Abstract

From preliminary study and observation for intellectual disability students as cleaning service from post-school SLB Pembina Nasional C Malang, they work spiritly, disciplinely and in good and satisfied customer. The research was qualitative approach of ethnography type through interview, observation and documentation to describe how the formation of employee responsibilities of post-school intellectual disability as cleaning service? There were 3 cleaning servicer as research subject. The objectives of the research were to describe: (1) the skill training program (2) the concept of skill trainer (3) the form of supervision conducted. and (4) the form of the employee responsibilities of the intellectual disability students at the post-school periode as cleaning service. The results of the informant interviews were that: (1) the training program as cleaning service skill provided was according to the children’s interest and potential, (2) the concept of trainer in giving the material and the method used was easy, fun and workable, (3) the touch supervision involving teachers, parents, and routine supervision programs make the children obedient and happy as cleaning service, (4) the formation of employee responsibilities of post-school intellectual disability students as a devoted, discipline and hard worker cleaning service with satisfactory results. The advice for principals to provide confidence for post-school intellectual disability on various types of cleaning service jobs, and not limited to only types of work outside the building (field).Dari studi pendahuluan dan observasi untuk siswa tuna grahita sebagai cleaning service sebagai bagian dari program pasca sekolah dari SLB Pembina Nasional C Malang, mereka bekerja dengan semangat, disiplin dan baik dan puas dalam pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis etnografi melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pembentukan tanggung jawab kerja anak tuna grahita cleaning service? Ada 3 cleaning service sebagai subjek penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) program pelatihan ketrampilan (2) konsep pelatih keterampilan (3) bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan dan (4) bentuk tanggung jawab kerja siswa tuna grahita pada program masa pasca sekolah sebagai cleaning service. Hasil wawancara terhadap informan adalah: (1) program pelatihan sebagai keterampilan cleaning service yang diberikan sesuai dengan minat dan potensi anak, (2) konsep pelatih dalam memberikan materi dan metode yang digunakan pun mudah, menyenangkan dan dapat dikerjakan, (3) pengawasan yang menyentuh yang melibatkan guru, orang tua, dan program pengawasan rutin membuat anak taat dan bahagia sebagai petugas kebersihan, (4) pembentukan tanggung jawab kerja siswa tuna grahita pasca sekolah sebagai pembina yang berdedikasi, disiplin dan pekerja keras, pelayanan dengan hasil memuaskan. Saran bagi kepala sekolah untuk memberikan rasa kepercayaan diri pada anak tuna grahita pada program pasca sekolah pada berbagai jenis pekerjaan sebagai cleaning service, dan tidak terbatas hanya pada jenis pekerjaan di luar gedung.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of inclusive education at the elementary and secondary level of education in Indonesia through 9 dimensions, namely institutional dimension, curriculum dimension, learning dimension, assessment dimension, student dimension, human resource dimension, the dimension of facilities and infrastructure, and financing dimensions. This study uses a survey approach involving 82 elementary, junior high schools, vocational schools that provide inclusive education from 16 districts/cities in 7 Provinces in Indonesia. A sample of Province of Regency / City and educational unit selected by purposive random sampling. Data collection of the Self-Evaluation Instrument of Inclusive Schools from Yusuf (2014) covering Form 1, 2, and 3. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with 5 categories (0-20%), less (21% - 40%), moderate (41% - 60%), good (61% - 80%) and very good (81% - 100%). The results show that the implementation of inclusive education at the primary and secondary education unit level is as follows: (1) the average institutional aspect of 62%; (2) aspects of the curriculum averaging 71.1%; (3) average learning aspect 53,1%; (4) assessment aspect and average grade increase 60,9%; (5) student aspect average 54,6%; (6) aspects of human resources averaging 45.8%; (7) aspects of facilities and infrastructure averaged 22.1%; (8) aspects of community participation averaged 50.8%; and (9) average financing aspects of 45.4%.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi pendidikan inklusif di tingkat satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah di Indonesia melalui 9 dimensi, yaitu dimensi kelembagaan, dimensi kurikulum, dimensi pembelajaran, dimensi penilaian, dimensi kesiswaan, dimensi SDM, dimensi sarana dan prasarana, dimensi peran serta masyarakat, dan dimensi pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan melibatkan 82 SD, SMP, SMK yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif dari 16 Kabupaten/Kota pada 7 Provinsi di Indonesia. Sampel Provinsi Kab/Kota dan satuan pendidikan dipilih secara ppurposif random sampling. Pengumpulan data Instrumen Evaluasi Diri Sekolah Inklusi dari Yusuf (2014) yang meliputi Form 1, 2, dan 3. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan 5 kategori yaitu sangat kurang (0 – 20%), kurang (21% - 40%), sedang (41% - 60%), baik (61% - 80%) dan sangat baik (81% - 100%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif di tingkat satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah sebagai berikut: (1) aspek kelembagaan rata-rata 62%; (2) aspek kurikulum rata-rata 71,1%; (3) aspek pembelajaran rata-rata 53,1%; (4) aspek penilaian dan kenaikan kelas rata-rata 60,9%; (5) aspek kesiswaan rata-rata 54,6%; (6) aspek sumber daya manusia rata-rata 45,8%; (7) aspek sarana dan prasarana rata-rata 22,1%; (8) aspek peran serta masyarakat rata-rata 50,8%; dan (9) aspek pembiayaan rata-rata 45,4%.

