Abstract

Abstract Pertambahan penduduk setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan akibat adanya pergerakan. Sehingga, berimplikasi terhadap kebutuhan transportasi. Perkembangan lonjakan ekonomi yang kian tinggi juga berdampak pada pertambahan angka kendaraan yang signifikan. Dampaknya adalah kemacetan yang dapat mempengaruhi berbagai macam aktvitas masyarakat terutama pada pendapatan masyarakat, sehingga penting untuk mengkaji potensi daerah rawan kemacetan di Kota Medan berbasis Geography Information System (GIS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi pustaka dan di dukung data-data sekunder untuk memperkuat analisis penelitian, kemudian dianalisis secara dekskriptif. Dari pemetaan daerah yang dilakukan, didapati bahwa tingginya angka kemacetan di Kota Medan disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap tertib lalu lintas. Selain itu, juga didapati keluar masuknya anak sekolah, masyarakat yang tidak patuh pada aturan parkir kendaraan serta titik rawan kemacetan lainnya terdapat pada lintasan kereta api.Kata kunci: Peta, Potensi Kemacetan, GISPopulation growth increases every year due to movement. Thus, it has implications for transportation needs. The development of an increasingly high economic boom also had an impact on the significant increase in vehicle numbers. The impact is congestion that can affect various kinds of community activities, especially on community income, so it is important to examine the potential for congestion-prone areas in Medan based on the Geography Information System (GIS). The research method used is literature study and supported by secondary data to strengthen research analysis, then analyzed descriptively. From the mapping of the area carried out, it was found that the high number of congestion in the city of Medan was caused by the lack of public awareness of the orderly traffic. In addition, also found the entry and exit of school children, people who do not comply with vehicle parking rules and other congestion-prone points are found on the train track. Key words: Map, Potential Congestion, GIS

Abstract

People with diabetes mellitus must take responsibility for their own care to improve their quality of life. People with diabetes mellitus often need a set of services and support ranging from glucose monitoring, insulin and other treatment management, psychotherapy and social support, physical activity, nutritional counseling and others. Diabetes mellitus patients can play a more active role in treating their diabetes with health information technology. This literature review uses the PRISMA statement as a guide to search for research articles from two databases, Ebsco and Scopus. The results of the analysis of nine selected research articles indicate that information technology provides patient education and support for patients with diabetes mellitus. Information technology has been used to improve the quality of care for patients with diabetes mellitus, enable health workers to more effectively manage patients and to help patients manage their own illnesses so that research and related publications are needed to improve the care of patients with diabetes mellitus at home.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: Penderita diabetes mellitus harus bertanggung jawab atas perawatan mereka sendiri untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Penderita diabetes mellitus seringkali membutuhkan seperangkat layanan dan dukungan mulai dari pemantauan glukosa, insulin dan manajemen pengobatan lainnya, psikoterapi dan dukungan sosial, aktivitas fisik, konseling gizi dan lain-lain. Pasien diabetes mellitus bisa memainkan peran lebih aktif dalam perawatan diabetesnya dengan teknologi informasi kesehatan. Kajian pustaka ini menggunakan PRISMA statement sebagai panduan pencarian artikel penelitian dari dua database yaitu Ebsco dan Scopus. Hasil analisis sembilan artikel penelitian terpilih menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi memberikan pasien pendidikan dan dukungan pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Teknologi informasi telah digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas asuhan pasien diabetes mellitus,   memungkinkan tenaga kesehatan lebih efektif mengelola pasien dan untuk membantu pasien mengelola sendiri penyakitnya sehingga penelitian dan publikasi terkait diperlukan untuk meningkatkan perawatan pasien diabetes mellitus di rumah.

Abstract

SIAKAD is a website based information system assessment application that holds academic data of an educational institution. SIAKAD SDIT Robbani was created to help the assessment process of students, both in the form of public and religious subjects. With this investigation is expected to facilitate the assessment process at the school Rabbani. For that, testing is required to know whether the system can run as expected or not. Software Testing was conducted using black-box testing. The software testing method uses a Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) because the assessment has the minimum and maximum constraints of an inputted value. The test results show the scoring system has not been able to fulfil expectations because there is no limit value so the random value will remain stored by the system. This can result in incorrect information generated by the SIAKAD.

