This research was aimed at describing: (1) the students’ competence before being given intervention with pictorial domino cards, (2) the students’ competence after being given intervention with pictorial domino cards, and (3) the effect of picture domino cards toward the students’ competence in writing simple sentences. The research method used was experimental method using Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design. The research results showed that the overlap percentage was 0%, it’s mean that there was an effect of the usage of pictorial domino cards toward the improvement of writing simple sentences competence of a student with hearing impairment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) kemampuan peserta didik sebelum diberikan intervensi menggunakan kartu domino kata bergambar, 2)kemampuan peserta didik setelah diberikan intervensi menggunakan kartu domino kata bergambar, dan 3) pengaruh kartu domino kata bergambar terhadap kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Single Subject Reseach (SSR) desain A-B-A. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa presentase overlap sebesar 0%, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media kartu domino kata bergambar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis kalimat sederhana peserta didik tunarungu.

The purpose of this research was to know the effect of the total communication approach towards the hearing impairment students’ text retelling ability in the third grade of SDLB Kepanjen Malang. This research was experimental study using A-B-A Single Subject Research (SSR) design. The result of the study showed that the total communication approach affected the student’ text retelling ability. The analysis showed that the intervention gave an effect to the improvement of the target’s behaviour.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pendekatan komunikasi total terhadap kemampuan menceritakan kembali isi bacaan siswa tunarungu kelas 3 di SDLB Kepanjen Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bersifat eksperimen dengan metode SSR (Single Subject Research) desain A-B-A. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan komunikasi total yang dijadikan sebagai intervensi kepada siswa tunarungu ternyata memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dalam menceritakan kembali isi bacaan siswa tunarungu.

The reseach’s purpose was to analyze the effect of picture numeric card media toward improvement of the summation computation ability for student with intellectual disability of grade IV in SDLB. Data collected was analyzed with experiment technique and single subject research A-B design. Research result showed that: after being analyzed between condition overlap persentase was 0%. Thus, it could be concluded that there was effect of pictorial numeric card media toward summation computation ability of student with intellectual disability

Hearing impairment students have limitation in obtaining information. Hearing impairment students needs a multimedia-based instructional to visualize a subject matter as a learning experience. The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth grade student with mentally retarded in SDLB before playing the Snake and Ladder activity (2) the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth grade student with mentally retarded in SDLB after playing the Snake and Ladder activity (3) the effect of Snake and Ladder playing toward the result study of arithmetic addition for fourth grade student with mentally retarded SDLB. This research used SSR (Single Subject Research) with A-B-A design. Collecting the data was done by using assessment instrument, tests and observations. The result of this research showed that playing Snake and Ladder affected the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth-grade children with mentally retarded student in SDLB.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) Hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB sebelum melakukan kegiatan bermain Ular Tangga (2) Hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB sesudah melakukan kegiatan bermain Ular Tangga (3) Pengaruh bermain Ular Tangga terhadap hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian SSR (Single Subject Research) dengan desain A-B-A. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen assesmen, tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bermain ular tangga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa tunagrahita kelas 4 SDLB.

Students with hearing impairment who don’t have experience in listening Qur’an have problem in pronouncing the letters of the Qur’an. So, the teacher find difficulties to determine the level of students understanding in reading the letters of Qur’an. The purposes of the research and development was to produce learning media based on multilevel interactive quiz for exercising Al-Qur’an letter reading for students with hearing impairment of grade X. The model in this study refers to Research and Development (R & D) of Borg and Gall. The results of the research was qualified product that can be used by student with hearing impairment. Further research should develop an interactive quiz with emphasis on the diversity of the population and research. Siswa tunarungu yang tidak memiliki pengalaman dalam mendengarkan bunyi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an mengalami hambatan dalam mengucapkan huruf-huruf Al-Qur’an. Hal tersebut menyebabkan pengajar kesulitan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa dalam membaca huruf Al-Qur’an. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis kuis interaktif bertingkat untuk latihan membaca huruf Al-Qur’an siswa tunarungu kelas X. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Research and Development (R & D) dari Borg dan Gall. Hasil pengembangan adalah produk kuis interaktif bertingkat latihan membaca huruf Al-Qur’an yang telah layak menjadi media pembelajaran siswa tunarungu kelas X. Sebaiknya peneliti selanjutnya mengembangkan kuis interaktif dengan memperbanyak keragaman populasi dan keragaman penelitian.

