Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) oriented teaching modules on energy saving material in class VI elementary school which were developed to support the teaching and learning process. The main issue faced is the lack of valid and effective ESD-oriented teaching modules used by teachers. This research offers a solution by developing teaching modules using research and development methods based on 4D models (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Expert first validation showed 96,1% results in the "Very Valid" category, Expert second validation showed 98% results in the "Very Valid" category, Expert third validation showed 98% results in the "Very Valid" category. Apart from that, the response from teaching practitioners (Teacher) to the teaching module showed a score of 92,8% in the "Very Good" category and the students’ response to the learning showed a score of 96,3% in the "Very Good" category. In conclusion, the ESD-oriented teaching module on energy saving material in class VI elementary school is considered very valid and suitable for use in classroom learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract: Penggunaan teknologi dalam pengembangan bahan ajar menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif dan adaptif di era digital. Namun, masih banyak guru sekolah dasar yang belum memiliki keterampilan dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru-guru SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat dalam membuat modul ajar interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif dengan pendekatan praktik langsung, pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil karya guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Canva untuk merancang modul ajar yang komunikatif dan menarik. Guru juga mulai mengoptimalkan fasilitas teknologi yang tersedia di sekolah, seperti laptop dan jaringan internet, untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat literasi digital guru, tetapi juga membuka peluang penerapan model serupa di lingkungan pendidikan dasar lainnya sebagai bagian dari transformasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.            Keywords: Canva; Guru SD; Kompetensi Guru; Literasi Digital; Modul Ajar  Abstrak: The use of technology in the development of teaching materials is an important aspect in supporting effective and adaptive learning in the digital era. However, there are still many elementary school teachers who do not have the skills to design digital-based learning media. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of teachers of SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat in creating interactive teaching modules using the Canva application. The method used is participatory training with a hands-on approach, mentoring, and evaluation of teacher work. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' skills in using Canva to design communicative and interesting teaching modules. Teachers also began to optimise technology facilities available at school, such as laptops and internet networks, to support the learning process. This activity not only strengthens teachers' digital literacy, but also opens up opportunities for implementing similar models in other basic education settings as part of the transformation of technology-based learning. Kata kunci: Canva; Digital Literacy; Primary School Teachers; Teacher Competence; Teaching Module

Abstract

The availability of teaching materials can be one of the supporting factors for the success of the learning process. With teaching materials, students can study competencies in a sequential and systematic manner, allowing them to master all competencies thoroughly. One of the teaching materials used by students in the learning process is the module. Based on this, the development of learning modules is considered important for the success of the learning process. Therefore, this research aims to develop and expand the body of knowledge regarding learning module materials, enabling readers to gain a deeper understanding of learning modules. In this article, the author focuses on development objectives using a library research method, meaning the author seeks to deepen and broaden existing knowledge. A learning module is a specially designed teaching material that is systematic and includes instructions containing learning experiences by organizing subject matter, making it possible to be studied independently or with guidance, thus facilitating learners in their studies. Learning modules have several characteristics that are advantageous, including being self-instructional, self-contained, stand-alone, adaptive, and user-friendly. The development of teaching module materials analyzed by the researcher is essential to pursue, both in theoretical and practical studies, as the learning process is dynamic and must keep pace with the times.s.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesulitan siswa di sekolah dasar dalam memahami pembelajaran matematika ditimbulkan oleh ketidaksesuaian modul pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis etnomatematika pada materi bangun datar kelas II di SDN 42 Mataram, yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang meliputi 5 tahap penelitian yaitu Analyze (Analisis) Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan) Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SDN 42 Mataram dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas II SDN 42 Mataram sebanyak 34 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar angket validasi ahli materi dan media, angket respon guru dan peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah produk modul memenuhi standar validitas dengan persentase penilaian pada tahap validasi media 92,8% dan tahap validasi materi 92% sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Pada tahap uji kepraktisan produk modul telah memenuhi kriteria kepraktisan dengan persentase penilaian uji coba lapangan sebesar 91,9% dari siswa dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan 95% dari guru dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka yang dikembangkan valid dan praktis

