Abstract

This writing proves that form of textual and contextual interpretation are not caused by period/ time (classic, modern, contemporary), but they are not caused by interpreter’s method and approach. This research also disagrees many opinions included orientalist who always assesses classical interpreter produces textual interpretation. This research is bibliographical (Library Research) with interpretation (tafsir) study object from classical interpreter Al-Tarbari (passed away 923) al-Zamakhsyarî (1144), Ibnu ‘Atiyyah (1159), al-Qurtubî (1273), Abî Hayyân (1344), mufasir modern al-Syinqtî (1973) and Wahbah al-Zuhailî (born 1932), al-Marâghî (1952), al-Qâsimî (1914), Râsyid Ridâ (1935), al-Sya‘râwî (1998) and contemporary M. QuraishShihab (born 1944). In process, this research uses method of analytical descriptive by approach content analysis and comparative with analysis of Abdullah Saeed theory about category of textual and contextual approach.

Abstract

The writing explains the discourse of classical and contemporary scholars regarding friend justice, as something urgent in the narration of hadith. Argumentatively-dogmative this paper constructs the justice of friends in the classical ulama perspective, as well as the argumentative-dogmatic of contemporary scholars regarding friend justice in the narrative of the hadith as a comparison. This study is literary in nature which refers to qualitative methods that collect data from various Islamic literature that are considered to have relevance. So that it can be concluded that the religious scholars of the past had a friend's belief that they were just people guaranteed by the Prophet as human beings in their time, the Sunni argument was contradicted by contemporary scholars

Abstract

This study aims to find out the understanding of hadith textually and contextually about the permissibility and prohibition of polygamy and its implications. The method used is the method of mawdhu`iy (thematic) with a textual and contextual understanding approach. The results of the study conclude that, 1) there is no contradiction between the traditions that allow and prohibit, even both contain indications that polygamy may be carried out by fulfilling certain conditions and considering the benefits and disadvantages, 2) Prophet Muhammad tightened polygamy by expressing reasons and consideration of benefits and disadvantages. Even the Prophet explicitly answered the question of friends why the Prophet did not want to marry Ansar women for reasons of jealousy. This indicates that there is a psychological and emotional element of women that is the concern of the Prophet. Likewise when Ali was about to marry again, the Prophet explicitly stated that he did not want Fatimah to be hurt. This also indicates the psychological aspects that the Prophet considered not to allow Ali to polygamy, also need to consider psychological and emotional factors

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept and implementation of a 30-day quarantine program in memorizing Al-Qur'an 30 juz at the Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school in Wonosobo. This research approach is qualitative, while the physical techniques of the data are; Win affairs, interviews and documentation. By analyzing data, students / students have enthusiasm and enthusiasm when learning memorization takes place, students / students are able to meet the target every day. Students / students are always disciplined and disciplined in activities, most students / students meet the target targets on time. This study concluded that the 30-day quarantine program at PP Miftahul Huda Siwatu Wonosobo can significantly fulfill the target of the 30-juz al-Qur'an memorization of the santri.

Abstract

This paper discusses the term khalasha and its derivation in the Quran. This study uses the semantic theory of the Quran Toshhiko Izutsu. First, discuss the basic and relational meaning. Second, perform syntactic and paradigmatic analysis. Third, perform synchronic and diachronic analysis of the term khalasha. Synchronic and diachronic analysis discusses the term from pre-Quran, Quranic (revelation) era, until post-Quran era. Fourth, find weltanschauung the use of khalasha and its derivation in the Quran. The result of this research is the basic meaning of khalasha is pure. The relational meaning is purifying, special, clean, jarring, and clear. There are two different concepts of the use of the khalasha term and its derivation in the Quran. First, the term includes about the concept of religion which means to keep religion. Second, if connected with a thing then its meaning is clean.
