Abstract

AbstrakEkstraksi  informasi  merupakan suatu bidang ilmu untuk pengolahan bahasa alami, dengan cara mengubah teks tidak terstruktur menjadi informasi dalam bentuk terstruktur. Berbagai jenis informasi di Internet ditransmisikan secara tidak terstruktur melalui website, menyebabkan munculnya kebutuhan akan suatu teknologi untuk menganalisa teks dan menemukan pengetahuan yang relevan dalam bentuk informasi terstruktur. Contoh informasi tidak terstruktur adalah informasi utama yang ada pada konten halaman web. Bermacam pendekatan untuk ekstraksi informasi telah dikembangkan oleh berbagai peneliti, baik menggunakan metode manual atau otomatis, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya terkait akurasi dan kecepatan ekstraksi. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan suatu penerapan pendekatan ekstraksi informasi dengan mengkombinasikan pendekatan bootstrapping dengan Ontology-based Information Extraction (OBIE). Pendekatan bootstrapping dengan menggunakan sedikit contoh data berlabel, digunakan untuk memimalkan keterlibatan manusia dalam proses ekstraksi informasi, sedangkan penggunakan panduan ontologi untuk mengekstraksi classes (kelas), properties dan instance digunakan untuk menyediakan konten semantik untuk web semantik. Pengkombinasian kedua pendekatan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatan kecepatan proses ekstraksi dan akurasi hasil ekstraksi. Studi kasus untuk penerapan sistem ekstraksi informasi menggunakan dataset “LonelyPlanet”. Kata kunci—Ekstraksi informasi, ontologi, bootstrapping, Ontology-Based Information Extraction, OBIE, kinerja Abstract Information extraction is a field study of natural language processing by converting unstructured text into structured information. Several types of information on the Internet is transmitted through unstructured information via websites, led to emergence of the need a technology to analyze text and found relevant knowledge into structured information. For example of unstructured information is existing main information on the content of web pages. Various approaches  for information extraction have been developed by many researchers, either using manual or automatic method, but still need to be improved performance related accuracy and speed of extraction. This research proposed an approach of information extraction that combines bootstrapping approach with Ontology-Based Information Extraction (OBIE). Bootstrapping approach using small seed of labelled data, is used to minimize human intervention on information extraction process, while the use of guide ontology for extracting classes, properties and instances, using for provide semantic content for semantic web. Combining both approaches expected to increase speed of extraction process and accuracy of extraction results. Abstract

FAQs are mostly provided on the company's website to inform their service and product. It's just that the FAQ is usually less interactive and presents too much information that is less practical. Chatbot can be used as an alternative in providing FAQ. In this study, chatbots were developed for BTPN in providing information about their products, namely Jenius. Chatbot developed utilizes natural language processing so that the system can understand user queries in the form of natural language. The cosine similarity algorithm is used to find similarities between queries and patterns in the knowledge base. Patterns with the highest cosine values are considered to be most similar to user queries. It's just that, this algorithm does not pay attention to the structure of the sentence so that it adds checking the structure of the sentence with the parse tree to give weight to the pattern. This chatbot application has been tested by 10 users and it was found that the suitability of the answers with user input was 84%. Therefore the chatbot developed can be used by BTPN to provide Jenius product information to consumers more interactively and practically.

Abstract

Along with the increasing development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), there has been a change in the learning approach method. Methods of face-to-face learning (conventional) and classrooms as implementation have now changed. The ilearning method approach has turned into the direction of future learning or as a learning age of knowledge. In the world of education, information becomes a vital need to support teaching and learning activities. In the online learning system that applied to iLearning+ information needs become critical needs therein. But in reality, the delivery of information is not done online, but with current information such as the delivery of information is done in an intermediary between lecturers and students, which must be done face to face so get a piece of information. So in that event, a system is needed to be able to convey information with a Web-based system so that delivery can be done online and can be accessed anytime and anywhere without being limited by time and space. In this study, using the literature review research method as a comparison material on existing research.

