The rapid advancement of technology and the demands of information progress and the improvement of human life quality. With the rapid advancement of technology, productivity and work efficiency have increased. With so many companies utilizing increasing technology for productivity, one of them is that, because of the many drivers who park in the Parkir Place of Labuhanbatu University, technology is needed that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work in collecting motor vehicle data. This built application was created using tools such as VSC, MySQL, and XAMPP as a database with HTML and PHP programming languages and designed with simple flow and interface design using design methods including context diagram design, data flow diagram, database table structure, and other designs that explain the running flow of parking management applications at Labuhanbatu University Based WEB, so that it can be used easily by employees in speeding up time and analyzing energy.

Many types of businesses currently use information technology media in the form of applications such as the use of software applications (SOFTWARE) on the weighbridge in RAM Pandawa Bulucina in order to make it easier for palm fruit owners and admins or operators who are in their offices to assess transaction reports. This built application, created using Tools such as Visual studio code as a text editor, php and mysql as a programming language and Database by being designed with a simple flow and interface design using design methods including, context diagram design, data flow diagram as other designs that explain the flow of the application.

Sebagian besar masyarakat pengguna jasa belum memahami nilai dari jasa konsultan kontraktor. Lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan kontraktor sangat dinamis, membuat kontraktor harus bisa menggunakan keputusan-keputusan strategis dalam melakukan strategi, memilih partner atau proyek atau juga mitra kerja. Mewujudkan infrastruktur andal tersebut diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan ahli pada bidang konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, guna menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan ahli pada bidang konstruksi, salah satunya perlu dilaksanakannya suatu kegiatan untuk mulai mengenalkan teknologi BIM. Era digital merubah perilaku konsumen dalam mencari produk maupun vendor. Termasuk saat mencari jasa konstruksi, calon konsumen juga menggunakan media digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi dokumentasi yang mengumpulkan data dengan cara membaca jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan judul yang dicari. Dalam pemasaran yang di lakukan PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur yang saat ini bisa dilihat sudah mempunyai website resmi untuk mengetahui profile, contacts dan projects apa saja yang bisa dilihat di website tersebut.

This study was undertaken in order to assess the acquisition of information questions by the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar in academic year 2009/2010. The undertaking of the study was motivated by the fact that information questions are the fundamental basis of good communication skills in English. This study was intended to answer the research question: To what extent is the acquisition of the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar in constructing information question in English. This study made use of an ex-post facto research design. The population of the study was the eleventh grade students of accountancy department which consists of two classes with the total students of 79 altogether. They were considered to have homogeneous characteristic. In this study, only 40 students were determined as the objects by using quota random sampling technique with lottery system. The data obtained in the study which were in the form of raw scores showing the subjects’ acquisition of information questions of the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar, were analyzed with norm reference measure with five standard values. It clearly showed that: (1) there are 5 subjects (12.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got excellent ability in asking information questions in English, (2) there are 11 subjects (27.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got good ability in asking information questions in English. (3) there are 13 subjects (32.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got sufficient ability in asking information questions in English and (4) there are 11 subjects (27.5%) out of 40 subjects under study who got insufficient ability in asking information questions in English. In general these research findings revealed that the acquisition of information questions by the eleventh grade students of SMK Saraswati Denpasar is remarked as good, where the number of subjects who got insufficient acquisition in information questions were under 50% or half of the number of subjects understudy. The number of students who got insufficient acquisition in information questions is only 11 subjects or 27.5% out of 40 subjects understudy. The findings of the study have limited validity and reliability, because it made use of an ex-post facto research design. Therefore, the research findings should be carefully depended upon.

The purpose of this study are: (1) to analyze the system reward on the performanceemployees PT Ellora Bali; (2) to analyze Job Relevant Information (JRI)on the performance employees PT Ellora Bali; (3) to analyze Manager Value Orientation Toward Innovation (VOI Manager)on the performance employees PT Ellora Bali; (4) to analyzeon job satisfaction of performance employees PT Ellora Bali;(5) to elucidate the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of thesystem rewardon the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali; (6) to elucidatethe ruleof job satisfaction in mediating effects of the JRI on the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali ; (7) to elucidate the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of the VOI Manager on the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali.Total population in this study were as many as 78 employees PT Ellora Bali. Data analysis of this study using SPSS for windows 16 and Path Analysis. The results this study showed that: 1) System reward has significant effect on performance employees; 2) JRI has significanteffect on employee performance; 3) VOI Manager has significant effect on employee performance; 4) Job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance; 5) System reward has a significant direct effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction ; 6) JRI has a significant direct effecton employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction; 7) VOI Manajer has a significant direct effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction.

