Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

Lingkungan merupakan masalah bersama yang membutuhkan sinergi semua lapisan masyarakat, termasuk civitas akademika. Oleh karena itu, kampus hijau turut andil dalam upaya pengelolaan lingkungan. Pemantauan lingkungan berbasis teknologi dapat membantu pemerhati lingkungan untuk memantau area kampus. Alat pemantauan lingkungan dapat berupa sensor pendeteksi konsentrasi gas CO, NO 2 , kepadatan partikel debu, suhu, kelembaban udara dan intensitas cahaya. Agar data sensor dapat diketahui oleh seluruh pemerhati lingkungan yang berada di mana saja, maka dibutuhkan wadah yang mampu menyajikan data sensor secara realtime. Sistem Informasi Kampus Hijau dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanannya. Metode perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian fungsional yang dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil yang diharapkan dari Sistem Informasi Kampus Hijau ini adalah terciptanya sistem informasi yang dapat menyajikan data lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh sensor pendeteksi secara realtime.

Abstract

Previously, people who want to visit a tourist attraction should come to that place. If you can’t visit it normally, you can only read or heard from a source. Therefore made 3-dimensional visualization application. The object to be visualized in this research is Great Mosque of Central Java. This application aims to facilitate the introduction of the Great Mosque of Central Java. This application is created using Unity3D and Sketchup software, where the programming language used is UnityScript and JavaScript. The design phase made using Multimedia Development Life Cycle, and then proceed with the design using Flowchart. Implementation phase is done by implementing a 3D model and program implementation. The testing phase is done with a black-box method, as well as testing of the frame rate per second, memory and processor usage, how long rendering process, and user testing. The results show that this application runs well on Windows operating systems. Buttons and functions within the application has been running well with the respective functionality. From the test results on the application of the Great Mosque of Central Java visualization can be shown that the process of rendering both real time and non real time rendering requires a high performance from graphics card and processor. Based on the testing that has been done, the application is quite easy to run by the user, the objects that exist in the application is quite similar to the original object, and this application provides benefits to its users.

Abstract

Information has now become an  important comodity in human life, with the rapid development of communications technology has enable people to communicate and exchange information more easily. Internet is very popular and used by billions users worldwide, the information passing through the internet is very large, and some certain people trying to get this information for profit. The information need to be secured to prevent the others to get the information that send through the internet, steganography can be used to  hide the information before sending it and the receiver can recover the hidden data. Digital steganography using computer can use a variety of digital file, digital image file is one of them. With the infomation being hidden inside the image-carrier, the others will not aware about the hidden information. Application created using C# programming leanguage and the steganoraphy method using Least Significant Bit Insertion (LSBI). Microsoft Visual Studio used as Integrated Development Environtment (IDE) to code and design the user interface. Software develpment model using Extreme Programming, and the testing using black box method. Application designed to hide text or image inside an image-carrier and the hidden text or image can be recovered. The result of this research are an application that can hide text or image into  image-carrier, and the hidden text or image can be recovered. Based on the testing application can run as expected and fulfill all the requirements.

Abstract

Brain is one of the most vital parts for humans, with the number of brain function that is needed for the body, the brain becomes a very important part of the human body. If there is damage to the brain will certainly cause the performance of the human body will not run properly. Because of that, it’s very important to maintain brain health. There is a way to maintain brain health, for example is by doing brain exercise. Examples of brain exercise is to do simple math calculations or doing brain games like sudoku. Because of that, created a tool that can help the brain to maintain brain exercise. The tool is called math clock. Making math clock tool consists of hardware and software. The hardware consists of RTC as real time data input, ATmega328 as microcontroller and dot matrix 32x16 as a tool to display the output that has been processed by the microcontroller. The software is built using C with Arduino IDE. Math clock will process the data from RTC then processed it, in microcontroller so when output displayed on dot matrix, output will be simple mathematical operation with real time clock data on it. Test results show that, math clock is capable of displaying a simple mathematical calculation operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The mathematical operation that display on math clock, appears to be random, so it’s not triggered by same mathematical operation. In math clock the display will change every 20 second, so in 1 minute there are 3 different kinds of mathematical operations. The results of questionnaires of 10 different students, showed 9 out of 10 students said math clock is a tool that easy to use as a clock. Math clock will be alternative for doing brain exercise every day.

Abstract

Population is all of the people who lives in an area for more and less than 6 month, but aim to live in there for a long time. It require an accurate data regarding aspects of quantity and quality of the population to get a picture about condition of population in certain area.The level of accuracy of the data obtained strongly influence the accuracy of the analysis and prediction of demographic conditions. Because of development of technology rapidly, the census is a proses of recording, calculation and publication of demographic data which carried out on all the permanent residents who lived in a particular region or country simultaneouslycarried out with the census application to be a storage for a valid data. This application can make a census population easier to create report and save a valid data of a particular region. This application is built using Delphi. Applications census contains personal data of an area that the scope of development is still in the village scale. This application is Expected to be of little help in making a report and other purposes.

Abstract

In any lectures, the lecturer must fill journal lectures. Journal of the activity is used to determine the subject matter of the lecture material delivered. In addition as an evaluation if there is material that has not been delivered. Each journal lectures will be always monitored by the Head of the Department to meet its obligations if the lecturers in teaching or not. In the process of implementation, all lectures still be entered manually using paper. It made less cumbersome and complicates monitoring of the Head of Department to monitor any lectures . So the need for making the portal lectures to assist monitoring and lectures journal entry. Making these lectures portals using PHP programming language and MySQL database . As well as using the waterfall method and blackbox testing . Waterfall method includes user requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing. Blackbox testing is used to test the program without the test of functional design specifications and program code. Used also Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and in the design of the information system. The results of the application design in the form of web-based desktop application, which is easier for professors to fill any lectures that have been done , knowing the schedule of lectures and the material that was presented at each meeting. As well as Head of the Department to facilitate monitoring any existing faculty.

Abstract

Wireless network is a network utilizing radio waves that propagate openly. This network requires security to simplify the process by using user Authentication. One of technology that could be used in order to make it safer is a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Remote Authentication Dila In User Service (RADIUS). Computer Systems Engineering Department is one of the study program in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Diponegoro that reserve the internet service everyday for students need. However, internet wireless network in this department is not yet safe enough,for the necessary to secure it’s need creating a security system with LDAP and RADIUS.The results of this study is a network authentication server using OpenLDAP and FreeRadius Hotspot that will be integrated with an account of Academic Information System, which is implemented on Prodi Computer Systems Engineering Department of the University of Diponegoro.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and implement the technology of Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) 3D) on the introduction of computer hardware websites based. Steps design of multimedia applications for learning media computer hardware is done by performing data collection, literature review, analysis and system design followed by implementation and testing of the system. In this research using a black-box test method, where the acknowledgment is made to test the success of the exist functions. The result of the design of this application is a web based interactive applications in the desktop containing material computer hardware and visualized in 3D VRML form of a variety of input devices, output, processing, and storage devices. In addition, the animation demo mode petrified to get to know more computer hardware.

Abstract

With over time the smartphone is increasingly recognized by the public, it is contrary to the interest in learning about the history of Indonesia, especially the National Hero. Because of it, the idea to combine these two, which combines the sophistication of a smartphone with a history of national hero. Lack of instructional media on a national hero also be one of the factors that led to the creation of this application, not only can be an alternative medium of learning from the lessons of history, this application can also be one of the games that can entertain users. This application intended to provide additional knowledge about the national hero aside from the lessons taught in schools or other educational institutions, the media smartphone is well known by the public is expected that these applications can easily be accepted and may be useful for users who play this application.
