Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) dispilin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. 4) disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Panakkukang Makassar.Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan                                                                             ABSTRACT               This research has been done at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. The research method was quantitative approach. Technique of data collection was questionnaire method. The data analysis of this research applied multiple linear regression with 80 employees as a sample. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique.               Research result shows 1) work discipline has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar. 2) organization commitment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 3)  work environment has positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Branch of Panakkukang Makassar, 4) work discipline, organization commitment, and work environment have positive and significant influence on employees performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the growth of local Finncial Performance Of Districts/Ciies (PAD Growth, PAD Share, PAD elasticity, Financial Capabilities Index (FCI) the era before and after the implementation of regional autonomy, and to measure its impact on economic growth in  the district / city of South Sulawesi Province.The research method was quantitative and  described  20 years of data series on budget realization (10 years before and after the era of regional autonomy) by   some mathematical equation as a comparative test and multiple linear regression with SPSS-16 to test the effect.The results showed that in the era  of regional autonomy, PAD Growth showed a slight but not  significant improvement. However PAD Share and elasticity was found to be lower. Fiscal capacity map lower in the era of regional autonomy while  fiscal capacity index improved. It wasalso revealed that partially PAD  Share had positive and significant impact on economic growth while in contrast, PAD growth and  elasticity showed negative effect but  growthand it was found  that Financial Capabilities Index Contributions to economic growth was very small and insignificant. Keywords: Effectiveness of the implementation of regional autonomy, the financial capability index and economic growth.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pertumbuhan PAD, Share PAD, Elastisitas PAD, Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan (IKK) era sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan otonomi daerah serta mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif atas 20 tahun data seris realisasi APBD (10 tahun sebelum dan sesudah era otonomi daerah) dengan mengadopsi metode kajian Bappenas (2012) sebagai uji komparatif dan uji regresi linier menurut Sugiyono (2013) dengan software  SPSS-16 untuk uji pengaruh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Pertumbuhan PAD pada era otonomi daerah sedikit lebih baik, namun tidak signifikan, 2) Share   PAD pada era otonomi daerah  lebih rendah, 3) Elastitias PAD pada era otonomi daerah lebih rendah, 4) Peta kemampuan keuangan daerah lebih rendah pada era otonomi daerah, 5) Indeks kemampuan keuangan daerah lebih baik pada era otonomi daerah, 6) Secara parsial Share PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi sedangkan  Growth PAD dan Elastisitas PAD berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan.  Secara simultan ketiganya  berpengaruh tidak signifikan, 7) Kontribusi Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat kecil dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan Kata Kunci : Efektivitas pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, indeks kemampuan keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan tim work terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) profesionalisme secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (2) kredibilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa, (3) responsif secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa,  (4) team work secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa,  (5). profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, dan team work  secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil kabupaten Gowa. Kata kunci: profesionalisme, kredibilitas, responsif, tim work dan kepuasan kerja ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of professionalism, credibility, responsiveness, and team work on employee satisfaction at the department of population and civil registry of Gowa regency.The results of this study indicate that (1) professionalism partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the department of population and civil registry of Gowa regency. Abstract

Abstract This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of discipline on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 2) To analyze the impact of school leadership on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 3) To analyze the influence of the school environment on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 4) To analyze the effect of teaching methods on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 5) To analyze the influence of discipline, school leadership, environment and learning methods simultaneously on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The research location is at State Senior High School (SMA) 1 Sungguminasa. The population in this study is the overall teacher status of Civil Servants SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa total of 37 people. Sampling by using census population taken as a whole.For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. Abstract

ABSTRAKPengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran  pada  SDIT Al-Fityan School Kabupaten Gowa  (dibimbing oleh Haedar Akib dan Hasmin Tamsah).Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa; 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner/angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan menggunakan komputer program SPSS 16 dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 3) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 4) Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Artinya semakin baik Kepemimpinan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru, sebaliknya, semakin tidak baik kepemimpinan maka semakin tidak baik pula kinerja Guru. 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial dan simultan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan, Budaya, dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya, Lingkungan Sekolah, Kinerja Guru. ABSTRACT The Influence Leadership, Cultural and Environmental Performance Against School Master in Education at Al-Fityan School SDIT Gowa Regency (guided by Haedar Akib and Hasmin Tamsah).This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of leadership on teacher performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 2) To analyze the influence of culture on performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 3) To analyze the effect on the performance of the School Environment in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 4) To analyze the effect of Leadership, Culture and Environment School on the performance of the Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.The research was conducted in Al-Fityan SDIT subdistrict Somba Opu School Gowa Gowa Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 with the number of samples are 80 respondents.The results showed 1) Leadership influential has positve and significant impact has on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 2) Culture positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 3) The school environment has a positive effect and significantly to the performance of teachers in Education at Al-Fityan SDIT School Gowa Regency, 4) Leadership, Culture and Environment School together have positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.Based on the partial results of the analysis we concluded that 1) leadership has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers. This means that the better the leadership, the better the performance of teachers, on the contrary, the less well the more is not good leadership anyway teacher performance. 2) Culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 3) Environmental Educational positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 4) Based on the partial and simultaneous analysis, we concluded that leadership, culture, and the School Environment simultaneously (together) positive and significant impact on teacher performance.Keywords: Leadership, Culture, Environment School, Teacher Performance
