Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Abstract

As the advancement of technology, there are a lot of things that could be efficiently done by technology. Technology of surveillance system is necessary and highly demanded by many people at the current moment. The interface of room surveillance system using PHP programming language and MySQL as a database management system which can generate video and other information as an output in a web-based browser. The result of this research is an interface of surveillance systems that can be used as room monitoring. The result of the Black box testing from this interface of surveillance system indicates that all of the system function has been successfully operated. Hopefully, this research can be used to help for further research.

Abstract

One of the problems frequently encountered by internet users is slow internet access. In particular, when there are many users share the internet bandwidth. This problem may occur as there is no bandwidth management system employed. HTB is one of the bandwidth management system available on Linux that can be installed on a network. This research focuses on the implementation of the HTB as a bandwidth management system. Based on the testing done, it is shown that after using HTB as bandwidth manager, internet access can be controlled and every client gets bandwidth as needed. The performance achieved when HTB is employed outperforms the non-HTB scenario. With HTB, the packet loss and failed transaction are reduced more than 90%.

Abstract

Selama ini permainan anak-anak dilakukan secara tradisional, tetapi permainan tradisional ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu khusus, membutuhkan tempat yang luas, dimainkan di luar rumah, serta dapat menyebabkan cidera dan kelelahan. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, permainan modern semakin diminati oleh anak-anak, terutama permainan yang berbasis komputer. Selain dapat menghilangkan kejenuhan, permainan juga merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk mengasah daya ingat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan permainan mengasah daya ingat “Memory Training” untuk anak-anak yang berusia 7 sampai 12 tahun. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membuat permainan ini yaitu Greenfoot, yang berbasis bahasa pemrograman Java dengan konsep pemrograman berorientasi objek. Tahap perancangan dimulai dengan merancang konsep, isi, naskah, dan grafik permainan. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan membangun dan mengembangkan permainan sesuai dengan rancangan yang sudah dibuat, yaitu meliputi implementasi program dan grafik. Tahap pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box serta dilakukan uji coba secara langsung kepada 20 anak.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa permainan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik pada sistem operasi Windows XP dan Windows 7. Tombol-tombol dan fungsi-fungsi pada permainan juga dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsionalitasnya masing-masing. Berdasarkan penilaian yang diberikan oleh 20 anak, permainan “Memory Training” ini dinilai menarik, mudah dipahami dan dimainkan, mampu mengasah daya ingat, serta tampilan permainannya bagus, sehingga menarik perhatian anak-anak untuk memainkan permainan ini kembali. Hal ini terlihat pada semua aspek penilaian, yang mendapatkan persentase lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

Line follower robot is a robot that can follow a line composed of a series of electronic components are equipped with wheels and driven by a motor. Controlling speed is very dependent on the speed limit and friction between the tire robot with the floor. The robots are designed to navigate and move automatically follow a flow line in order to get a response and speed are ideal.. The system consists of hardware and software. The hardware consists of a sensor such as a photodiode input, ATMEGA32 as microcontroller and DC motors. fuzzy logic is divided into three processes namely fuzzyfikasi, evaluation and defuzzyfikasi rule. Defuzzification a conversion step in fuzzy logic system to keluaran crisp value. The conversion result is an action taken by Fuzzy logic control system. The test results were obtained system is capable of identifying a straight line, turn lanes, and lane gray. The system is able to provide an ideal response and speed. input from the reading of the line will be processed by the control system fuzzy and outputs the result as the calculating of the motor speed. fuzzy control system can be an alternative technology development line follower robot control system.

Abstract

This is an application for hajj guidance based on Android.The application is made using software Eclipse IDE and Android SDK with Java as a programming language. Stage of  development software used is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) by using the method waterfall, as modeling software used is UML (Unified Modelling Language). Steps in this research are software requirement analysis, design, coding, and system testing. Functional testing using a method of black box.The result of this research is an application of hajj guidance based on Android can be use to guide in hajj. The application can run well on a device with a minimum of Android operating system version 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with the storage space available at least 25 MB. Function menus and buttons is operated appropriately according to their functions. This application for hajj guidance can be used as a medium to help moslems in hajj.