Abstract

The government’s policy on inclusive education is regulated through the Regulation of the National Education Minister of the Republic of Indonesia, number 70 year 2009, which becomes the formal rule covering the implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia. In Ambon city, the information transmission process on inclusive education policy has been implemented by the education office of Ambon city through a series of socialization activities both internally and externally. However, this issue is still controversy among schools between agree/pro and receive/refuse about the model of inclusive education. The situation indicates that the implementation of policies issued by the central government and local governments have not been absorbed by stakeholder in the bottom level. Based on the above problems, this study was needed more deeply for the school principal’s perception about the inclusive education policy in Ambon City. The purpose of this research was to explore various information related to school perceptions of inclusive education policy. This research used qualitative approach by conducting with in-depth-interviews and analyzing by using Flow Model of Analysis. Activities in the analysis included data reduction, data presentation as well as interpretation and conclusion. The results of the 13 principals implementing education have different perceptions about inclusive education. From 12 aspects of inclusive education strategy, there were 2 schools that can understand about the policy of inclusive education. Otherwise, 11 schools did not understand. The conclusions of this research was the perceptions of inclusive education policy from 13 principals implementating the inclusive education have not understood the inclusive education deeply.Kebijakan pemerintah tentang pendidikan inklusi diatur melalui Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia, nomor 70 tahun 2009, yang menjadi peraturan formal yang mencakup pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Di kota Ambon, proses transmisi informasi pada kebijakan pendidikan inklusif telah dilaksanakan oleh dinas pendidikan kota Ambon melalui serangkaian kegiatan sosialisasi baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Namun, isu ini masih kontroversi di kalangan sekolah antara yang menerima dan menolak model pendidikan inklusif. Situasi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah belum diserap oleh pemangku kepentingan di tingkat bawah. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penelitian ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui persepsi kepala sekolah tentang kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di Kota Ambon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali berbagai informasi yang berkaitan dengan persepsi sekolah tentang kebijakan pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan analisis dengan menggunakan Flow Model of Analysis. Kegiatan dalam analisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data serta interpretasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari 13 prinsipal pelaksana pendidikan memiliki persepsi yang berbeda tentang pendidikan inklusi. Dari 12 aspek strategi pendidikan inklusif, ada 2 kepala sekolah yang dapat memahami tentang kebijakan pendidikan inklusi. Sedangkan 11 kepala sekolah tidak mengerti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi kebijakan pendidikan inklusif dari 13 kepala sekolah yang menerapkan pendidikan inklusi belum memahami pendidikan inklusi secara mendalam.

