Abstract

Abstract : A hearing impairment  is someone suffering limitation of hearing. The limitation make student with hearing impairment have some problem with comunication. Limitation of comunication make students with heraing impairment need instuctional  media when studying in class. Natural science is one of the lessons that are verbal. The media is really needed to teach students with hearing imparment. The purpose of the study is developing natural science product of gaya material based on the flash style.this study  used the method developed by Lee & Owens. The concluded of the reseacrh showed that the instructional media can be used in learning activity with show validKey Word: Visual Media, Hearing impairmentAbstrak :Tunarungu adalah seseorang yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam pendengarannya. Keterbatasan tersebut membuat siswa tunarungu mengalami hambatan dalam berkomunikasi, sehingga siswa tunarungu membutuhkan media dalam proses pembelajaran. IPA adalah salah satu pelajaran yang bersifat verbal. Pelajaran IPA khususnya materi gaya untuk anak tunarungu sangat membutuhkan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk IPA materi gaya berbasis flash. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Lee & Owens. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis flah dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan bukti yang valid.

Abstract

Visual Impairment is obstacle in vision function that requires a different way of learning with other normal person. Visual impairment have the tools to learn how to read and writing like braille. Reading is activity that is needed to get the information. The objective of this study is to describe the effect of sally mangold tactual perception exercise toward subject’s early reading ability that viewed from before and after intervention. The method was experiment of single subject reasecrh design with A-B-A model. The conclusion of this study was found a positive effect of Sally Mangold tactual perception exercise toward subject’s early reading ability. The positive effect was seen from the increase score subject’s early reading ability from 50% to 98%.Tunanetra merupakan hambatan fungsi pengelihatan yang membutuhkan cara belajar yang berbeda dengan orang normal lainnya. tunanetra memiliki alat untuk belajar membaca dan menulis disebut braille. Membaca adalah kegiatan yang diperlukann untuk mendapatkan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengaruh latihan persepsi taktual Sally Mangold terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan subyek dilihat dari sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Single Subyek Resecrh dan model A-B-A. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ditemukan pengaruh positif latihan persepsi taktual Sally Mangold terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan subyek. Pengaruh tersebut dilihat dari skor kemampuan membaca permulaan subyek dari 50% menjadi 98%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of science with the usage of the macromedia flash animation media for students with hearing impairment in the grade IIof Elementary Special School. The method used was Clasroom Action Research (CAR) with qualitative design. The results of the data analysis showed that the subjects experienced an enhancement in the results of student’s activities in cycle I 50,90% increasing in cycle II 73,66%, the results of student learning in cycle I 64,99% increasing in cycle II 73,93%.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan media animasi macromedia flash bagi siswa tunarungu kelas II SDLB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Classroom Action Research (CAR) adalah dengan model kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa subjek mengalami peningkatan pada pembelajaran IPA yang dapat dilihat dari peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada siklus I dan siklus II. Persentase aktivitas siswa siklus I 50,90% meningkat siklus II 73,66% Sedangkan hasil belajar siklus I 64,99% meningkat siklus II 73,93%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth grade student with mentally retarded in SDLB before playing the Snake and Ladder activity (2) the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth grade student with mentally retarded in SDLB after playing the Snake and Ladder activity (3) the effect of Snake and Ladder playing toward the result study of arithmetic addition for fourth grade student with mentally retarded SDLB. This research used SSR (Single Subject Research) with A-B-A design. Collecting the data was done by using assessment instrument, tests and observations. The result of this research showed that playing Snake and Ladder affected the study result of arithmetic addition operation for fourth-grade children with mentally retarded student in SDLB.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan (1) Hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB sebelum melakukan kegiatan bermain Ular Tangga (2) Hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB sesudah melakukan kegiatan bermain Ular Tangga (3) Pengaruh bermain Ular Tangga terhadap hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa kelas 4 SDLB. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian SSR (Single Subject Research) dengan desain A-B-A. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen assesmen, tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bermain ular tangga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar penjumlahan siswa tunagrahita kelas 4 SDLB.

