Abstract

Clinics have human resources that aim to support the needs of health services to provide health services to patients. At the Medika Cempaka Garut Clinic, employee data management is ongoing using recording and archiving for each employee data and has not been computerized, using the archiving method in book form and written on paper data may be lost and carrying out data search activities takes a long time. takes a long time, and health services are felt to be lacking because of unskilled human resources and a lack of service to the wishes of patients, which can reduce trust and reduce the image of the clinic in the eyes of the public. Based on these problems the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a solution that can be applied to manage human resource information systems. So from these problems a system was created that could manage human resources for clinics, with the Human Resource Information System able to make an optimal contribution in terms of managing human resource data. In compiling this research for data collection conducting observations, interviews, and the Human Resource Information System information system using the Rational Unified Process method, this method has an empathic phase, namely inception, elaboration, construction and transition, where modeling is using the Unified Modeling Language, while for making applications using the PHP language along with the Yii2 framework and for the database using MySql. In the end, this research resulted in a Human Resource Information System application that can be accessed via a web browser. This application is expected to help the Cempaka Garut Medika Clinic for managing HR data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product information (capital market instruments) on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The variables in this study consisted of the marketing of capital market instruments and interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. This type of research is field research with quantitative methods. The steps of data analysis using analysis tools of validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing (simple linear regression test, t-test, and analysis of determination). The result of this study is that information on capital market instruments has a positive and significant effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. One of the implications of this research is that the Islamic Investment Gallery IAIN Batusangkar further enhances the dissemination of information on Islamic capital market products to students so that they are interested in investing

Abstract

This study aims to explain the factors affecting corporate governance and its implication on accounting information quality.  Globally, there are many companies that collapsed due to misleading accounting information.  Companies declares financial statements as free from errors or misstatements wherein fact it misleads financial statements users.  There were 36 firm year observation being analyzed using PLS-SEM to process the available data.  The results showed that audit committee and board of directors have significant effect on good corporate governance, while institutional ownership has no significant effect on good corporate governance.  On the other hand, corporate governance has significant effect on accounting information quality. This is an indication that the quality of accounting information depends on the practice of good corporate governance.  Strict compliance of rules and regulations lead to better governance of publicly listed companies.  The originality of this research is that this is the first ever study that had focused on the awardees for mostly trusted, trusted, and fairly trusted companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Information security incidents have increased in number and become more diverse and destructive and disrupt service availability. An incident management system is needed to detect and handle information security incidents quickly, minimize losses, reduce exploited vulnerabilities and restore infrastructure, including services. An incident management system needs to be managed with a Security Operations Center (SOC). The use of tacit knowledge has been shown to help accelerate problem-solving in SOC better than experience by adopting strategies that have been used previously. The application of knowledge management in SOC has become a basic need. An organization's ability to manage existing knowledge is a necessary strength to be able to survive in the face of incessant cyber-attacks. This study aims to examine the process of capturing tacit in SOC so that it can be used to analyze and deal with cyber threats and to lay the foundation for implicit knowledge management in organizations to increase the efficiency of work methods and processes responding to incidents efficiently and systematically.

Abstract

The research aims to identify Role External Auditing improvement The quality of accounting information in a companye General Ibn Majid,The researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection by selecting a random sample with a size of (100) Respondent with the aim of displaying and analyzing the responses of the sample members and their perceptions of the study variables and its sub-dimensions and testing the study hypotheses using descriptive and inferential statistics methods, as well as using personal interviews and field observations as auxiliary tools in data collection. Abstract