Abstract

Hospitals are important institution in organizing health system in Indonesia. Because of its important role, it is crucial to ensure the data credibility. Therefore, protected by law, hospitals obliged to maintain their system information. This study conducted adopting Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable. This study was held in Bantul Regional General Hospital using cross sectional approach. Population of this study is all staff who are identified to be involved in the use of hospital management information system in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul General Hospital as much as 325 staff. Sample were taken using proportionate stratified random sampling as much as 85 staff. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using chi square and Mann Whitney test. Univariate analysis showed not good perceived benefit (58,8%), good perceived ease of use (52,9%) and not good attitude of using (69,4%). Bivariate analysis showed variables affecting utilization of hospitals management information system are perceived benefit (p=0,001), perceived ease of use (p=0,018) and attitude of using (p=0,021). Multivariate analysis showed the most affecting variables towards utilization of hospitals management information system are perceived benefit (p=0,008) and perceived of ease use (p=0,049).

Abstract

Background: Dengue is a viral infection transmitted by mosquitoes that continue to be a significant health challenge in many tropical and subtropical countries. So far, Geographic Information System (GIS) in the health sector contributed to disease prevention, especially for visualization of the disease case. GIS is one of the important tools in spatial epidemiology to assist identification and spatial analysis of the target disease intervention. This article summarizes the use of GIS to assess risk factors for DHF, and how efficient the use of GIS in facilitating the improvement of disease surveillance systems for the prevention and control of diseases. Methods: This paper was developed using a descriptive approach, conducted in September and December 2019. The primary data used in this research were from ScienceDirect databased by collecting some studies that assess the risk of dengue using GIS applications. Results: The results of reviews of research in several countries which use GIS applications in assessing the risk of dengue incidence, ie, in Swat, Pakistan evaluated the impact of the slope, population density, and the distance to the river through GIS applications. Then in Seremban and Putrajaya, Malaysia implemented a participatory approach to identify the spatial risk of dengue in the community. Research in Lahore, Pakistan, analyzed the risk of dengue. Study in Colombia conducted GWR to evaluate the association between socioeconomic factors and the environment with dengue fever incidence. Recently, research in Taiwan integrated GIS to detect the correlation between population density and the possibility of human contact with mosquitoes. Conclusions: Based on the results of the review, it can be drawn that asses the dengue risk with GIS applications is highly relevant because it can determine the factors which affect the incidence of dengue. Besides, it can determine the spatial correlation between risk factors and the incidence of dengue, as well as to evaluate the impact of the dengue occurrence.

Abstract

SIG menjadi satu disiplin ilmu yang berkembang pesat saat ini ditengah pesatnya teknologi pemetaan khususnya bidang kesehatan terkait dengan sebaran suatu penyakit, seperti sebaran kasus DBD. Penelitian ini menggunakan study time series, tahun 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data sebaran DBD dan data penggunaan lahan dari BPS, BMKG dan BPS. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini selain menggunakan GPS juga memanfaatkan software ArcGIS 10.1. Sebaran kasus DBD mengelompok di wilayah pemukiman. Dan kondisi klimatologi (suhu dan curah hujan) mendukung perkembangbiakan nyamuk Aedes Aegypty. Namun, variabel yang diteliti tidak dapat diuji korelasinya karena dalam penelitian ini hanya penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini bisa dikembangkan oleh peneliti selanjutnya, dengan metode analitik untuk menguji korelasi antar variabel penelitian serta pengembangan sistem kewaspadaan dini KLB DBD.Kata kunci: DBD, Dinamika lingkungan, multi temporal analisis, spasial, SIG

Abstract

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

Abstract

The result of UNICEF report showed that Indonesia has high percentage on early marriage inthe world, Indonesia was in 37th rank from 63 country. One of district in Jember regency whichhas the highest mark in early marriage is Sukowono district. There were 411 mate whomarriage in early age. The effort to reduce the amount of early marriage was by maturation ofthe age marriage which hold by information and conselling center for adolescent (PIK-R). Theactivity of PIK-R in effort on Maturation of marriage age by giving information, but this activityonly give to the members of PIK-R. It caused most of adolescent didn't know more aboutmaturation of marriage age. The purpose of this research was to know effort of healthpromotion on maturation of the marriage age by PIK-R based precede proceed theory. Thisresearch design used Qualitative research based on the result showed that most of society inSukowono district did early marriage because their parents were match them, so their familygave support to do early marriage. The effort of maturationof the marriage age which washold by PIK-R consist of planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning of PIK-R consistof target determined, content, media, advocacy and regulacy. The implementation of PIK-Rwas hold by giving information to the society about maturation of the marriage age, butevaluation from implementation was not suitable with planning.Keywords : Health promotion on maturation of the age marriage, PIK-R, Precedeproceedtheory.