Abstract

Numbers of internet users are increasing incredibly fast. Ideally, this increasing numbers of users are also supported by capacity uplift, in this case an increase in bandwidth to maintain the standard services that received by the users. However, increasing the bandwidth not always becomes the first option since it is quite expensive. Implementing proxy server as content/cache engine is the other option available. It will cache the content that user requested and keep it for a while for servicing the other users that will request the same content in the future. WCCP protocol is used to redirect user’s traffic to the proxy server. The standard proxy server configurations are using single router with one or more proxy servers. This thesis is aims to design and implement proxy server system with multi routers configuration. Multi routers configuration is used as a failover mechanism to provide network high availability. It will use HSRP protocol to provide the high availability services. Tests that conducted after implementation shows the increase in transaction and successful transaction by 296% and 284% also a decrease in response time as well as failed transaction by 18% and 99% consecutively. Failover test shows the percentage of packet loss amounted to 31,3% and 26,3% for clients in VLAN 10 and VLAN 20 consecutively. The average time required for clients to reconnect to the internet after router failure is 7 seconds for clients in VLAN 10 and 6 seconds for client in VLAN 20.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitate human activity. Senate of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Diponegoro , as the highest representative body of normative and within the faculty , has one of the tasks that provide feedback on a proposed referendum letter promotion . In the current procedure , the data is stored in the form of the proposed paper form . This method is less efficient , time-consuming addition , members often did not give his opinion because of forgotten or busy with other activities . The purpose of this study is to design a new, computerized information system that is capable of handling data storage process in the Senate , a notice of the proposed promotion, and management approval of the proposed increase in the post. Development of Information System was developed using FAST ( Framework for the Application of System Technique) . This information system development using PHP programming language ased on CodeIgniter framework . Storage and management of databases using a DBMS ( Database Management System MySQL . Testing Information System using User Acceptance testing , that using BlackBox Methodology . The results of this study is to produce a system that can accommodate the proposed promotion, responses senate , and spread in the form of an SMS message to the senate . So that this system can replace the system that is currently running are still less efficient and is manual .

Abstract

Electricity is one of major needs for human, therefore it is important to manage Electricity’s network.  As the party who responsible in managing electricity in Indonesia, PT. PLN (Persero) keeps increasing and developing its quality including its speed and services. The increasing number of assets that are scattered in many locations, it will be faced with difficulties in finding or providing accurate information on the number and value of assets owned by PT.PLN (Persero).Asset Management Geographic Information System is one of the tools that are used to analyze spatial data then combine it with tabular data so easier information is obtained. Geographic Information System can analyze spatial data and non-spatial data. Geographic Information System can be used by individuals, organizations, and for those who need information related to positioning.Asset Management Geographic Information System helps PT.PLN (Persero) to fasten the decision-making process from field datas that have been visualized in application system; to monitor assets owned by PT.PLN (Persero) scattered both urban and rural areas. This monitoring process includes monitor the location of substations, poles, and customers.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich in culture, ethnicity which one example is the traditional houses that exist in each province. Introduce Indonesian traditional house to users by using information technology as a medium of information could be one way to preserve the nation's culture. Limitations of the media information about traditional houses that currently can only be enjoyed through pictures or visit the traditional houses directly make society can not know the traditional houses in Indonesia optimally. Therefore we need a media so that people can know more about traditional houses in Indonesia without the need to visit directly into sites or less information such as 2-dimensional images in the book. Application developed is combination between virtual reality and website. Application built using the waterfall method. The virtual technology is embedded in a website that allows users to access them anytime and anywhere. Aplication was developed using VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) and 3ds Max modeling software, and using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL database. The browser needs Cortona3D Viewer plug-in for displaying three-dimensional file. The results of making this application is an application that utilizes the VRML technology to display traditional house on the island of Java in three dimensions. The results show that this application runs in accordance with the design functionality that has been made.

Abstract

Device monitoring tool on a computer network is required by the administrator to perform management of the device. This research produces web applications using PHP that is capable of monitoring and collecting device information on the network. This app uses SNMP and Syslog protocols to perform monitoring on the device. Device information will be collected on the monitor server and displayed in web-based applications. This app using crontab to be able to monitor every minute. This application can also send a warning message in the form of SMS and email to the administrator when an error occurs on the device so that handling is expected to be faster done. This web application can make it easier for administrators to monitor devices anywhere.
