Abstract

Based on the results of the observations that researchers have done on the principal in SMA Binaan, it was found that the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts of the principal's ability in preparing the program of educational supervision through the working group of principals KKKS-based mentoring in SMA Binaan This research is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 3 headmasters of SMA Binaan. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The result of the research indicates that KKKS based on Mentoring can improve the ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in SMA Binaan. This is evidenced by the increase in the ability of the principal in preparing the education supervision program from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of headmaster in preparing the education supervision program in cycle I is 73.17 with enough category and in cycle II is 84.29 with good category.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations that researchers have done to the Master in SMA Karya Bakti Bukittinggi City, found that the ability of art and cultural teachers In making Syllabus and RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of cultural arts teachers In Preparing Syllabus and RPP Through On The Job Training In SMA Karya Bakti Bukittinggi City. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 24 teachers at SMA Karya Bakti Kota Bukittinggi. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. The data were analyzed by using percentage. The result of the research showed that through On the Job Training can improve the ability of art teacher of culture In making syllabus and RPP. This is evidenced by the increased ability of art and culture teachers In making syllabus and RPP In the first cycle to cycle II. Average Ability of art and culture teacher In mebuat RPP and Silabus in cycle I is 45 with category Less and in cycle II is 82 with good category.

Abstract

Based on the observations that researchers have done in SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung, it was found that teachers' ability in applying historical learning model is still low. The purpose of this study is to improve the application of historical learning model Through academic supervision with realistic approach in SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 6 teachers of SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the application of historical learning models through academic supervision with realistic approach can improve the quality of student learning in SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. This is evidenced by the application of historical learning models through academic supervision with realistic approach can improve the quality of student learning in SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of students and teachers to make learning models in cycle I is 48 with less category and in cycle II is 82.66 with good category.

Abstract

Based on the assessment of learning outcomes in the English lesson about reading reading text that genre "Discussion" in grade XII students IPA.1 SMAN 1 Pasaman, found the value is still very low or did not reach KKM is 80. The average score of reading comprehension of students is still is under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve students' reading comprehension in English subjects on text in the form of discussion through the model of Arguing. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 30 students of class XII IPA1 SMAN 1 Pasaman. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that the model of arguing can improve students' reading comprehension in English subjects, especially text in the form of 'Discussion' in SMAN 1 Pasaman. The reading comprehension of students increases from cycle I to cycle II. The reading comprehension of students in cycle I was 48.7 (Less) increased to 83.5 (good) with an increase of 34.8.

Abstract

This type of research is action research. According to Zuriah, (2003: 54) action research emphasizes the activities (action) by testing an idea into practice. Action research conducted is a school action research (PTS). This school action research consists of four stages in each cycle. Among them: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observer, and 4) reflection. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the supervision of class visits can improve the competence of teachers in managing the class at SMP N 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat. This can be seen from the competence of teachers in managing the class in SMP N 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat district that has increased. The average competence of teachers in managing the class at SMP N 4 Pasaman Regency Pasaman Barat in cycle I is 73.02 (enough). This average is increased in cycle II with an average of 82.02 (good). Thereby Improving Teacher Competence in Classroom Management through Supervision of Class Visit at State Junior High School 4 Pasaman Pasaman Barat Regency can be improved through the supervision of class visit.

Abstract

Based on the observations that researchers have done in SMPN 1 Kinali can be concluded the low learning outcomes caused by the students less effective learning model used by teachers in the learning process. For that researcher as eye teacher of Math Lesson do research about Jigsaw type cooperative learning model to result of learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 23 students. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of analysis of research data that has been presented for two cycles and the results of all the discussion, it can be concluded that Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the quality of learning Mathematics and Jigsaw type cooperative learning model has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes are characterized by increased learning mastery students in each cycle, that is cycle I (68.18%), and cycle II (90.91%)

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and supervision conducted by the authors show that the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing the RPP is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the pedagogic competence improvement of productive teachers of PPKN in preparing lesson plans (RPP) through In House Training (IHT) In SMAN 2 Payakumbuh. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 4 productive teachers who teach in SMAN 2 Payakumbuh. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the implementation of In House Training (IHT) can improve teacher pedagogic competence in preparing RPP. This is evidenced by the average value of the initial competence of teachers before the program is 74. Then after IHT activities there is an increase in the cycle I is 78.70 (good) and after that increases in cycle II to 87.56 (very good).

The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Improvement Efforts of student learning outcomes in sub English subjects Express the meaning and step retrika in the essay by using the variety of written language accurately, fluently and acceptable in the context of everyday life in text form: explanation Through Task-based Learning in Class XII IPS.2 SMA N 1 Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consisted of 26 students of Class XII IPS.2 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that Task-based Learning can improve student learning outcomes in sub English subjects Express the meaning and step retrika in the essay by using variety of written language accurately, fluently and acceptable in the context of daily life -day in text shaped: explanation in SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 57.38 (Enough) increased to 83.77 (Good) with an increase of 26.38%.

Abstract

Based on the results of student learning Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan in the subjects of Religion found that the results of student learning in Religious subjects is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Efforts to Improve student learning outcomes in subjects Religion sub Reading Al-Qur'an of Jonah and Surat al-Baqarah, Explaining the meaning of developing science and technology as contained in the Quran: Surat Yunus and Al- Baqarah through Billboard Ranking Method in Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat Regency. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 29 students of Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion have been put forward, it can be concluded that Billboard Ranking Method can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Religion sub Reading the Qur'an letter of Yunus and Surat al-Baqarah, Explaining the meaning of development of science and technology as contained in the Quran : Surat Yunus and Al-Baqarah in SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 57.41 (Enough) increased to 84.17 (Good) with an increase of 26.76%.