Abstract

Students with hearing impairment can not hear well as result they find difficultis in learning a abstract material. This study tried to describe the effect of the use of human doll media on reproductive health towards the ability of reproductive health care for the students with hearing impairment. The method was a quasi experimental research with One-group pretest and posttes design. The analysis technique used was the nonparametric Wilcoxon test. The results of the study was the human doll media on a special program of reproductive health have effect on the ability of reproductive health care for students with hearing impairment. The recommendations addressed for teachers is to implement the use of human doll media about reproductive health in the learning process.Siswa tunarungu adalah anak yang tidak mampu mendengar mengakibatkan sulit memahami materi pembelajaran yang bersifat abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media boneka human doll pada program khusus kesehatan reproduksi terhadap kemampuan merawat kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian One-group pretest and posttes design. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian penggunaan media boneka human doll berpengaruh pada program khusus kesehatan reproduksi terhadap kemampuan merawat kesehatan reproduksi siswi tunarungu di SMPLB B YPTB Malang. Saran ditujukan kepada guru untuk menerapkan penggunaan media boneka human doll pada pembelajaran program khusus kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

An intellectual disability is a condition in which intelligence is below average. If it is used a conventional learning in the mathematic lesson, it make the students with intellectual disability difficult in understanding. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning outcome in mathematics. The design of this study was Class Action Research (PTK) with two cycles. The subject of the study was five students of eighth grade in SMPLB Negeri Kedungkandang. The results showed that in the first cycle the average score increased to 62.51 %. In the second cycle, the students’ average score was 87,19%. The conclusion is by using snowball throwing model, there was an increase of learning outcomes on pre-action, the first cycle and the second cycleTunagrahita merupakan suatu kondisi di mana intelegensinya berada di bawah rata-rata. Jika pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, maka akan membuat siswa tunagrahita kesulitan dalam memahaminya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK. Dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Subyek penelitiannya adalah 5 siswa kelas VIII di SMPLB Negeri Kedungkandang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa 62,51% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 87,19%. Kesimpulannya yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran snowball throwing, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar antara pratindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II.

Abstract

Reading skill have to be mastered by hearing impairment students, however, they face some difficulties in reading comprehension. This study was aimed at obtaining an overview of the learning process and finding the improvement skills of Procedure Text reading comprehension through the scientific approach of pictural media for hearing impairment students in the grade XI. The research design was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kemmis & Mc Taggart spiral model. The implementation was done in two cycles. Planning in cycle I was done by creating a lesson plan reflecting the steps of observing, questioning, gathering information, associating, and communicating the picture as a medium. Repairing the 2nd cycle was by enlarging the media image with A2 paper size and giving scaffolding in the step of asking. The implementation was done according to the scientific approach steps: (1) observing: the students read and observe text & picture simultaneously, (2) asking: the students ask manythings that have not been understood yet, (3) gathering information: the students are active to find out, work together finding in the dictionary and experiencing hands-made sandwich (4) associating: the students associate all the information acquired and the previous experiences by making a text translation, (5) communicating: the students communicate the work in front of their friends . The successfull indicator achieved in cycle I was 25% of the students and in cycle II increased to 100%. It was concluded that the scientific approach of image media in learning for Procedure Text reading comprehension was succeeded in improving the students’ learning achievement of hearing impairment students of class XI in SLB N 2 Bantul.Keterampilan membaca harus dikuasai oleh siswa tuna rungu, walaupun mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca pemahaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum tentang proses pembelajaran dan menemukan keterampilan peningkatan pemahaman bacaan Procedure Text melalui pendekatan ilmiah media gambar untuk siswa tuna rungu di kelas XI. Desain penelitiannya adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (SPG) dengan model spiral Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Implementasinya dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Perencanaan dalam siklus I dilakukan dengan membuat rencana pelajaran yang mencerminkan langkah-langkah mengamati, mempertanyakan, mengumpulkan informasi, bergaul, dan mengkomunikasikan gambar sebagai media. Pada perbaikan siklus ke-2 adalah dengan memperbesar produk dengan ukuran kertas A2 dan memberi scaffolding pada langkah bertanya. Implementasi dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pendekatan ilmiah: (1) mengamati: siswa membaca dan mengamati teks & gambar secara bersamaan, (2) bertanya: siswa menanyakan banyak hal yang belum dipahami, (3) mengumpulkan informasi: siswa aktif untuk mencari tahu, bekerja sama menemukan di kamus dan pengalaman membuat sendiri sandwich, (4) bergaul: para siswa mengasosiasikan semua informasi yang diperoleh dan pengalaman sebelumnya dengan membuat terjemahan teks, (5) berkomunikasi: siswa mengkomunikasikan pekerjaan di depan teman mereka. Indikator keberhasilan yang dicapai pada siklus I adalah 25% siswa dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100%. Disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan ilmiah produk gambar dalam pembelajaran untuk membaca teks bacaan Procedure Text berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa tuna rungu kelas XI di SLB N 2 Bantul.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to describe: 1) the ability of self-help in wearing the buttoned shirt before being given the intervention with forward chaining method, 2) the ability of self-help in wearing the buttoned shirt after being given the intervention with forward chaining method, 3) the effect of forward chaining method towards the ability of self-help in wearing the buttoned shirt. The method of this study was an experimental method by using the Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A design. The percentage of overlap between the baseline condition-1 (A1) and the intervention was 0% showing no overlap.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan peserta didik tunagrahita sedang dalam kemampuan bina diri memakai baju berkancing sebelum diberikan intervensi menggunakan metode forward chaining, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan peserta didik tunagrahita sedang dalam kemampuan bina diri memakai baju berkancing setelah diberikan intervensi menggunakan metode forward chaining, 3) pengaruh metode forward chaining terhadap kemampuan bina diri memakai baju berkancing. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Single Subject Reseach (SSR) dengan model A-B-A. Presentase overlap antara kondisi baseline-1 (A1) ke intervensi sebesar 0% yang menunjukkan tidak ada tumpang tindih.

