Abstract

The Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a place where students who have the same interests and hobbies gather in a university. Univ. Labuhan Batu is a private university in Rantau Prapat which has 5 SMEs, at the time of registration, prospective SME members visit the UKM booths that have been opened by UKM management, besides that there are several other obstacles such as UKM Univ. Labuhan Batu is recorded manually only from the Student side of the Univ. Labuhan Batu, which contains the name of the PIC, date of activity, number, name of SME, place, start, finish, a number of attendance, meeting to, information, also material data that is not neatly arranged, as well as monthly report collection. In order to support the recording of activities in terms of attendance, members, and materials taught to the registration of SME members, the researchers created a web-based SME information system using the Rational Unified Process method, in this study using black-box testing. RUP is a method that uses the concept of object-oriented and has activities that focus on model development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is an information system that can be used by SMEs, SME members, and the student body of Univ. Labuhan Batu makes it easy to collect attendance information, member data, activity data, materials, and announcements. and has activities that focus on model development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This shows that the low interest of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan students in using the library as a source of learning. It should be learned not only in the study room, but it is very important to develop knowledge by reading a lot of books in the library. And the inhibiting factors for student interest are low student interest in reading, the location of the library is too far from the classroom, facilities in the library very limited, library collection that uses a lot of old books..

Abstract

Sustainable forest management can be achieved through an assessment of forest health. The tree damage assessment aims to measure the level of disturbance in the trees so that in the end forest conditions can be detected and decision making by forest managers can be carried out appropriately. This study aims to assess tree damage in several forest functions. The use of the Geographic Information System (GIS) is vital, where the distribution of tree damage conditions can be spatially determined, so that it can be described properly. The results of the analysis showed 17 conservation forests for healthy trees, 30 medium trees and 105 damaged trees. 51 production forests for healthy trees, 82 medium trees and 128 damaged trees. There are 75 medium trees and 56 damaged trees. The health condition of trees in several forest functions is in a damaged condition and needs attention from forest managers. There needs to be action by the manager in the form of maintenance such as pruning, silencing and fertilizing as well as harvesting actions with the right timing.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 48. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely responsibility, work facilities, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The influence of the variable X3 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 on X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0,005 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 on Y is significant. The influence of the variable X4 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X4 on Y is significant. The influence of variable X1 to X4 has a P-Values value of 0.039 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.017 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 on Y is significant. The influence of variable X2 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.006 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence of X2 on X4 is significant. Abstract

The existence of law universities is very essential in producing law graduates who are expected to be able to become professional law enforcement officers. This is because the law college is the only educational institution that provides legal education both holistically and integrally. It is hoped that law graduates produced by law universities will be able to fill professional positions that are only carried out by professional law graduates such as prosecutors, advocates, curators, judges, and notaries. In reality, the goal of law colleges in producing professional law graduates has not been fully realized. There are still law graduates who are printed by law colleges who are considered to have failed to become professional law enforcers. In recent years, many law enforcers have doubted their integrity. Legal universities are responsible for producing law graduates with an image and integrity based on Pancasila. In addition to integrity issues, law universities are also required to encourage the development of national law in the era of information technology. Given, the process of development of the times is certainly unavoidable. This study aims to answer two problem formulations, namely: how are law universities as printers of professional and integrity law graduates based on Pancasila both in the education system and practice?; and, what is the role of law universities in the development of national law in the era of information technology? This paper uses a juridical-normative approach in providing an overview of law universities in producing law graduates with integrity in the era of information technology.
