Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan serta besarnya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan manajemen penguatan Self Regulation Learning (SRL) regulasi kognisi, regulasi motivasi dan regulasi perilaku terhadap academic burnout. Populasi dalam riset ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif pada perguruan tinggi di wilayah Kota Bima dan Kabupaten Bima. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan adalah 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian dengan kuesioner skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan regulasi kognisi, regulasi motivasi dan regulasi perilaku memiliki berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap academic burnout. yang artinya jika regulasi kognisi, regulasi motivasi dan regulasi perilaku tinggi maka academic burnout yang dialami akan semakin rendah. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa jika regulasi kognisi, regulasi motivasi dan regulasi perilaku tinggi maka academic burnout yang dialami akan semakin rendah.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between cyber pedagogy, digital fatigue, and students' mental health in online learning through the Literature Review (LR) approach. Based on an analysis of the selected literature from 2019 to 2025, it was found that digital burnout and mental health disorders are serious challenges in online education. Cyber pedagogy can reduce psychological distance and strengthen student well-being by balancing structure, dialogue, and learning autonomy. Data was obtained from academic journals and analyzed using content analysis. This research emphasizes the importance of humanistic pedagogical approaches in digital learning design. These findings provide conceptual and practical contributions for educators and policymakers to create a mentally healthy online learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Burnout merupakan kondisi kelelahan fisik dan emosional yang disebabkan oleh stres kerja berkepanjangan dan berulang, terutama dialami oleh pekerja dengan sistem kerja remote. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa dua algoritma machine learning, yaitu Naive Bayes dan Neural Network, dalam memprediksi tingkat burnout berdasarkan data kesehatan pekerja remote. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari situs Kaggle dan terdiri dari 1.114 entri dengan 10 atribut yang mencakup usia, jenis kelamin, pengaturan kerja, jam kerja per minggu, status kesehatan mental, hingga tingkat burnout. Data diuji menggunakan proses klasifikasi setelah melalui tahapan preprocessing, seperti pembersihan data, penanganan nilai hilang, transformasi kategori ke numerik, dan pembagian data menjadi training dan testing dengan rasio 70:30. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Neural Network unggul secara signifikan dengan akurasi mencapai 98,34%, precision dan recall di atas 98% untuk semua kelas, serta F1-score yang sangat tinggi dan seimbang. Sementara itu, Naive Bayes hanya menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 45,84% dan menunjukkan kinerja yang tidak stabil antar kelas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Neural Network lebih tepat digunakan dalam pemodelan prediksi burnout yang melibatkan data dengan hubungan non-linear dan kompleks. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan sistem deteksi dini burnout berbasis kecerdasan buatan untuk mendukung kesehatan mental pekerja remote.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL untuk mengatasi perilaku academic burnout. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 7 Surakarta.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII-E berjumlah 10 peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, Tindakan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling ini menyatakan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL dapat mengatasi perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik. Pada pra siklus menunjukan hasil sebesar 104,4% yang mana perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik masih sangat tinggi, pada siklus I tindakan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL sudah mengalami penurunan dengan hasil sebesar 98,9%. Pada tindakan siklus II peneliti berhasil menekan perilaku academic burnout dengan hasil sebesar 80,2%.Pada tindakan di siklus III peneliti berhasil mengatasi perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik dengan hasil sebesar 52,9%. Hasil tersebut telah dikategorikan rendah sesuai dengan apa yang sudah di targetkan sebelumnya. Melalui hasil akhir tersebut sekaligus membuktikan bahwa kegiatan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik SRL dapat mengatasi perilaku academic.

Abstract

The problem of student learning burnout after the Covid-19 pandemic has become the teacher's duty and obligation to solve it, the teacher must be able to overcome student learning problems. The research aims to find out the strategies of primary school teachers to overcome post-pandemic student learning burnout. The research method uses field research. This research was conducted at SDN Selakopi Kabupaten Bandung Barat in 2021. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using the comparative technique. The results showed that the problem of student learning burnout was caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The conclusion showed that an effort to overcome the problem of student learning burnout, requires teacher readiness, an appropriate curriculum, the availability of learning resources, as well as stable device and network support so that communication between students and teachers can be effective. The contribution of the results can be used as a source of information both theoretically and practically as well as material for consideration, support, and knowledge thinking for teachers in primary schools to overcome the problem of student learning difficulties.

