Abstract

Based on the data obtained from the observation on the inpatient medical record file of the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo that the initial data shows that there are still medical record files with inaccurate diagnosis codes that do not match as much as (33%). The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the completeness of supporting information factors that affect the accuracy of disease coding in inpatient medical record files at the 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Hospital, Tulangan Sidoarjo. This research method uses quantitative research with correlational research which has the aim of determining whether or not there is a relationship between two or more measurable variables. Data collection was carried out in August-October using a check list sheet by observing the inpatient medical record data. The population in this study were all inpatient medical record files in August-October 2021 and the sample in this study was 231 inpatient medical record files at the Hospital 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo with random sampling which was presented in the frequency table and cross tabulation, then tested using the Chi Square Test.The results of the Chi Square test of this study indicate that the supporting information completeness factor variable has a relationship with the accuracy of disease coding because the p value 0.05, which means Ho is rejected. The results show that the p value of the completeness of supporting information factor = 0.022.In this study, it is recommended to improve the quality of coding by increasing the completeness of the file, and can produce an accurate data by conducting coding training and evaluating coding audits to support the accuracy of disease coding.

Abstract

Every organization must be able to display excellent performance in various fields, especially those related to its stakeholders. The current increasingly complex environmental situation requires an organization to be able to satisfy the interests of various stakeholders. In this case, in addition to meeting the needs of its customers, the organization must also think about the interests of other parties such as shareholders, communities, governments, NGOs, financial institutions, educational institutions and so on, including the interests of its own employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work experience, work competence, and the use of information technology on performance through work ethic as an intervening variable in all ASN of the Karimun Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency totaling 104 respondents. Sampling in this study amounted to 104 samples. In this study, the sampling technique used was the census technique. The research method uses a quantitative approach with analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques with the SmartPLS Version 4.0 program. The results of this study state that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competency variables have a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Information technology utilization variable has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. The work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. Work competency variable has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. Information technology placement variable has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. The work ethic variable is able to mediate the effect of work experience on performance. The work ethic variable is able to mediate the effect of work competence on performance. The work ethic variable is able to mediate the effect of the use of information technology on performance.

Abstract

Schools are one of the basic needs of society in order to improve human resources through academic education and other supporting education. Through schools, people can study the development of education by utilizing the development of technology and information which is increasingly easy to obtain. Currently schools are trying to become institutions that are able to serve the community well, especially in terms of conveying information to the community. However, so far information is still done manually, such as pasting on announcement boards, circulars distributed to students. Along with the rapid development of technology and information, the researchers aim to create a mobile web-based school information system at MTS Ma'arif so that all information can be accessed easily. Researchers designed and realized a mobile web-based school information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The use of the mobile web in competency development and school quality is the right thing because the mobile web is a very informative and dynamic medium to add insight in finding educational information. The implementation in this study can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the internet. The mobile web can make it easier for schools to convey information and promotional processes that have so far been done manually.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No 22 Tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) wajid diterapkan pada Bangunan Gedung Negara. Salah satu keluaran dari perancangan menggunakan BIM adalah rincian volume pelaksanaan pekerjaan atau quantity take-off. Quantity Take-Off merupakan salah satu upaya dari perhitungan volume, yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai bahan untuk menyusun BOQ dalam tender. Saat ini sebagian besar perhitungan volume pekerjaan dilakukan secara manual dibantu dengan program Microsoft Excel, hal tersebut memungkinkan kesalahan dikarenakan ketidaktelitian estimator. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara perhitungan volume pekerjaan secara otomatis dan secara manual oleh konsultan. Modelling dilakukan menggunakan software Tekla Structures berdasarkan gambar DED konsultan perencana. Tekla Structures kemudian akan menghitung secara otomatis volume pekerjaan. Penerapan konsep BIM menggunakan Tekla Structures memberikan hasil perhitungan quantity take-off yang lebih akurat, lebih cepat dan bisa dipertanggung jawabkan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh perbandingan hasil Tekla Structures terhadap BOQ konsultan perencana sebesar 98,45% untuk beton, 94,30% untuk bekisting dan 100,004 % untuk pembesian.

Abstract

Monitoring learning outcomes in the form of report cards of competencies from students is a routine agenda of teachers to students in each semester. SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang in collaboration with the Politeknik Negeri Bandung Community Service prgram since 2021 has developed a student report card desktop application.This application has been run and successfully implemented, but not all devices are compatible to run the application. In addition, filling out reports can only be done at school because the desktop application storage can only be stored in a local area. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop an online-based system for digitizing student achievement reports. The proposed solution is the development of a Web-based online application for an information system for student progress report cards at SLBN Cinta Asih Soreang. The result reveals that more than 90% of participants feel this application is useful and can be utilized in the future.