Peran gudang sangat penting terhadap berjalannya sebuah usaha, dengan pengelolaan gudang yang baik diharapkan mampu memberikan keuntungan yang lebih maksimal kepada pengusaha. Salah satunya pengaturan tata letak dan kondisi yang baik dalam gudang yaitu dengan memanfaatkan ruang penyimpanan secara maksimum meskipun barang disimpan secara vertical atau horizontal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Gudang Berbasis Web yang dapat menyajikan informasi mengenai volume rak yang tersedia untuk memaksimumkan rak yang ada, membantu pengguna dalam proses pencarian barang dan memberikan informasi mengenai stok barang yang akan habis atau kosong. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rational Unified Process (RUP) yang pelaksanaannya hanya meliputi tahapan Inception, Elaboration, dan Construction dengan pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML), selanjutnya pengujian Alpha dengan menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan Sistem Informasi Gudang dengan hak akses multi user dan sistem berbasis web dengan menerapkan konsep Maximum Capacity. Sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai volume rak yang tersedia, memberikan informasi mengenai stok barang yang akan habis atau kosong, dan sistem yang dihasilkan juga telah dilengkapi dengan fitur pencarian untuk memudahkan user dalam proses pencarian posisi barang.

Symptoms or behaviors called symptomatic by Steiner (2004) explain how interactions in the classroom only look at the physical presence around teachers and students. However actually, intrinsic value is very crucial to prioritize. The intrinsic value in students who need to be touched is their heart and soul to get to know each other better. Teaching classically with the view that the existence and readiness of students are the same is a way of thinking that should be addressed to present an unpretentious "open classroom climate" filled with love, care, and togetherness.

Secara manual, aglomerasi dokumen dapat diklasifikasikan berdasarkan judul dokumen. Untuk jumlah dokumen yang tidak terlalu banyak, cara ini masih mungkin dilakukan, namun jika jumlah dokumen yang akan dikelompokkan bertambah, maka akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bekerja dengan mengklasifikasikan dokumen penelitian untuk memberikan informasi tentang hubungan antara isi penelitian yang satu dengan penelitian yang lain sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan bagi peneliti dengan fokus area yang berbeda, dalam memetakan skema kerjasama penelitian yang akan datang. Proses pengelompokan judul penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode k-Means Clustering pada sekumpulan judul penelitian dengan mengambil judul penelitian dan abstrak sebagai informasi yang dapat mewakili isi dokumen. Dokumen akan melalui proses preprocessing menggunakan metode text mining. Selanjutnya, judul dapat dikelompokkan menggunakan metode yang diterapkan. Hasilnya adalah membuat aplikasi yang secara otomatis dapat mengklasifikasikan judul penelitian untuk nilai k. Untuk mencapai keseimbangan dalam pemilihan jumlah cluster dan kualitas hasil pengelompokan, maka teknik pengujian kualitas cluster yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Normalized Mutual Information (NMI). Percobaan dilakukan dengan memasukkan jumlah cluster yang bervariasi untuk mendapatkan hasil pengelompokan terbaik dengan nilai NMI.

This research aimed at increasing students’mathematical proving ability through the implementation of the Generative Model based on local wisdom assisted by video learning on Khan Academy website. The subjects of this Classroom Action Research were 30 students in class II B of the Department of Mathematics Education Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha in the year of 2015/2016. This research was completed in 2 cycles with the steps of each cycle were planning, treatment action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The data was analyzed descriptively. The result shows that the students’ mathematical proving ability was increased from the average 13.20 in enough category in cycle I to the average 15.83 in the high category in cycle II. Therefore, the implementation of generative model based on local wisdom assisted by video learning in Khan Academy website increase the students’ mathematical proving ability.

The rise of the internet and the emergence of new digital devices require information users for information needs, access information effectively and efficiently, applies information, and use information effectively and efficiently. This study aims to develop a model for integrating information and media literacy into pre-service exceptional education learning. The researcher applied the ADDIE approach. This research was conducted with 214 students of the Pre-service Teacher Special Education Program. The methods used to collect data are observation and questionnaires. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is quantitative with a rating scale format. The results of the research are that most students have excellent or good information and media literacy skills, both in recognizing to be able to find, access, and retrieve information and media content, understand, assess, and develop information and media, as well as create, utilize needs, and bringing together information and media content. 25.70% of students have very good information and media literacy skills. Most students already have computers with various operating systems and mobile devices such as smartphones, iPods, tablets, and electronic dictionaries. Students consider it essential to improve their digital tools skills because it can enhance learning. It was concluded that the five components of the 5MIL learning model could be used so that students have the competencies needed for 21st-century life.
