Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a system developed to learn and apply human intelligence. Some technologies produced from the development of Al are face recognition and web scraping. Face recognition is used for identifying or verifying the identity of an individual using their face. The result of a face recognition process can be used to collect information on the internet with a web scraping technique. This paper proposes a face recognition model and web scraping system using You Only Look Once (YOLO) object detection method and Request library written in Python. The face recognition model performed fine-tuning in two hyperparameters, which are learning rate and step training. The proposed model for face recognition is using custom datasets that contain 8000 images divided into 5 classes and evaluated using the Mean Average Precision (mAP) performance parameter, while the web scraping system is evaluated using the precision rate parameter. From the test results, the best configuration was obtained at a learning rate of 0.0001 and step training of 10K. The highest mAP that is achieved is 0.90 with a recall and precision value of 0.75 for each, while the average precision rate is 0.87. The results of this paper are expected to contribute to the development of biometric security technology.

Abstract

Graduates from educational institutions within the foundation of the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School each year can be more than 1000 people. The potential for this critical data has not been supported by good data collection. The data collection process is still done manually. Therefore, the level of accuracy is still fragile. In this study, an index is applied to perform query optimization. The object of this research is the database of the graduate data information system at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Data collection method using literature study and interviews. The experimental stage of this research is done by determining the target output by compiling query commands. Each query command is executed ten times to find the average execution time and runs on two different hardware platforms to determine the effect of hardware on the query process. The study results show that the index can be used for data query optimization but only if it is supported by good hardware specifications so that the command execution time is optimal. When only using the index application, the average difference in execution time is 0.5 seconds.

Abstract

The research results so far are considered to ignore the relationship between the use of information systems and the satisfaction of using information systems. Moreover, on how user satisfaction information systems can “bridge” the relationship between the use of information systems and individual performance. This study was aimed at testing the effect of the use of information systems on the satisfaction of the use of information systems and test user satisfaction as mediation on the relationship between users of information systems and individual performance. The population in this study is most Civil Servants throughout North Maluku Province. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling with criteria is the operator of regional financial information systems in each regional device work unit in the Regional Government of North Maluku Province, Ternate City, and Tidore Islands City. The study used simple linear regression and hierarchy in hypothesis testing. The results showed that all hypotheses submitted were entirely supported in this study. Conclusions, suggestions, and recommendations of future research are also discussed at the end of this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the competence of digital literacy of citizens to infodemic received through WAG neighborhood association 09 Dipowinatan. This research was conducted using qualitative interpretative research with research method of netgraph analysis. The data collection method used in this study was participant observation at the Dipowinatan neighborhood association on WAG. Research findings in this study are infodemic which occurred during the pandemic, also hit neighborhood association’s WAG 09 Dipowinatan. Two more years passed the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The Indonesian people, especially the residents of neighborhood association 09 Dipowinatan, are taking a new order in dealing with Covid-19, including experiencing an infodemic. Infodemic occurs because of digital media and social media, which is very fast in disseminating information to receive the information quickly. The information regarding Covid-19 was no exception that the residents of neighborhood association 09 Dipowinatan received through the WhatsApp Group (WAG) Thus, digital literacy is needed for residents in dealing with this infodemic situation. This situation does not rule out that the information is disseminated, the information included in the disinformation group. However, this situation can anticipate with the digital literacy skills that residents must select and sort out the right information during the infodemic. State apparatus through the Head of neighborhood association / hamlet, and religious leaders in practice in neighborhood association’s WAG O9 can also be an alternative to mediating in situations if there is a debate in finding the truth regarding misinformation in WAG.

Abstract

The most direct cause of maternal death is bleeding. Bleeding is divided into two categories, namely antepartum bleeding (vaginal bleeding at 28 weeks of gestation or more) and postpartum hemorrhage (bleeding that occurs within the first 24 hours after delivery). Bleeding occurs due to lack of supervision and examination during pregnancy, including prevention of anemia. Mothers who suffer from anemia in pregnancy will be very susceptible to infection and bleeding, even if the bleeding is only a little. Experience has shown that maternal death due to bleeding is more common in women who suffer from anemia. Anemia often occurs due to iron deficiency because pregnant women have a twofold increase in iron requirements due to an increase in blood volume without expansion of plasma volume, to meet the needs of the mother (prevent blood loss during childbirth) and fetal growth. Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin level (>11(gr/L)2), hematocrit (>0.33gr/L), and red blood cell count are below normal values. Anemia in pregnancy is the biggest public health problem that occurs worldwide, especially in developing countries, in low socio-economic groups, and has a very large influence on the quality of human resources. Anemia in pregnancy is called "Potential Danger to Mother and Child" (potentially harmful to mother and child), which contributes to the increasing prevalence of maternal mortality and morbidity. As for infants, it can increase the risk of infant morbidity and mortality, as well as increase the incidence of LBW. Given this, the problem of anemia should be a serious concern for all relevant parties, especially in health services on the front lines. So it is necessary to provide information about anemia signs, namely by providing information and giving Fe tablets, prayers for the good of the mother and fetus, stress management and consumption of green vegetables. Physical and psychological changes are sometimes quite disturbing daily life. Some pregnant women have difficulty regulating emotions because of the changes that occur. Especially the changes in the first trimester of pregnancy. Family support for pregnant women is very important and has many benefits. Not only from husbands, but also from parents, in-laws, sisters, brothers, relatives, or even close friends.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Real Work Lecture (KKN) program based on Information Technology (IT) by designing a village information system through the creation of social media designs and the design of the Trimulyo Kallurahan website prototype. Kaluarahan Trimulyo does not yet have a profile book, and social media displays do not yet have an attractive design. The implementation of community empowerment through the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Real Work Lecture program based on Kalurahan Online (Kaline) is supported by creating a village profile that provides information on the village, population, and village potential. Making website prototype designs and social media display designs are beneficial in digitizing progress and services in Trimulyo Village. The social media display method and the prototype design of the Trimulyo Village Website are the first steps in optimizing the Website and Social Media in Trimulyo Village.

Abstract

In the field of archive depots, the West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service offers inactive archive management as one of its services. The West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service is responsible for keeping, organizing, and safeguarding archives that have been in the processing unit for more than two years. The goal of this research is to help archivists manage inactive archives more effectively and efficiently. Material gathering tactics included interviews and the addition of inactive archive data based on data collected in each field. Software is designed using the waterfall process. According to the findings, there are a number of issues that impede the archive management system that still employs the manual method. As a result, in this study, an inactive records management information system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Visual Basic programming language with the.NET framework 4.0 and Ms. Access as the database. An approach for testing applications is called black box testing. The goal of this application is to make archive administration more effective and efficient.