Abstract

Making a Geographical Information System for the Location of Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) in Musirawas, Lubuklinggau, and North Musirawas based on Mobile Web, the community, still has difficulty in finding the location for gas stations, especially people outside the region who also do not know the mileage so that they have the potential to run out of fuel and the community also does not know the types of fuel available at the gas station so that you have the potential to get lost when looking for a gas station location. This research uses data collection methods, by observing and recording directly at the research site (observation), conducting a direct question and answer with the resource (interview) and documentation by reading existing books and literature. The results of the geographic information system design for the location of gas station stations (SPBU) in Musirawas, Lubuklinggau, and North Musirawas based on Web Mobile was made by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and making program listings using the Adobe Dreamweaver application. The system created by this user can select the closest gas station menu directly by pressing the button where the nearest gas station is located so that the closest gas station location where you are will appear. Information on gas stations can also be known with information which is located according to the location of the gas stations chosen, and users can provide feedback in the form of comments or suggestions for improvements to the gas stations.

Abstract

Tourism and information technology are two things that are currently interrelated. The use of information technology in the tourism sector is very influential in its current development. One of the information technologies approaches used is the information system regarding tourist destinations in Indonesia. The use of the information system is used to make it easy for media users to access information about tourist destinations. All kinds of information conveyed from destinations, routes, attractions, facilities, and others are combined into one information system. In this paper, we present an information system landscape of indonesia tourism destination. We review information system usage for tourism destination. We show that the use of the information system for tourist location destinations can continue to be developed to get the trust of its users, starting from the facilities in the system, to the benefits of its use such as ease of search, ordering or reservation, and others. Finally, we present open problems for future research recommendations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design a decision support system for providing business facilities for street vendors using the web-based Simple Additive Weighting method. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are by observation, literature study and interviews that have a close relationship with the main problem and the system development method used is the waterfall system development method. From the results of the research conducted found that the subjectivity of decision-making assistance is only determined based on the evaluation of the data that is owned and does not have definite criteria so that decision-making assistance has not found maximum results. Decision support system for providing business facilities for street vendors using the Simple Additive Weighting method produces sub-criteria aspects and sub-criteria values, namely aspects of the residence, income aspects and aspects of dependents of school children, each criterion has an attribute to be used as a reference for granting assessment help.

Abstract

Lancang Kuning University Mapping and Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) was implemented from 2008 with the establishment of the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) and Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) at the Faculty level with the aim of creating a quality culture in the Lancang Kuning University Academic Community, in the process of implementing the internal quality assurance system at the quality assurance agency, it has also carried out Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) once a year to guarantee the quality culture that has been implemented, but in the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation the Quality Assurance Agency always experiences obstacles such as technical, technical and recording data during activities and also in document archiving because there is no media that can be utilized in managing monitoring and evaluation while the application of information technology and resources already exists. With the use of information technology in the application of computerized based applications for filing and presenting data needs, it is expected to help the academics more quickly and precisely in processing data monitoring and evaluation as well as a means of implementing accreditation by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). It is expected that with the development of applications in the management of monitoring and evaluation by completing the System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC) method in the problem analysis phase, the application that is built can improve the quality of monitoring and evaluation in data processing that is well integrated and can be utilized at any time by Lancang Kuning University academic community.

Abstract

PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa is a company engaged in car accessories installation services. The speed in the production process and the quality of products produced become the main value to compete with competitors. But to achieve the desired quality there are still problems that are experienced, first reject the unit of production and second, there is a cripple unit (no part), which is the unit in the production process. Still, the stock parts are exhausted in the warehouse so that accessories cannot be installed. The existing problems if not handled quickly and precisely cause a decrease in productivity. The installation service company has been given a maximum target lead time of 1 unit (car) for 3 hours. To overcome this problem, a monitoring application system/program is needed, which monitors the unit's production conditions directly so that when an obstacle occurs, it can be effectively dealt with. This application program is created using the waterfall method, which has the manufacturing stages starting from Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration and Testing, Operation and Maintenance. The programming languages used are HTML, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL as a database, and Sublime Text Editor as an editor. The purpose of making the application program is to monitor the unit production directly against problems that occur and produce data that is used to evaluate employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to design the information system of fiber optic core management based on Android at PT.Telkom Kebumen. This study used qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and literature study that related to research. The software development method used waterfall. The problem of the research result are data processing of core management still using Ms.Excel so that the data received by technicians is not accurate because the data changes and data additions are slowly, and to looking for data is too difficult because the data that saved  on Ms.Excel is too much. There are suggestions that submitted, designing a new information system that can help the job so that can be more effective and  efficient. By utilizing the advanced android technology which owned by  all technicians.