Abstract

The implementation of post-pandemic hybrid learning has created complex challenges for teachers, potentially triggering burnout while schools are tasked with ensuring educator well-being (school well-being). This explanatory quantitative research aims to analyze the interaction between school well-being and teacher burnout in the context of hybrid learning, exploring the role of social support as a protective factor. Primary data was collected through standardized questionnaires from 250 high school teachers in Central Java with at least one year of experience in hybrid learning. The results revealed a significant and strong negative relationship between school well-being and burnout. The key finding of this study is that social support acts as a significant moderator, strengthening the protective effect of school well-being against burnout. Further analysis indicated that support from peers was more dominantly perceived compared to support from supervisors and the institution. This research concludes that investing in building a structured social support system, particularly from school leadership, is a strategic step to maximize the benefits of school well-being in preventing teacher burnout in the hybrid learning era.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Manggis academic year 2022-2023. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of learning burnout among SMA Negeri 1 Manggis students. Learning burnout is a condition in which students are emotionally detached, unmotivated, and have a negative attitude toward the learning process. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collected through questionnaires completed by 244 students from twelfth grade. The questionnaire consists of 30 questions valid with a reliability score of 0.919. The variables examined included emotional dimension, physical dimension, cognitive dimension, and loss of motivation. The research found that students in grades XII have a medium-level category of learning burnout, with a mean score of 80.91. Each indicator in the dimension specifies a different level category. The level showed the respondent experienced learning burnout in all aspects. Factors such as academic performance, learning methods, body condition, family support, and poor social environment are identified as primary causes of learning burnout. This research provides recommendations for school to improve their programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between mental distress and Social Media Fatigue on Learning Burnout   in students who study from home during the Covid 19 pandemic. Participants in the study amounted to 83 male and female students who are actively studying at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was no relationship between the three variables, which means that the hypothesis in this study was rejected. The results in this study also showed a very small number, only around 11%, the effect of mental distress and Social Media Fatigue on learning burnout, which means that during this pandemic, students did not experience high stress and were able to adjust to online learning that took place during the pandemic. because it has become a habit and an obligation that must be done.  Unlike the situation before the pandemic, where online learning is still an option and not a necessity. Keywords: mental distress; Social Media Fatigue; learning burnout   AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adakah untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara mental distress dan Social Media Fatigue terhadap Learning Burnout  pada mahasiswa yang belajar dari rumah pada masa pandemic covid-19. Partisipan dalam penelitian berjumlah 83 mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan yang berstatus aktif kuliah di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara ketiga variabel, yang berarti hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Hasil dalam penelitian ini juga menunjukkan angka yang sangat kecil  hanya sekitar 11% pengaruh variabel mental distress dan social media fatigue terhadap learning burnout, yang berarti pada masa pandemi ini mahasiswa tidak mengalami stres yang tinggi dan sudah bisa menyesuaikan diri dengan pembelajaran online yang berjalan dimasa pandemic karena sudah menjadi kebiasaan dan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan. Berbeda dengan keadaan sebelum pandemi, dimana pembelajaran online masih menjadi pilihan dan bukan keharusan.Katakunci: mental distress; Social Media Fatigue; learning burnout    Copyright ©2022. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberi banyak pengaruh terhadap tatanan kehidupan individu. Situasi ini mengharuskan individu mampu melakukan penyesuaian terhadap kebijakan yang berlaku. Tak terkecuali pada aspek pendidikan. Sebagai upaya preventif penyebaran Covid-19 lebih luas, pemerintah memberlakukan kebijakan pembelajaran dengan jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis daring. Kebijakan ini menjadi alternatif dalam situasi saat ini. Namun hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif terhadap kondisi mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring, diantaranya seperti adanya kondisi burnout dan distres psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara burnout dengan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional, dengan teknik analisis Correlation Product Moment Pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Sampel dari penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik convinience sampling. Dari data penyebaran kuesioner yang diterima melalui google form, diketahui sebanyak 110 partisipan yang ikut serta dalam penelitian ini, yakni mahasiswa aktif UIN Satu Tulungagung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Skala Burnout dengan Cronbach alpha’s 0,911 dan Skala Distres Psikologis dengan Cronbach Alpha’s 0,911. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil koefisien korelasi rxy= 0,648 dan signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Artinya, bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara burnout dengan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of Hallyu on students' Academic Performance, in addition to that the dominant influence of Hallyu on Academic Performance, whether it has a positive or negative effect. Regarding the effect of Hallyu on academic performance the findings of several earlier studies vary. This study uses respondents from the current era in an effort to boost the value and knowledge associated with the research findings. This study uses descriptive & exploratory methods and hypothesis testing using regression analysis. University Students in the accounting study program and master's program in accounting for the 2020–2023 batch at one of the private universities in Bandung make up the study's population. The respondents have completed tax-related courses, such as international tax, tax planning, and taxation. The number of students in the research sample was 137. Surveys were distributed in order to gather data. The results of the study showed that Hallyu has a positive effect on student academic performance. Hallyu is able to reduce academic burnout in learning, thereby increasing student enthusiasm in learning/undergoing lecture activities. The results of the interviews with the respondents and the T-Test's significance value, which is less than 0.05, demonstrate this.This research can be used as a reference for academics to consider including Hallyu elements (including K-Drama and K-Pop in course materials used in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, for example in case studies regarding tax accounting, international tax, dan tax planning) to increase student interest in attending lectures, so that it is expected to improve student academic performance. This study specifically analyzes whether Hallyu can overcome learning burnout in students, or whether it only takes up study time and reduces students' academic performance.