Abstract

This study was conducted from July to August 2021 in coastal areas of Rupat Island, Riau Province. Coastal zone is an unstable area toward change, because it is a rendezvous place for land and sea, which the line is called shoreline. The purpose of this study was to determine the distance of shoreline change and to find out the landcover change in the coastal area. Method used in this study is a shoreline overlay from Landsat 5 in 1988, 1996, 2004 and Landsat 8 OLI in 2012 and 2020 and classifiation of land cover using supervised classification and Rupat Island monogram. This research showed shoreline changes between 1988 and 2020, abrasion of 106,55 hectares and accretion of 58,28 hectares. The largest land cover change was the decrease of dryland agriculture and forest area of 1530.80 hectares and 726.92 hectares. The largest addition of area occurred on the plantation that is equal to 741.02 hectares.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), budgetary, participation and information asymmetry on SMEs Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic and VUCA Era. This research method is quantitative through online surveys through online social media. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the specified number of samples as many as 190 SMES management respondents. The quantitative data analysis technique used partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. Based on the results of calculations using PLS-SEM software version 3.0, the results show that there is not significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and SMEs Performance. , there is not significant influence between budgetary on SMEs Performance, there is not significant effect between participation and SMEs Performance, there is not significant effect between budgetary on SMEs Performance. The novelty of this research is the relationship model of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), budgetary, participation and information asymmetry to SMEs Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic and VUCA Era

Abstract

In light of the digitalization era, the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the significance of increasing self-innovation and creativity.The population of the research location at Universities is 115 sixth-semester IT entrepreneurship students. Using the sampling technique, 78 students make up the sample.This study employs descriptive analysis.The researcher used a structured interview technique in which several questions served as a guide for the interview.Structured and non-participant observation is the method of observation used.Observed aspects and structured observations are:The capacity of students to produce something novel and distinct (the capacity to produce the novel and distinct), their capacity for creative problem-solving, and their comprehension of IT business.While this was going on, non-participant observation was done by looking at blogs, Instagram, and other social media platforms that students used to complete assignments.According to the findings of the interviews and the observations that were made, respondents were aware of the current digital economy era, in which traditional methods are being replaced by modern ones made possible by technology.In addition, respondents are able to evaluate the competencies that are required to compete in the digital economy era as well as future opportunities and challenges.

Abstract

Estimasi pengembangan perangkat lunak menjadi kebutuhan dikarenakan setiap pengembangan perangkat lunak memiliki keterbatasan biaya dan waktu dalam menyelesaikan sebuah proyek. Secara spesifik hasil percobaan diperoleh model ML lebih unggul dari pada model non-ML. Dengan hasil secara spesifik yaitu 66% (52 dari 79) menunjukkan keunggulan model ML sedangkan hanya 34% (27 dari 79) hasil percobaan mengunggulkan model non-ML. Beberapa studi yang sudah teridentifikasi, masalah utama yang paling sering ditemui dalam dataset estimasi usaha perangkat lunak yaitu masalah kategori fitur seperti fitur yang tidak relavan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan penerapan metode seleksi fitur Median WIG dengan algoritma k-NN yang akan berfokus pada dataset label hours Software Effort Estimation dan dibandingkan dengan algoritma k-NN. Hasil perbandingan yang diperoleh dalam seluruh pengujian dataset Software Effort Estimation diketahui bahwa metode usulan seleksi fitur Median-WIG dengan k-NN terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi dalam proses estimasi dilihat dari penurunan nilai RMSE yang signifikan pada seluruh dataset yaitu Albrecht sebesar 5.958, Miyazaki sebesar 62.363 dan Kemerer sebesar 131.027. Terjadinya penurunan nilai RMSE pada seluruh dataset ini memperlihatkan peningkatan kinerja setelah dilakukannya metode seleksi fitur pada dataset Software Effort Estimation Terjadinya penurunan nilai RMSE ini memperlihatkan peningkatan kinerja setelah menggunakan metode seleksi fitur.

Abstract

IAIN Susqa Pekanbaru berdiri pada tanggal 19 September 1979 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor 194 Tahun 1970. Bagaimanapun, dosen di UIN Suska merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting dalam lingkup universitas. Menyadari betapa pentingnya sistem informasi sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi dan motivasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau yang berjumlah 547 orang. Sampel yang mewakili total populasi adalah 85 dosen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling, dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan bahwa Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Motivasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Sehingga variabel Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