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Develop a biology teaching module based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance students' creative thinking skills. (2) Determine the feasibility and idealness of the (PjBL) based biology teaching module in enhancing students' creative thinking. (3) Assess the effectiveness of the (PjBL) based teaching module in improving students' creative thinking. This developmental research follows the Borg and Gall model, consisting of seven stages: initial information gathering, planning, initial product development, limited-scale testing, product revision, large-scale testing, and product revision. The subjects of this study included subject matter experts, biology teachers, design experts, 15 students for limited-scale testing, and 70 students for large-scale testing at SMAN 1 Pringgasela. Data collection techniques involved the used of questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the (PjBL) based biology teaching module is feasible, ideal, and effective for use in the learning process. The feasibility was demonstrated by an average feasibility percentage of 84.52% from subject matter experts, and 86.07% from design experts. These ratings fall under the very feasible and feasible criteria. The idealness of the module was reflected in the average idealness scores of 3,72 from biology teachers and 2,94 from students, categorized as very ideal and ideal. The effectiveness of the teaching module was seen in the average N-Gain score, with the experimental class at 0.62 and the control class at 0.28 on a larger scale. The N-Gain scores suggest moderate effectiveness, categorized as reasonably effective. The average percentage of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) worksheets per group indicated that the worksheets were in the very creative category for enhancing students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan kemampuan numerasi mendasari penelitian ini untuk menemukan solusi dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan serta mengukur tingkat kelayakan dan kepraktisan modul ajar seni rupa berbasis numerasi untuk sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan (Research and Development). Model ADDIE dipilih sebagai model untuk mengembangkan produk melalui lima tahapan yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari angket validasi ahli modul, ahli numerasi serta angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengembangan modul ajar berdasarkan validasi ahli modul memperoleh persentase sebesar 85,3 % dengan kriteria sangat layak dan hasil validasi ahli numerasi memperoleh persentase sebesar 93,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sementara itu, hasil uji respon guru pada tahap implementasi memperoleh persentase sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, modul ajar seni rupa berbasis numerasi yang dikembangkan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan oleh guru sebagai salah satu acuan dalam proses pembelajaran seni rupa dan numerasi di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul pembelajaran etnomatematika yang valid dan praktis, berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak pada materi bangun ruang untuk siswa kelas V, guna memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahap penelitian, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 16 siswa kelas V beserta guru kelasnya, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah produk E-Modul pembelajaran etnomatematika berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak pada materi bangun ruang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 17 Ampenan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi ahli serta angket respons siswa dan guru untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk E-Modul memenuhi standar validitas dengan persentase penilaian validasi media sebesar 94,44% dan validasi materi sebesar 95,55%. Selanjutnya, tahap validasi materi oleh dosen ahli memperoleh persentase 94,72% dan oleh guru sebesar 93,33%, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Pada tahap uji kepraktisan, produk E-Modul memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan persentase penilaian uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 96,25% dan pada uji coba kelompok besar sebesar 92,41% dari siswa serta 97,14% dari guru, sehingga termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan seluruh tahap pengembangan yang telah dilakukan, produk E-Modul etnomatematika berbasis kearifan lokal suku Sasak pada materi bangun ruang untuk kelas V telah teruji valid dan praktis.

Abstract

project aimed at developing and producing a teaching module that meets the criteria of validity, effectiveness, and efficiency. The research design adopts the ADDIE development model, which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 30 fifth-grade students in phase C. Data were collected through lesson implementation observation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaires, and student learning outcome tests. Data analysis involved pretest and posttest results using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests. The research results are as follows: (1) Expert validation from content experts, literacy experts, and cultural experts indicated that the module aligns with the learning objectives in terms of content, language, and literacy-based mathematical culture in elementary schools, achieving an average score of 91% categorized as very valid; (2) The developed module received student responses with an average of 89% and teacher responses of 88%, both interpreted as very practical; (3) Learning using the literacy-based mathematics teaching module integrated with Luwu culture was effective in improving student literacy, with an average N-Gain score of 0.62 (moderate category), lesson implementation reaching 88%, and student activity reaching 91.96%.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and examine the effectiveness of a numeracy teaching module based on an ethnomathematics approach in improving elementary school students' numeracy skills. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The sample consisted of all 35 fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 040 Salulemo. Data were collected through expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, observation of module implementation, and effectiveness testing using paired t-tests and gain analysis. The validation results showed that the module had very good quality and was deemed suitable for use (average expert validation score of 82.33%). The responses from students and teachers indicated that the numeracy module based on the ethnomathematics approach was highly practical (with an average student response score of 86.87% and an average teacher response score of 90.63%). The effectiveness test revealed a significant improvement in students' numeracy skills after using the module, with n-gain scores categorized as moderate to high, indicating that the module was effective in learning. This study contributes theoretically to the development of ethnomathematics-based mathematics education and provides practical benefits as a relevant instructional guide for teachers and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh: bahan ajar e-Modul berbasis masalah yang telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan isi, kelayakan bahasa, kelayakan penyajiam, dan kelayakan kegrafikan sesuai dengan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) dan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan berpikir siswa menggunakan bahan ajar e-Modul berbasis masalah lebih tinggi dari nilai KKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang telah dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Bandar, Perdagangan tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Sampel ditetapkan dengan purposive sampling dengan mengambil satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) e-Modul berbasis masalah pada materi laju reaksi yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria BSNP, dengan pengolahan data yang diperoleh: kelayakan isi = 3,69, kelayakan bahasa = 3,7, kelayakan penyajian = 3,62, dan kelayakan kegrafikan = 3,78 dengan kriteria valid dan tidak perlu revisi; 2) e-Modul berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.