Intellectual disability students experience difficulties in the learning process, especially on the material arithmeti coperation. It was caused by to the intellectual development hampered by the limitations of IQ and final stage of operational phases of the students turn from abstract to the concrete. The research design used in this study was the Single Subject Research (SSR), with ABA design models and use measuring units scores. The subjects was intellectual disability students the fifth grade in SDLB Idayu II Malang. Data collection techniques was written tests. Research revealed a effect of the use of the bowling game to increaser eduction numeracy skills as the target behavior. Advice for school and the teacher can provide methods and learning media in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students..

A student with intellectual disability who has low level of intelligence and adaptive skills, a weak and abstract thinking needs a special approach of learning. The concept of weight measuring on student with intellectual disability is an abstract concept. Mastering concept of weight happens on student with intellectual disability is that if there is an object which seems to be larger or more is definitely heavier. This concept implies on the learning approaches used by educators in instilling the concept of weight measurement correctly. Therefore, before students start to study about the concept of actual weight need to be bridged with the real concept of scales and weighing process to ascertain the nature of the weight of an object. The goal of this research was to describe the effect of the scales mediausage toward mastery of the weight measuring concept on student with intellectual disability in the class VII. The research design used in this study was Single Subject Research (SSR) with models A-B-A and using the unit of measuring scores. The results showed that there was the effect of the media on the mastery of weight scales concept. It was stated in the calculation of the overlap percentage between phases of baseline-1 to 0% of the intervention phase. This calculation stated that interventions have an impact on increasing the target behavior because the overlap percentages were below 90%. Peserta didik tunagrahita adalah anak yang memiliki keterbatasan taraf kecerdasan dan keterampilan adaptif. Karakteristik tunagrahita yang lemah dalam berpikir abstrak perlu suatu pendekatan pembelajaran. Konsep pengukuran berat pada siswa tunagrahita merupakan suatu konsep abstrak. Penguasaan konsep berat yang terjadi pada siswa tunagrahita bahwa benda yang kelihatan lebih besar atau lebih banyak pasti lebih berat. Konsep yang terjadi demikian berimplikasi pada pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan pendidik dalam menanamkan konsep pengukuran berat secara benar. Untuk itu, sebelum siswa melangkah mempelajari konsep berat yang sebenarnya perlu dijembatani dengan konsep nyata dari timbangan dan proses menimbang untuk memastikan sifat berat suatu benda.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media timbangan terhadap penguasaan konsep pengukuran berat pada siswa tunagrahita kelas VII, Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan model A-B-A dan menggunakan satuan ukur skor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan media timbangan terhadap penguasaan konsep berat. Hal ini dinyatakan dalam perhitungan persentase overlap antara fase baseline-1 ke fase intervensi sebesar 0%. Perhitungan tersebut menyatakan intervensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan target behavior, karena persentase overlap berada di bawah 90%.

A Student with hard of hearing hasa limited vocabulary and difficulty understanding abstract words. The purposes of this research were to describe: (1) the ability of early reading for a hard of hearing student at the time before the intervention, (2) the ability of early reading for a hard of hearing student after the intervention, and (3) the effect of mind mapping with picture word card toward the ability of early reading for a hard of hearing student in the class I. This study used a single subject research (SSR) with A-B-A design. These results indicated that there was a positive effect of the mind mapping with picture word card toward the ability of early reading for a hard of hearing student in the class I.

The subject in this research who have difficulty on summation nemeracy 1-10. The purpose of this research are to describe: (1) Summation numeracy for 3th grade chilldren with intellectual disability in baseline conditions; (2) Summation numeracy for 3th grade chilldren with intellectual disability after the intervention condition; (3) The influence of smart flanel board media toward summation numeracy for 3th grade chilldren with intellectual disability. This research is an Single Subject Research (SSR) method with A-B-A design. The results of this research is smart flanel board media has an influence toward count numeracy for 3th grade chilldren with intellectual disability.
