Abstract

Abstrak  -  Pesatnya  pertumbuhan  ekonomi,  sosial  dan  pengaruh  hal  lainnya  tentu  saja membuat  data  kependudukan  mengalami  perubahan.  Di  Kelurahan  Pedurungan  Kidul Semarang  harus  selalu  meng-update  perubahan  data  monografi  kependudukan  dengan cepat dan akurat. Seringnya perubahan data menjadikan infomasi yang diterima warga tidak real time dikarenakan lamanya proses penginputan akibat pendataan yang secara manual. Data-data kependudukan yang begitu banyak dengan angka-angka sampai saat ini  hanya  melalui  proses  cetak  dan  ditampilkan  dalam  papan  informasi  di  kelurahan dengan  cara ditempel.  Tetapi pada  kenyataannya,  para  warga  merasa  kesulitan dalam membaca angka data tersebut sehingga dirasa tidak efektif dan efisien dalam pemberian informasi  kepada  para  warga  Kelurahan  Pedurungan  K idul  Semarang.  Untuk  itu diperlukan  sebuah  sistem  agar  memudahkan  para  staf  kelurahan  untuk  mengolah data dan  para  warga  untuk  membaca  data  monografi  kependudukan.  Setelah  dilakukan analisa  berkaitan  dengan  kesimpulan  diatas,  maka  penulis  mengembangkan  seb uah sistem  informasi  berbasis  dashboard  digital  yang  dikembangkan  dengan  menggunakan Unified  Modelling  Language  (UML).  Aplikasi  ini  akan  mempermudah  pengontrolan perkembangan  penduduk  dengan  memberikan  informasi  berupa  data  visual  yang  real time dan mudah dipahami serta dimengerti oleh warga .Kata Kunci : Dashboard Sistem Informasi, Informasi Kependudukan, Monografi Penduduk,Kelurahan.

Abstract

AbstrakWebsite  merupakan  salah  satu  sarana  yang  digunakan  untuk memperkenalkan  suatu  instansi/organisasi  yang  didalamnya  terdapat  informasi yang  diberikan  kepada  penggunanya.  Dari  website  masyarakat  dapat  mengakses informasi apapun yang dibutuhkan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan  website  yang dapat menjawab  kebutuhan  informasi  penggunanya,  khususnya  di  bidang  teknologi informasi.Analisa  pengaruh  tautan  eksternal  pada  website  program  studi  Sistem Informasi  Universitas  Stikubank  Semarang  dilakukan  guna  mengetahui  tingkat performa  serta  eksistensi  dariwebsite  tersebut.  Penelitian  ini  diharapkan  dapat memberikan  dampak  positif  kepada  website  program  studi  Sistem  Informasi Universitas  Stikubank  Semarang  terutama  dalam  hal  Search  Engine Optimization.Analisa  ini  dilakukan  oleh  peneliti  dengan  melakukan  beberapa kegiatan  antara  lain  menerbitkan  konten,  menganalisa  jumlah  pengunjung, melakukan  external  links  serta  menganalisa  beberapa  komponen  yang  terkait dengan external links.Metode  pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  studi  lapangan  yang meliputi  interview  kepada  mahasiswa  Sistem  Informasi  guna  memenuhi kebutuhan  informasi  mereka  dan  pengamatan  jumlah  pengunjung.  Studi kepustakaan  juga  dilakukan  dengan  cara  membaca  dan  mempelajari  buku-buku literatur yang berhubungan dengan Search Engine Optimization.Kata  kunci  :  Search  Engine  Optimization,  Analisa  Tautan  Eksternal,  Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

This study isabout redesigning the competency-based syllabus of English  for InformationTechnology at Facultyof Information Technology UNISBANK Semarang of which the graduates are supposedto be able to speak English in accordance with the scientificfield. This is an exploratory descriptive qualitativeresearch because it will address issues defined by exploration and describe thesymptoms to redesign the English syllabus for InformationTechnique Faculty Program tobe competency-based syllabus. The finding of redesigning syllabus for Informatics Technique Program is acompetency-basedcurriculum and giveweight SKS, especially Englishinto at least 4credits to accommodate theinterests of students who want aspecial competence in English informatics techniques. The competency standards are successfully identified is that, aftercompleting the course in English,students can be experts in all fourlanguage skills. Abstract

The process of delivering manufactured products to the hands of consumers, technically the product flow that occurs ie products in the form of finished goods will move from the factory warehouse to the consumer through a series of channels and distribution facilities. This distribution starts from the finished goods warehouse, distribution warehouse, retailer up to the wearer. The existence of various parties involved and coordinate in the flow of products from the factory to the consumer will form a system known as the supply chain system (Pujawan, 2010). Providers of fast products and services, the right time, and the desired conditions while still providing an optimal contribution to the company. Obstacles that are often encountered in the implementation of supply chain is the lack of coordination in terms of sharing information between the chain, thus causing distortion of information and trigger the occurrence of bullwhip effect that is a spike from the actual demand in the consumer level or downstream chain resulting in a very sharp spike at a far level from the upstream consumer or chain. The result of the bullwhip effect is the excess inventory, because demand is much smaller than the demand of the retailers, the unorganized production schedule, the unutilized production facilities optimally, because the production plan still has a high level of speculation. The use of information systems that have not been effective, causing the flow of information to be distorted or distorted, resulting in chaos in the flow of products that occur bullwhip effect and indirectly affect the cash flow of the company. The final result of the research is the application of Web-based Information Sharing System on the distribution channel that can be used efficiently and can provide information deviations that occur between the chains. The hope of stock monitoring results can be used as a control in looking at stock inventory in distributors and retail, so if there is a bullwhip effect, it will appear warning and immediately addressed by the distributor.Keywords: information sharing system, bullwhip effect, distortion of information.

