Abstract

Archiving is a mechanism for storing various forms of documents in various formats so that they are safe and can be accessed again within a certain period of time. The function of data archiving is to support administrative activities, decision making tools, evidence of accountability, sources of information and as a vehicle for communication. At the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Purwakarta Regency in archiving deed data it is still not optimal because of the limited role of information technology so that archival data control does not run effectively, efficiently and systematically. This study uses the waterfall method to develop the system, the waterfall method is a method that starts with a survey to the design of the application, each stage is carried out systematically from the analysis stage to the last stage, namely system maintenance. The Deed Data Archiving information system which is designed aims to build an information system to make it easier for the Population and Civil Registry Office to carry out Deed Data Archiving easily and produce an effective, efficient and systematic filing system.

Abstract

SP4N-LAPOR is a facility provided to provide information and seek information from the public on the performance of the government. This facility is made based on the mandate of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. The Ponorogo Regional Government since 2017 has provided this facility. Narrative research is used to determine the quality of service utilization of LAPOR and the follow-up of the data that has been collected by this facility. The research method used are surveys, observation, and interviews. The survey was conducted on people who use SP4N-LAPOR facilities and come to the offices of Regional Apparatus Organizations. The number of survey data obtained is 162 units. The results of statistically processing the data according to the guidelines of the PANRB Ministerial Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 14 of 2017 obtained an average value of 81.56. This value indicates that the service quality is included in the good category. Observation and interview methods were conducted on employees who are responsible for processing complaint data made by the public through SP4N-LAPOR. The performance of the employee affects the time for problem-solving, while the community demands that problems that occur immediately be followed up. Obstacles like this will make a poor assessment of the performance of services that have been provided by the government. This fact is in accordance with the value of the questionnaire for handling complaints, suggestions, and inputs, which is 2.895 which is included in the poor category.

Abstract

The research investigates the impact of fraud in Indonesian public sector by using information technology phenomenon. The study investigates the impact of information technology on the tendency of fraud through mediation to construct an opportunity. Based on the logical thinking of information technology provides capabilities for companies that could potentially open up an opportunity for fraud perpetrators to commit fraud. Therefore, the first test of the research examines the effect of information technology to construct an opportunity. The second test, the research explores the information technology that influence the tendency of fraud without mediation to construct an opportunity. The research uses a group of 58 person who experienced in finance and procurement departments using the judgment sampling method. Partial Least Squares was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that the existence of information technology within an agency to provide the benefits of information technology capability that was conceived as a media and, therefore, information technology capability will also be able to provide a loophole for fraud perpetrators to do fraud.

Abstract

Internet terus berkembang - sebagaimana yang terjadi pada saat ini, kebutuhan akan IP Address terus bertambah setiap waktu, IPv4 yang ada saat ini sudah tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan, apalagi dengan perkembangan teknologi  saat ini seperti perangkat telekomunikasi yang terus berkembang dimana banyak membutuhkan IP Address. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi dari Internet Protocol versi 6 (IPv6) yang merupakan pengalamatan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan saat ini dan yang akan datang.. Keuntungan utama IPv6 adalah meningkatnya jumlah alamat yang tersedia untuk perangkat jaringan makin besar, misalnya, setiap ponsel dan perangkat elektronik seluler memiliki alamat IP sendiri.Kata Kunci : Internet Protocol Address, IPv6, IPv4

Abstract

This research is development research, which aimed to create module of circulatory system disorder based on anti-cholesterol activity tests of Sawi Dayak - Elephantopus mollis. The data analysis use Content Validation Index (CVI) and Content Validation Rate (CVR) refers to Lawshe's method. The development of this module is in two stages: creation and validation of the module. Validator was selected based on a purposive sampling that involve two biology education experts of Universitas Tanjungpura, and three biology teachers. Presentation, graphic, content, and language aspects were evaluated, total 24 criterias. Based on the results data analysis, CVI was 0.99 in the valid category and all criteria CVR was 0.99. It was concluded that the product is suitable as teaching material for the circulatory system disorder sub-material for senior high school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of information asymmetry on dividend policy in manufacturing companies in the cement sub-sector. The research used is explanatory research,Proof of the hypothesis is done by testing the regression coefficients partially. The results in this study explain as follows: this study shows that asymmetric information proxied by earnings forecast error has no significant negative effect on dividend policy. The second hypothesis in this study shows that asymmetric information proxied by firm size has no significant positive effect on dividend policy. The third hypothesis in this study shows that asymmetric information proxied by growth opportunities has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The fourth hypothesis in this study shows that asymmetric information which is proxied by earnings forecast error, firm size, growth opportunities have a significant effect on dividend policy. The magnitude of the influence of Asymmetric Information on dividend policy is 54.7%, of which another 45.3% is influenced by other asymmetric information proxies which are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Accounting Information Systems and management control on the effectiveness of sales at the Karisma Bookstore, Marvell City Mall branch. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling research technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. this saturation is a census. Where all members of the population are sampled. The sample used is 32 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely the main data taken directly from questionnaires filled out by respondents. And also Secondary Data, is data obtained from archives, documents, or records from the company, such as company history, company description, organizational structure, and others. The variables used are Accounting Information Systems and Management Control as independent. While the independent variable is Sales Effectiveness. And the research method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that the Accounting Information System has no effect on Sales Effectiveness. While Management Control has an influence on the effectiveness of sales.

Abstract

The thesis guidance process cannot run smoothly and on time if the busyness between lecturers and students causes a lack of suitable time to meet, so this obstacle can make the problems in writing the thesis unable to be solved as soon as possible. In addition, lecturers also find it difficult to monitor their tutored students because there are not a few students who are mentored. The purpose of this research is (a) to build an information system for the realization of the final project by using the waterfall method and (b) to test using a black box. Based on the results and discussion, conclusions can be drawn as follows: (i) Development of an information system for the realization of the final project in the waterfall method using UML design where the design results include System Actors (List Actor), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. (ii) System testing using Black Box. The results carried out using black boxes explain that the system created or the module used is running according to what is specified.

Abstract

Indonesia Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government (SPBE).This study aims to describe the management of information and public service websites through the official website to improve the public services of the South Sumatra Satpol PP. The administration of public information through the website is the government's effort to utilize technology that provides easy access to information for the public. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The research design is a case study. Data collection techniques are primary data (observation and semi-structured interviews) and secondary data (documentation). The results of the study indicate that the governance of public information is not optimal. Therefore, information governance through the website has not been able to improve public services in the South Sumatra Satpol PP unit. The thing that becomes an obstacle for the management of the South Sumatra Satpol PP website is the problem of the internet network, the weak quality and quantity of human resources/experts in the field of information and technology and other obstacles, so that the use of the South Sumatra Satpol PP website media to support the management of public information in South Sumatra is still needs to be addressed in order to create public information disclosure and good governance.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of the implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD), the Government’s Internal Control System and the Role of Internal Auditors on the Quality of Financial Statements of the Binjai City Government. The type of research used is causal research. The population in this study was SKPD employees of the Binjai City district Goverment which amounted to 124 employees from 42 SKPD. The research data was obtained from questionnaire (primary). The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD), the Government’s Internal Control System (SPIP) and the Role of Government Internal Auditors each have a significant positive effect on the Quality of The Financial Statements of the Binjai City Government. This means that if the Financial Management Information System, internal control system and the role of internal auditors are improved, it will improve the quality of financial statements.