Abstract

With Limitation of thingking, certainly children with intellectual disability have some learning difficulties especially academic lessons. Children with intellectual disability have many characteristics, one of them is quickly bored and forget something easily. Dice game in this study refers to a game used by researchers in attempt to improve children with intellectual disability’s limited numeracy skill to calculate the dice that appears. In this study, researchers used quantitave approach with data test and documentation as data collecting thecnic. While study design in use was one group pretest-posttest design. It was concluded that the use of dice game media can improve numeracy skills.Dalam keterbatasan berfikir anak tunagrahita tentu mengalami kesulitan belajar terutama pelajaran akademik. Anak tunagrahita mempunyai karakteristik salah satunya adalah cepat bosan dan mudah lupa.Permainan dadu yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah permainan yang digunakan peneliti sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung saat anak tunagrahita yang terbatas pada menghitung mata dadu yang muncul. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data test dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-postest design. Kesimpulan penggunaan permainan dadu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pada tunagrahita.

Abstract

This study examined the writing skills of visual impairment when Y (initials) experienced some errors in writting some diction words by the teacher, Y reduced, replaced or even eliminated letters that should has been written.This research used a quantitative approach of Single Subject Research (SSR) with design of multiple baseline cross variables. The results of this research showed that CBM (Curriculum Based Measurement) can increase to be effectivelly the writing skills of students with visual impairment in SDLB.

Abstract

Abstrak:Orientasi Mobilitas (OM) sangat penting untuk siswa dengan hambatan penglihatan. Dengan OM siswa tunanetra bisa bergerak menuju lokasi yang diinginkan tanpa harus tergantung dengan orang lain. Di sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) dan sekolah inklusi tidak semua guru memiliki pengetahuan dan praktik dasar orientasi mobilitas, sehingga kemampuan mobilitas anak tunanetra tidak leleuasa dan sering tergantung pada orang lain. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan OM pada guru SLB dan sekolah inklusi. Dengan adanya  pelatihan diharapkan guru dapat melatih OM  kepada  siswa yang tunanetra dengan teknik  pendamping awas (sighted guide) dan teknik sticks guide yang benar. Pelasanaan kegiatan dengan metode pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan bahwa kemampuan  pengetahuan maupun praktik  OM pada guru SLB dan guru sekolah inklusi meningkat secara signifikan.Abstract:Mobility orientation (OM) is very important for students with visual impairments. With OM blind students can move to the desired location without having to depend on others. In Extraordinary Schools (SLB) and inclusive schools not all teachers have the basic knowledge and practice of mobility orientation, so that the mobility abilities of children with visual impairments are not flexible and often depend on others. The purpose of this training is to improve OM skills in SLB teachers and inclusive schools. With the training it is expected that teachers can train OM to blind students with sighted guide techniques and the correct sticks guide technique. Implementation of activities with training methods. The results of the training show that the knowledge and practice ability of OM in SLB teachers and inclusive school teachers increased significantly.

Abstract

Abstract: Developing inclusive education curriculum at elementaryschool level in East Java.The purpose of the researchwas to describe: characteristic and habit special need children in inclusive education, curriculum problems faced by teachers in inclusive school, and developingcurriculum model in inclusive school at elementary level. Development designbegun with field study towards needs ofspecial need children in inclusive school, and then developingcurriculum model in inclusive school. Research results showed type ofspecial need children included slow learning, learning difficulties, low intelligence, deaf problem,autism, mental problem, and blind children.In general, special need childrenhad difficulties in learning in regular school and some of them had difficulties in concentration in learning in regular.Keywords: developing,curriculum, special need children, elementary school, inclusive Absrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan: karakteristik dan kebiasaan ABK dalam pendidikan inklusif, hambatan yang dialami ABK dalam pendidikan inklusif, permasalahan yang dihadapi guru terkait dengan kurikulum di sekolah inklusif, dan mengembangkan model kurikulum di sekolah inklusif SD. Rancangan penelitian pengembangan diawali studi lapangan tentang kebutuhan-kebutuhan ABK di sekolah inklusif, selanjutnya mengembangkan model kurikulum inklusif SD. Hasil penelitian, jenis ABK di sekolah inklusif SD meliputi anak lambat belajar, berkesulitan belajar, tuna grahita, tuna rungu, autis, tuna daksa, dan tuna netra. Abstract

The purposes of this research were to describe teachers’ perception toward teachers’ functional job promotion, teachers’ experience related to contraints in achieving functional job promotion, teachers’ efforts in solving problems related to contraints in achieving functional job promotion. Population of the research was elementary schools’ teachers at Malang Regent. The subjects were 187 teachers selected by multi stage random sampling. The instruments were a questionnaire and documentation. The collected data was analysed by procentage. The result found that teachers’ perception was positive toward func¬tional job promotion. Generally, teachers’ constraints experience related to contraints in achieving func¬tional job promotion were in an education field and scientific writing field. Teachers solved the contrains by themselves.