Abstract

The Office of Communication, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics of Cianjur Regency is an institution engaged in the field of communication, information, coding and statistics that helps local governments in serving the people of Cianjur. Although according to the establishment of the Office of Communication, Informatics, Encryption and Statistics, it has been around for a long time, nevertheless it is still faced with problems that require resolution. If the problem is classified, it is related to the lack or weakness of services in the fields of communication, informatics and coding. This situation makes the management team plan, and formulate what actions are appropriate to overcome this problem. The theory used in this research is the theory of Plan, Do, Check, Action by W. Edwards Deming and Walter Shewhart. The research approach used is qualitative, with descriptive analytical methods.This study resulted in a discussion that the Cianjur Regency Communication, Informatics, Codification and Statistics Office carried out planning efforts in managerial terms, improving e-government service facilities and infrastructure, expanding the power and space of information communication media, increasing the intensity of dissemination and distribution of information on government administration, technical review of the general plan of the space pattern for the placement of wireless communication infrastructure within the framework of controlling the construction of telecommunications towers, and preparation of a technical study on the general plan of communication infrastructure as a reference for policies and development of communication, informatics, coding and statistics The strategy for developing communication, informatics, coding and statistics is directed at structuring the implementation of dissemination and distribution of information on governance and development through updating e-government activities, building outdoor information media, revitalizing radio broadcast transmittance, developing Cianjur Satu Data, Cianjur Regency and developing data compliance. Cianjur Regency macro indicators as well as fulfillment of coding information services.

Abstract

This paper is intended to provide permanent information about learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in utilizing information and communication technology. Based on the fact that most educators are not very familiar with managing information technology and communication and not all educational institutions feel the existence of technology that can support teaching and learning activities so that in the era of the Covid19 pandemic, there are still many schools that do the learning process manually, namely by providing modules or tasks to students to be done at home. This study was conducted using framing analysis of the phenomenon faced by teachers, especially teachers in Indonesia in an effort to improve competence in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of technology in the learning process can trigger increased interest and motivation for learning students until the quality of their learning increases. The use of gadgets that are commonly used by students in the present era in the teaching and learning process is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process itself.

Abstract

The association has used the Human Resources Information Framework (HRIF) with the development of innovation. HRIF is expected to increase the feasibility of training in providing human resources (human resource development) in associations. In this paper, we talk to two HRIF heads in the accommodation business to differentiate between the benefits, efforts, and difficulties of HRIF. HRIF distinguishes jobless positions, accurately investigates each position in the association and its position, understands the competent authority's preparation needs, selects the ideal talent to prepare at the right time, and prepares the program. . Faster and more precise choice regarding replacement placement. Thus, HRIF is thought to play an essential role in managing human resources. Associations need to integrate HRIF with other trusted frameworks to take advantage of good information sharing and independent direction.

Abstract

Tri dharma of higher education consisting of education & teaching, research, and community service which must upheld by every lecturer at universities in Indonesia. Lecturer who has implemented the tri dharma of higher education need these tri dharma files for promotion and lecturer performance report to get allowance. It is important to have an online system to store those files. In this research we develop a web-based information system for processing lecturer tri dharma activities data using Rapid Application Development (RAD) Method which started from requirement planning, system design, and implementation.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, the advancement of information technology is accelerating. Computers connected to the internet or intranet created to facilitate human work are needed in all fields, especially in the field of education. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani need a website-based attendance information system to help enter santri attendance data. For this reason, the author tried to create a journal about a web-based santri absence system that until now has not been computerized. Rumah Yatim and Tahfidz Qur'an Madani is one of the foundations in Bandung that until now the input of absenteeism is still manual ranging from the input of santri absentee data to the storage of absentee data that has been input and report making. So that it is possible when the process takes place data manipulation and data loss is very large. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems in this foundation, and with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this foundation.

Abstract

Technology helps every job and solves problems quickly and efficiently. BPJS Employment Bogor is one of the companies that uses technology to support every work activity. BPJS Employment is a public program that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks and its implementation uses a social insurance mechanism. The research method used by the author is the waterfall model research method, which is often called the linear sequential model or classic life flow. The waterfall model provides a systematic as well as sequential approach to software development, starting with the specification of user requirements and then continuing through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, and handing over the system to customers / users. The recording of borrowing and retrieval of goods, and stock of goods at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor still uses a ledger, making it possible for data errors, inaccurate data, and data loss to occur.