Abstract

Development program is an effective program implemented continuously. Seeing the condition of the time children are more at home than when the child’s cerebral palsy is in school or therapy institute. So the role of parents of children cerebral palsy is very important to support the effectiveness of a mobile development program. The development goals are; 1) Describe prototype of motion building program for parents of cerebral palsy children, 2) Analyze the feasibility of developing prototype program of motion building for parents of children of cerebral palsy. This research uses R & D with 4D research design but in this research only in stage 3D or define, design, and develop because writer do not reach the stage of sale or dissemination of product considering the time limitations. The results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the development of this mobile development program has been successfully tested in assisting the process of continuous development program. This is demonstrated when a limited trial of the results of the development can help improve the effectiveness of a mobile development program that has sustainable properties to achieve the program’s objectives. The conclusion of the research are: 1) The product produced in this research is the development of motion building program for parents of children of cerebral palsy which is packed in book form, 2) This research produces decent product in the form of development of motion program for parents of cerbral palsy children. It is said to be eligible for fulfilling the criteria (a) valid according to the two validators of the material or content, (b) valid by the product design expert’s validator, (c) Category both in the researcher’s observation of the parent in understanding the movement program and applying it to the child’s cerebral palsy.Program bina gerak adalah program yang efektif dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Melihat kondisi waktu anak yang lebih banyak berada dirumah dibandingkan dengan saat anak cerebral palsy berada di sekolah atau lembaga terapi. Maka peran orang tua anak cerebral palsy sangat penting guna menunjang kefektifan sebuah program bina gerak. Tujuan pengembangan adalah ; 1)Mendeskripsikan prototype program bina gerak untuk orang tua anak cerebal palsy, 2)Menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan prototype program bina gerak untuk orang tua anak cerebal palsy. Penelitian ini menggunakan R & D dengan desain penelitian 4D namun pada penelitian ini hanya pada tahap 3D atau define, design, dan develop dikarenakan penulis tidak sampai pada tahap penjualan atau penyebaran produk mengingat keterbatasan waktu. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terlihat bahwa pengembangan program bina gerak ini telah berhasil diuji dalam membantu proses program bina gerak yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini ditunjukan pada saat Uji coba terbatas hasil dari pengembangan tersebut dapat membantu meningkatkan kefektifan dari sebuah program bina gerak yang memiliki sifat berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan program tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah :1)Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan program bina gerak untuk orang tua anak cerebral palsy yang dikemas dalam bentuk buku, 2)Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk yang layak berupa pengembangan program bina gerak untuk orang tua anak cerbral palsy. Dikatakan layak karena telah memenuh kriteria (a) valid menurut dua validator ahli materi atau isi, (b) valid menurut validator ahli desain produk, (c) Kategori baik dalam pengamatan peneliti terhadap orang tua dalam memahami program bina gerak dan menerapkannya pada anak cerebral palsy.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low ability of hearing impairment students in SLB Negeri I Gunungkidul in writing Simple Present Tense. Overcoming this problem, the Class Action Research (CAR) was done by using Engklek modification with CTL approach to increase the students’ ability in writing Simple Present Tense. This study was aimed at describing the improvement of the students’ ability in grade VII SLB Negeri 1 Gunungkidul in writing Simple Present Tense through Engklek modification with CTL approach. The method used was a Classroom Action Research with spiral model research design by Kemmis and McTaggart. This study was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The subjects were 4 students with hearing hearing of grade VII at SLB Negeri 1 Gunungkidul. It can be concluded that the learning of modification with CTL approach could increase students’ ability in writing Simple Present Tense. So, it is recommended that teachers should use a modified Engklek with CTL approach for writing Simple Present Tense.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa tunarungu di SLB Negeri 1 Gunungkidul dalam menulis simple present tense. Untuk mengatasi permaslahan ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan engklek modifikasi dengan pendekatan CTL untuk meningkatakan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis simple present tense. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan siswa kelas VII SLB Negeri 1 Gunungkidul dalam menulis simple present tense melalui engklek modifikasi dengan pendekatan CTL. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan desain penelitian model spiral oleh Kemmis and McTaggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas tahapan: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 siswa tunarungu kelas VII di SLB Negeri 1 Gunungkidul. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran engklek modifikasi dengan pendekatan CTL dapat meningkatakan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis simple present tense. Sehingga disarankan agar guru menggunakan engklek modifikasi dengan pendekatan CTL untuk pembelajaran menulis simple present tense.

