Abstract

The material of Science in identifying the function of human respiratory organ was considered to difficult by the students. This could be seen from the 11 students who achieve 70% or more only 5 students or 45.45% of students who achieve the mastery minimal value. Therefore, to improve the learning outcomes it will use experiential learning model. The purpose of this study was to know the effect the application of Experiential Learning model to the learning achievement of Science. The conclusion from this research that the implementation of experiential learning model gave a positive impact on increasing the understanding of Science material in identifying the function of human respiratory organ at the fifth graders of the second state elementary school Sidomuiyo, the evidence was  there is an improving of the students’ learning outcomes, i.e. the first cycle (63.63%), and the second cycle (81 , 81%) and the absorption of students on average of 70.90 into 84.54.

Abstract

The study was aimed to determine (1) the form of news sentences based on the intonation, (2) the form of question based on the intonation, and (3) the form of imperative sentences based on the intonation contained in the speech of children at the second Kindergarden PGRI of Plabuhanrejo, District Mantup, Lamongan. The study was a descriptive study. The research data was the Indonesian sentences produced by children in 4-6 years old of the second PGRI of Plabuhanrejo, Mantup. Data was collected using a tape recorder. Data analysis was performed using an interactive model suggested Miles and Huberman. This model consists of: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion. The results of data analysis showed that children in 4-6 years old at the second kindergarten PGRI of Plabuhanrejo, Mantup has gained the news sentences, interrogative sentence, and imperative sentences. News sentences were found, even in all the data exists. While interrogative sentence and imperative sentences were not gained by the children, because they were a conversation with a friend. From the data found, children in 4-6 years old use interrogative sentence and imperative sentence only rely on  the intonation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find materials words and phrases in text books Indonesian. This study is a descriptive-qualitif. The analysis techniques of data is used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that in terms of the type and form of the word there are types of verbs, nouns, adjectives, and numeralia. The forms of verb consist of basic verbs, verbs affixed ber-an and verb affixed me-kan. Forms of nouns consisting of basic nouns, nouns affixed ke-an, nouns affixed pe-an, and noun affixed per-an. Forms of adjectives consists of basic adjective, adjective affixed me-kan, adjective affixed ter-. Material phrases found in the text book reading material that is used as a data source consists of (1) the nominal phrase, (2) verb phrase, (3) an adjective phrase, (4) prepositional phrases, and (5) phrases adverbal.

Abstract

This study aimed to Improve the learning achievement of Science to the sixth graders in the even semester at the second state Elementary School Sidomulyo, Deket - Lamongan. The study used a design that consists of several cycles. One cycle consisted of four activities, namely: (1) Pre - reflection, (2) Planning, (3) The implementation and monitoring, (4) Reflection. The test results were shaped board has demonstrated optimal results. Results of the final test which included items A, namely the activities of children in the group with an average of 4. Item B: the ability to conclude with an average of 4.5. Item C was the ability of learners in completing or answering the test with an average of 8.05. And the overall average result of 8.35. Based on the discussion briefly be summarized as follows: The use of Skills Process could improve the learning achievement of Science to the sixth graders in the even semester at the second state Elementary School Sidomulyo, Deket – Lamongan.
