Abstract

Abstrak- Sistem penjualan boneka di asrama boneka selama ini dilakukan dengan cara bekerja sama dengan toko-toko boneka dan pedagang boneka di kaki lima yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam memasarkan boneka tersebut sehingga dinilai kurang efektif dan efesien. Lambatnya perkembangan penjualan karena kurangnya promosi Asrama Boneka kepada masyarakat sehingga tidak semua kalangan masyarakat mengenal perusahaan ini. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem infomasi penjualan berbasis web atau internet yang dapat membantu dalam memasarkan boneka sehingga transaksi penjualan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dimana saja dan kapan saja oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Tujuan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan boneka ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang boneka yang dipasarkan secara detail kepada calon pembeli sehingga mempermudah calon pembeli mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan; lebih memperkenalkan asrama boneka kepada semua kalangan masyarakat sehingga dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Penjualan, Web Abstract- Sales system in a dorm dolls doll has been done by working together with shops and traders stuffed doll in the sidewalk that takes a long time in the doll market that is considered less effective and efficient. The slow development of sales due to lack of promotion Dormitory doll to the public so that not all people know this company. Therefore needed a web-based sales information system or the internet that can help in marketing the doll so that the transaction can be done quickly anywhere and anytime by all circles of society. The development objective of this doll sales information system is to provide information about the dolls marketed in detail to prospective buyers making it easier for potential buyers to get the information needed; introduce boarding doll to all the community so that it can expand your marketing reach with the aim to increase sales. Abstract

Abstrak- Pengolahan akademik dan informasi membutuhkan kecepatan dan keakuratan. untuk mendapatkannya haruslah didukung dengan suatu teknologi informasi yang tepat dan berdaya guna. Perancangan web akademik pada SMK N 5 PEKANBARU salah satu sekolah kejuruan di Pekanbaru yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan keahlian . Hal ini sangat memberikan manfaat yang lebih bagi sekolah, siswa, orang tua siswa dan masyarakat untuk lebih memperkenalkan sekolah ini di mata masyarakat baik dalam maupun luar terutama dalam bidang akademik yang berbasis web sehingga bisa diakses secara real time atau on-line. Abstract

Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pasir Pengaraiann (UPP). Pengabdian berfokus melakukan pelatihan bagaimana membuat aplikasi Geographic Informatin System (GIS) peta digital melalui google maps dengan menggunakan akun API key supaya peta tampil dalam aplikasi yang dibuat. Hal ini sesuai dengan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) yang telah dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning dengan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning Dengan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pasir Pengaraian (UPP) untuk berkolaborasi untuk mewujudkan MBKM (Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka) secara bersama sesuai dengan poin yang disepakati bersama. Abstract

Penerapan aplikasi sistem surat perjalan dinas Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) Provinsi Riau menjadi sebuah kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web dan QR-Code (quick response code). Dengan aplikasi ini maka setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan pegawai sesuai dengan Surat Perjalan Dinas (SPD) yang terintekrasi pada DIPA (Daftar Isian Pelaksanan Anggaran) secara atomasis dan membuat semua dokumen dan laporan terdapat QR-Code untuk autentikasi dokumen secara online ke web sistem perjalanan Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) Provinsi Riau untuk tertib administrasi dan anggaran sesuai dengan mata anggaran pengeluaran (MAK) pada tahun berjalan. Luaran penelitian ini adalah aplikasi surat perjalanan dinas berbasis web, sertifikat HAKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) dan jurnal ilmiah yang terbit pada jurnal internasional, modul bahan ajar yang bisa diterapkan pada matakuliah pemrograman web.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Protection of Women and Childre in dealing with children in legal cases in the jurisdiction of the Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station. The form of online counseling services is an alternative problem solving that makes it easier for people to consult regarding problems within the family. Online counseling services are also a place to respond to any complaints, protect and facilitate the handling of complaints submitted by victims and the public, where the privacy of victims and suspects will be protected according to their rights. The research uses waterfall analysis modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is made using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. The designed application works in accordance with the system design mechanism at the beginning of the research object. The final result of this research is an online consultation application, where on this website the public can fill out a consultation form directly and view information that is directly related to counselors, the Legal Aid Institute, psychologists and therapists from the Women's and Children's Protection Unit Indragiri Hilir Resort Police Station

Abstract

Currently, teachers must be able to utilize learning information technology in the form of online exams. This research will implement an online essay exam which is assisted by using a computer as a tool, better known as the Computer Assisted Test (CAT). The author developed a computer-based exam application for students at SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The exam questions that will be developed are online exam questions that can provide grades automatically. The questions that will be entered into the system are questions in essay form. Automatic scoring is carried out using the Case Folding and Tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming, Analyzing with Cosine similarity assessment stages. Exam participants' answers will also be searched for basic words using the results of extracting the basic words in the answer key and students' answers will be compared using Cosine similarity. The modeling process is carried out by developing existing models by adapting the real-time concept to be planned. The model obtained is the text stemming process and the process of extracting words from the answers carried out on client computers (teachers and students) and processing the answers and comparing the answers with the answer key. The modeling used is Waterfall and the analysis uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system was created using the PHP programming language, MySql database

Abstract

Sales require supervision or monitoring to determine the success achieved. UMKM Melur Laris specializes in selling chicken porridge which currently has more than 22 outlets where the management/owner must monitor or supervise sales developments in order to evaluate the level of sales at all outlets. The sales transaction input process currently carried out is by recording it in a sales report book, then the book is photographed and sent to the WhatsApp group. Every day the leadership recaps the results of sales, expenses, goods brought and leftover goods every day where there are many discrepancies with the results obtained, there is often repetition of data so that the accuracy of the calculations from the sales monitoring results is less accurate. So it is necessary to create an integrated system to help leaders control sales reports at all outlets in real time. As a result of this monitoring, leaders can evaluate sales at each outlet. This research will develop a sales monitoring system by integrating the information system of each outlet. The results of designing an Android-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at outlets so that leaders can monitor the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports at all outlets. The output of this research is OutletKu for monitoring application for the Melur Laris UMKM outlet, a HAKI (Intellectual Property Rights) certificate and a scientific journal published in the accredited national journal SINTA 4, a teaching material module that can be applied to web programming courses.
