Abstract

Elearning and web based information systems is a means to communicate and exchange information for academic purposes. Nowadays lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP) is a state of the art method of choice. With LDAP technologies user only need one username and password to access to multiple web based application, The problem is if the user wanted to do autentification said user had to input their credentials over and over again for each application. To solve that problem single sign on mechanism (SSO) is invented. With SSO user only need login once and they got all the same credentials with them to all intergrated application wthin the campus. To implement the SSO we use Central authentication service (CAS) as a authentifiation central within LDAP structure as a user management. In this reseach we see that single sign on (SSO) system that intergrated into student management system, E-Learning system and Internal blog system both use of database based system or even LDAP based system.

Abstract

Background: GRAPPA or Generalized Auto-calibrating Partially Parallel Acquisitions is a parallel acquisition technique which can reduce the scan time in MRI examination. Aims: This study aims to investigate the effect of the R-factor variation of GRAPPA on image anatomical information quality and to determine the optimization value of GRAPPA e-factor to fasten the scan time with acceptable image information quality. Methods: Eight respondents will perform T2 axial Brain MRI examination with various values of GRAPPA R-factor (1 to 7), evaluation was conducted with questionnaire which was given to 3 radiologists to assess the anatomical structure of the lateral ventricle, thalamus, caudate nucleus, lent form nucleus, internal capsule and background area. Data from respondents were then tested with Spearman test and Friedman test. Results: Statistics test showed that there was significant effect of GRAPPA parallel acquisition technique on the anatomical image information quality of T2 axial Brain MRI (p value of 0,001<0,05) and the correlation direction was negative, in which the higher the value of r-factor GRAPPA used, the lower the quality of anatomical image information. Based on the result of mean rank, image with optimal image anatomical information quality was image with GRAPPA R-factor of 1 (mean rank = 6.01), but image anatomical information quality with GRAPPA R-factor of 3 was acceptable with fast scan time (opinion of 75 % of all radiologists). Conclusion: R-factor at GRAPPA parallel acquisition technique could reduce scan time, but the higher the value of r-factor GRAPPA used, the lower the quality of image anatomical information.

Abstract

Background: Thick Slab is a technique used in the MRCP examination to acquire the image of the biliary system by using oblique slices in taking some parts of the image at different angles. Image quality with a thick slab technique is considered better than the thin slice since the image visualization of the bile ducts system in various parts appear more clearly. Aims: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variation in the number of thick slab on the scan time and image information on the MRCP and determine the most informative image with the most effective scan time as possible. Methods: This study type was an experimental study conducted in St. Elisabeth hospital Semarang. The data were in the form of 90 MRI images of biliary tract of 3 patients with 5 variations of Thick Slab (6, 12, 18, 24, 30). The image assessment was taken by 5 respondents regarding the information of the objects of Right Hepatic Duct, Left Hepatic Duct, Common Hepatic Duct, Pancreatic Duct, Cystic Duct, Common Bile Duct and Gallbladder. Data analysis was conducted by regression test and cross tabulation. Results: The study results showed that there was an effect of varying the amount of thick slab on the scan time. The effect of varying the amount of thick slab on the image information can be seen from the statistical test that there was no effect, however descriptively there was a different on the specific per object. The image of thick slab variation of 12 was an image that had the highest value of information with the mean value of 1,988, the total value of 13.936 and a scan time of 0.46 S so that the most informative image with the most effective scan time was on the thick slab number variation of 12. Conclusion: There was an effect of variation in the number of thick slab on the scan time. More variation of the number of thick slab was followed by an increase in the value of the scan time. But there was no effect of variation in the number of thick slab on the image information, however descriptively there was a different on the specific per object which showed that the highest score for the Right Hepatic Duct, Common Hepatic Duct were in the thick slab of 12 and 30, respectively

Abstract

Introduction: One of family planning program objectives for adolescent are informed the youth about some options that they can undertake in terms of controlling their fertility. For instance, married adolescent women in Indonesia were decide to use contraceptive methods when they already had children, and more common on those who has living child Aims: This study aims to examine the association between information related contraception to youth’s willingness to use contraceptive methods Methods: This study used secondary data from Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2012, specifically on youth sample in Sulawesi region. There were 2,975 never married youth aged 15 – 24 was analyzed. Univariate and multi variate analysis was performed with occupied binary logistic regression models to measure youth intention on contraceptive methods in the future. Results: Female youth were less likely to be more aware to use contraceptive methods in the future comparing to male youth. Youth with some secondary and higher than secondary education have intention to use contraceptive methods when they have a family, compare with those who has lower than secondary school, and also when they got family planning information from watching television. Furthermore, youth who lived in Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and North Sulawesi showed that they want to use contraceptive methods in the future, modern and traditional methods as well. Conclusion: The study result indicate that higher education and better accessibility on family planning information via television give contribution on youth thought in intention to use contraceptive methods in the future when they get married. Besides that, information regarding contraceptive methods should concern with region and custom or culture where youth lived. Knowledge on modern and traditional contraceptive methods also needs to be improved in terms of adding more methods that can be concern in the future for deciding the best methods to choose.

Abstract

Background: Reproductive health education in school seemed less concerned by the Government in Indonesia. Reproductive health was not yet inserted in the curriculum, as a result, it was implemented through the youth center inside the school, like YICC. Participation of stakeholders may contribute for enhancing this YICC,moreover, in decentralisation era in Indonesia today. Furthermore, less research about stakeholder analysis made this research was necessary to do. Aims: To map stakeholders and explore guidelines from potential stakeholders in enhancing reproductive health and ideal marriage education in National Population and Family Planning Board of Indonesia (so-called BKKBN)’s Youth Information and Counselling Center in Jakarta Province, Indonesia. Methodology: This research applied the descriptive qualitative method and used Power versus Interest grid mapping model. 27 organizations were asked in-depth interviewed and Focus Group Discussion with semi-structured questions about their power and interest to YICC in two cities in Jakarta: Center of Jakarta and East of Jakarta. Result: The results were in mapping and guidelines. In mapping stakeholders, from the 27 stakeholders in the mapping model, most of the stakeholders were in the area 3 who were placed by stakeholders in provincial and local level with characterised low power and high interest, while stakeholders in national level placed in area 1 was in high power and low interest. The guidelines recommended actions based on the area on the mapping model. These findings were prominently recommended for inputting the appropriate YICC into the system of the school for the sustainability of the programs. Conclusion: The power versus interest grid model pictured that the engagement of national stakeholders was less than provincial and local stakeholders in YICC. This program should be run under regulations between Ministry of Education and Culture for the sustainability of the YICC programs. Also, the YICC should be continuously monitored in the practical context.
