives, Sumbersari health center, Jember District Health Office, and BPJS KesehatanJember Branch Office, then followed with the information system design and validationstage of the delivery claim information system. Output produced were flowchart, contextdiagram, data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram of delivery claims informationsystem.Keywords: information system, delivery claims

The fundamental role of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in organizations was a processor of accounting data to produce quality accounting information to support the company's internal activities, which had a significant correlation with the external. By the purposive sampling method, this study aims to analyze the impact of Education and Training Programs, Involvement of System Users, and Human Resources (HR) Competence on the Quality of Accounting Information Systems at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Jember Branch, since there were ineffective process in selling application, by the late of manager approval and the network problem. The population in this study were all of employees who use Information Systems at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Jember Branch. The method used was multiple regression, the data collection technique was questionnaire, and the result showed that the variable Education and Training Program significantly influences the quality of the AIS, System User Involvement variable significantly influences the quality of SIA, and HR competency variable significantly influences the quality of SIA and the coefficient of determination (R2) of all independent variables strongly explained the dependent variable.

MSMEs are required to be able to provide information related to financial position and changes in financial position that are useful in making decisions. Based on the results of interviews, several small and medium enterprises in the city of Denpasar still experience difficulties in preparing financial reports for the purposes of measuring the performance of small and medium enterprises. A good accounting information system is needed to facilitate MSMEs in preparing financial reports, one of which is for the purposes of measuring the performance of MSMEs. in this study will examine the effect of the application of accounting information systems and company categories on the ability to compile financial reports of small and medium enterprises in BALI, Denpasar city. The sample in the study amounted to 100 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. As a result, the application of the accounting information system has a positive effect on the ability to measure the performance of small and medium enterprises in Denpasar, Bali and the category of small and medium enterprises has no effect on the ability to measure the performance of small and medium enterprises in Denpasar. the city of BALI.

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based e-commerce information system using a Content Management System (CMS) that can provide informative information, make transactions online, and expand market coverage. The system is built using CMS WordPress. The method used in system development is a prototype method with the system modeling language used is Unified Modelling Language (UML).