Abstract – SIAGA Pendis is an application issued by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia to monitor and facilitate data archiving so that performance can be measured. To get a response from users of the SIAGA Pendis application, a research was carried out using the Information System Success Model (ISSM) method and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method, using the SmartPLS 3.3 tool. This study uses 76 respondent data consisting of supervisors and PAI teachers using 14 hypotheses. The results showed that 4 hypotheses were rejected, namely H4 with t-statistics of 0.259 and p-value of 0.796, H5 with t-statistics of 1.486 and p-value of 0.138, H12 with t-statistics of 0.958 and p-value 0.339 and H14 with t-statistics 1.878 and p-value 0.061 and 10 hypotheses were accepted with t-statistic values above 1.96 and p-values below 0.05.Keywords: SIAGA Pendis, ISSM, Delone Mclean, TAM, SmartPLS Abstrak – SIAGA Pendis merupakan aplikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk memantau dan mempermudah kearsipan data agar kinerja dapat terukur. Untuk mendapatkan respon dari pengguna aplikasi SIAGA Pendis maka dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode Information System Success Model (ISSM) dan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 3.3. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 data responden terdiri dari Pengawas dan Guru PAI dengan menggunakan 14 hipotesis. Abstract

The establishment of KelompokInformasiMasyarakat (KIM) in Pandeglang Regency by the Pandeglang Regency Communication, Code and Statistics Office is expected to be a mouthpiece between the Pandeglang Regency Government and disadvantaged rural communities in developing information literacy. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, this study focuses on the role of KIM in developing information literacy in underdeveloped villages. This study seeks to find out the role of KIM in conducting information literacy about the Pandeglang Regency government program. The results of the study show the role of KIM in developing information literacy for the people of Pandeglang Regency, collecting, informing and managing information about programs that are being and will be run by the Pandeglang Regency government in 16 underdeveloped villages that are still difficult to access the internet, such as educating about COVID-19, conducting program socialization " JakaMantul". The recommendation of this research is for KIM to carry out its role more massively by utilizing various media in disseminating information in underdeveloped villages.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Perceived Ease of Use with Concern of Information Privacy as moderating variable towards Intention of Use Mobile Payment in DKI Jakarta. This research is descriptive and verificative. Data from 323 participants were collected through an online questionnaire using Google Form and analyzed by SmartPLS. The results show that Perceived Ease of Use positively affects a user’s Intention of Use and there is no significant relation between Perceived Ease of Use and Intention of Use when moderated by Concern of Information Privacy (CFIP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Perceived Ease of Use dengan Concern of Information Privacy sebagai moderator terhadap Intention of Use Mobile Payment di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dari 323 partisipan didapatkan melalui kuesioner daring menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Intention of Use dan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Intention of Use ketika dimoderasi oleh Concern of Information Privacy (CFIP).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of trust and product information quality to brand loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction among ASUS laptop’s consumer in Indonesia. The sample in this research was determined by the quantitative method using a questionnaire from 9 January 2021 to 31 March 2021. This research was conducted by taking 204 respondent who was ASUS laptop’s user. This research uses a SmartPLS 3. The result of this research shows that: (1) Trust has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty; (2) Trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Product information quality has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty; (4) Product information quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; (5) Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty; (6) Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of trust on brand loyalty; and (7) Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of product information quality on brand loyalty. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh trust dan product information quality terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction pada konsumen pengguna perangkat laptop ASUS di Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel ini diukur menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini melibatkan 204 responden yang merupakan pengguna perangkat laptop ASUS. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty; (2) Trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction; (3) Product information quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty; (4) Product information quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction; (5) Customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty; (6) Customer satisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh trust terhadap brand loyalty; dan (7) Customer satisfaction dapat memediasi pengaruh product information quality terhadap brand loyalty.

Abstract

Based on initial data obtained from Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo, the use of SIMRS in the hospital is still not optimal, which is only 60% of the features provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource factors and technological suitability on the utilization of hospital management information systems with a case study at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. The type of research is quantitative research and the research design is causal associative research with the HOT Fit method approach. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to SIMRS users. The sample size is 108 SIMRS users at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo. Samples were taken by simple random sampling with lottery technique and then recapitulation of data was then presented in the frequency tabulation table and tested by simple linear regression using SPSS.The results of the study using a simple linear regression test were the influence between the quality of the system and the use of the system on the hospital management information system at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah SIti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo with a significance value (p) of 0.0001 then the value (p) 0.05 so that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a real or significant effect between system quality variables and system use.
