Abstract

Based on the results of student learning Class XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Talamau in subjects Sub physics Applying the concept and principles of wave symptoms in solving the problem found that the results of student learning in physics is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Improvement Efforts of student learning outcomes in sub physics subjects Applying the concept and principles of wave symptoms in solving problems through Fishbowl Method in Class XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 23 students of Class XII IPA.1 SMAN 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Fishbowl method can improve student learning outcomes in sub physics subjects Apply the concept and principles of wave symptoms in solving problems in SMAN 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 55.13 (Enough) increased to 84.22 (good) with an increase of 29.09%.

Abstract

Based on student learning activity Class X.3 SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo in Biology Course found that student learning activity in Biology Subject is still very low. The purpose of this research is to describe and get information about Student Activity Improvement in Biology Subjects through Two Stay-Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning model in Class X.3 SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo Sub-district of West Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 36 students of Class X.3 of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. The research data was collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the two stays two stray (TS-TS) learning model can improve student learning activities in Biologidi SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo. Student learning activity in cycle I was 71,77 (enough) increased to 81.62 (good) with an increase of 9.85

Abstract

Based on the learning outcomes of students of Class X.5 SMAN 1 Talamau in the subjects of Cultural Arts sub Identify the function and background of traditional music in the cultural context of the local community. It was found that the students' learning outcomes in the subjects of Cultural Arts sub Identify the function and background of traditional music in context Local culture is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Improvement Efforts of student learning outcomes in sub-cultural Arts Subyek Identify the function and background of traditional music in the cultural context of local communities through Problem Based Instruction Learning Model in Class X.5 SMA N 1 Talamau Pasaman West. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 30 students of Class X.5 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Instruction Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in the subjects of Cultural Arts sub Identify the function and background of traditional music in the cultural context of local communities in SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 56.43 (Enough) increased to 84.93 (good) with an increase of 28.50%.

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 10 Sungai Limau, it was found that the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro-teaching training for teachers is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on Improving the Ability of Class Management and Process Assessment. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 10 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Micro Training can improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the existence of Micro Training training to improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. Teachers' average ability in classroom management and process assessment through micro teaching training in terms of aspect assessment in cycle I is 54.46 in enough category whereas the dimension assessment is in the category with enough category with the value of 59.15 and on appraisal aspect for cycle II is 86.83 With Good category and also on dimensional appraisal for cycle II is 84.82 with Good category.

Abstract

Based on the observations that researchers have done in SDN 18 Sungai Limau, it is found that teachers' ability in preparing RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the preparation of RPP by teachers. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 10 teachers of SDN 18 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Monitoring and Evaluation can improve the preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can Improve the quality of preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in cycle I is 51.39 with less category, In cycle II is 85.46 Good.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the authors showed that the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the improvement of pedagogic competence of productive teachers in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) through In House Training (IHT) at SDN 09 Sungai Limau. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 6 productive teachers teaching at SDN 09 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP. This is evidenced by the average value of the initial competence of teachers before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in cycle I is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in cycle II to 87.56 (very good).

Abstract

This study aims to describe and obtain information about the improvement of professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports through CLCK development model (Example, Exercise, Control, Self Employment) based mentoring at SDN 22 Sungai Limau. This research is a school action research with research procedure including planning, action, obeservasi and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 22 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that mentoring model based on CLCK could improve teachers' ability in preparing classroom action research reports at SDN 22 Sungai Limau. Analysis on the quality of PTK reports made by teachers shows that the professional competence of teachers in preparing classroom action research reports increases from cycle I to cycle II. Teacher professional competence in preparing class action research report on cycle I is 78,14 (enough) increase to 85,42 (good) in cycle II with increase of equal to 7.00 points.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about reminding teacher pedagogic competence. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 8 teachers of SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that with Academic Supervision can Pedagogikguru Competence In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau.Hal this is proved by the Academic supervision can Increase pedagogic competence of teachers In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in cycle I is 51.30 with less category, In cycle II is 84.47 Good.

Abstract

Based on the observations that researchers do in the semester of January-June 2015/2016, researchers found the phenomenon that the level of discipline of teachers in collecting learning tools is still low. This is evident from the time the researcher asked the teacher to collect learning tools there are still many teachers who did not collect the requested learning tools. There are also teachers who are in a hurry to prepare learning tools when the principal or supervisor will supervise the class. Of the six class teachers, if averaged, only 60%, teachers who complement the learning tools either in the form of syllabus, SK / KD, RPP, prota promes and teaching materials. Meanwhile, 40% of teachers did not collect. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers of SDN 29 Sungai Limau class who were research class teachers. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the application of reward and punishment system can improve teacher's discipline in collecting learning tools. This is evidenced from before applied rewards and punishment, the percentage of teachers who collect learning tools is only 66.67% with that collects on time only amounted to 22.81%. After applied reward and punishment system, then in cycle I, teacher collecting learning device become 79,65% with percentage which collect on time is 35,79%. After cycle II, the percentage of teachers who collected learning tools became 97.54% with the percentage of teachers who collected on time was 81.05%

Abstract

Satisfaction from students can affect performance, because if students are not satisfied then there is something lacking with the performance of a lecturer. The purpose of this study is to determine student satisfaction with lecturer performance using sentiment analysis method. Using descriptive quantitative methods, the population of this study is active RMIK students, both regular and parallel students who have filled out a questionnaire at the end of each semester totalling 2,436 comments on the IKMKD suggestion column for 3 academic years, namely from 2020-2023. Student satisfaction with lecturer performance for positive sentiment the percentage decreased from 85% to 81%, for neutral sentiment remained 6%, and for negative sentiment the percentage increased from 9% to 13%. For neutral sentiments with comments “enough” and “no suggestions,” and for negative sentiments related to offline lectures, lack of explanation, and tight deadlines, affecting student interaction, understanding, and time. The period in this study is from 2020-2023. Samples taken directly from active students in the Medical Records and Health Information program. Using Azure Machine Learning Application to process data. The percentage of student satisfaction with lecturer performance for positive sentiment in the 2020-2021 academic year is 85% (943 comments), the 2021-2022 academic year is 82% (553 comments), and the 2022-2023 academic year is 81% (538 comments).