Abstract

The ability of blind students of class VII in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar in operating the multiplication decker is still very low. To improve the ability of the tiled multiplication operation attempted by applying techniques used polamatika. This study uses a quantitative approach and use this type of experimental research methods. Experimental research design used is Single Subject Research ABA (A (Baseline 1) - B (Intervention) - A (Baseline 2)). Subjects examined in this study is one student with low vision, 7th level at SLB-A YAPTI Makassar. Data collection techniques in this research is through tests and observation. The data obtained were processed by descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the ability of the tiled multiplication operation on low vision students of class VII in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar after using the technique of polamatika on the number of tens of tiled multiplication operations with units, with dozens to tens able to achieve the target behavior, although the operations Stackable multiplying numbers with hundreds and hundreds to tens unit yet fully achieve the target behavior. Based on these results it can be concluded that an increase in the ability of the tiled multiplication operation on low vision students in SLB-A YAPTI Makassar after using the polamatika techniqueKemampuan siswa tunanetra kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar dalam mengoperasikan perkalian bersusun masih sangat rendah. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun dicoba dengan menerapkan teknik polamatika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian eksperimen yang dipergunakan adalah Single Subject Research A-B-A (A (Baseline 1) - B (Intervensi) - A (Baseline 2)). Subyek penelitian adalah Subjek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang siswa tunanetra laki-laki jenis low vision, inisial HD, kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui tes dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun pada siswa low vision kelas VII di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar setelah menggunakan teknik polamatika pada operasi perkalian bersusun bilangan puluhan dengan satuan, dan puluhan dengan puluhan, dapat mencapai target behavior, meskipun pada operasi perkalian bersusun bilangan ratusan dengan satuan dan ratusan dengan puluhan belum dapat sepenuhnya mencapai target behaviour. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan operasi perkalian bersusun pada siswa low vision di SLB-A YAPTI Makassar setelah menggunakan teknik polamatika.
