Abstract

Karyawan merupakan salah satu SDM yang berada di Perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan mempunyai peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Karyawan harus benar-benar kompeten dibidangnya dan karyawan juga harus mampu mengabdi secara optimal. Kinerja seseorang yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh Pendidikan, Pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Swift Logistics Solutions adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang logistik pergudangan dan pengiriman barang. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan di perusahaan PT. Swift Logistics Solutions Kota Bekasi Jawa Barat yang berjumlah 104 orang. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan metode Sloving dengan hasil sebanyak 82 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn more about marketing tactics used to boost sales at CoffeePurnama. The research approach is a sort of qualitative inquiry that makes use of descriptive qualitative methods. This study directly observes important informants and informants through observations, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The findings of this study suggest that Coffee Purnama's marketing strategy is sound because Purnama Coffeee has the advantages and potential to compete with its rivals in the market today. One such opportunity is to develop product innovations. On the down side, though, the full moon Coffeee also contains risks and flaws that could cause it to fail. Purnama Coffeee's threats and weaknesses are inconsistent open sticks, poor promotions, and insufficient locations. This danger served as a catalyst for CoffeePurnama to increase the next aim. According to the current plan, it is most effective to keep promoting CoffeePurnamayang in areas where this strategy can make the most of its advantages and opportunities. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net interest margin (NIM), dan Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan FinTech (studi perbankan BUMN yang bekerjasama dengan LinkAja periode 2018 – 2020). Pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan paired sampel t-test dan wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan ROA sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan FinTech studi perbankan BUMN yang berkerjasama dengan LinkAja periode 2018–2020. (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan ROE sebelum dan sesudah menerapkkan FinTech studi perbankan BUMN yang berkerjasama dengan LinkAja periode 2018–2020. (3) Bank BRI dan Mandiri terdapat perbedaan NIM sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan FinTech sedangkan untuk Bank BNI dan BTN terdapat perbedaan NIM sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan FinTech periode 2018-2020. (4) tidak terdapat perbedaan BOPO sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan FinTech studi perbankan BUMN yang berkerjasama dengan LinkAja periode 2018–2020. This study aims to determine the differences in return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net interest margin (NIM), and Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) before and after implementing FinTech (BUMN banking study in collaboration with LinkAja for the 2018 period. - 2020). The sample was selected by using purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 4 companies. The hypothesis was tested using paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon using SPSS version 22. The results of the hypothesis test show that: (1) there is no difference in ROA before and after implementing FinTech in the BUMN banking study in collaboration with LinkAja for the 2018-2020 period. 2) there is no difference in ROE before and after implementing FinTech in the BUMN banking study in collaboration with LinkAja for the period 2018-2020. (3) Bank BRI and Mandiri have differences in NIM before and after implementing FinTech while for Bank BNI and BTN there are differences in NIM before and after implementing FinTech for the 2018-2020 period. (4) there is no difference in BOPO before and after implementing FinTech in BUMN banking studies in collaboration with LinkAja for the period 2018-2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. Mayora Indah Tbk pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020 yang ditinjau dari analisis Economic Value Added (EVA). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan (neraca dan laba rugi periode 2016-2020). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Metode anaisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis EVA yang terdiri dari analisis Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invested Capital, Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), dan Capital Charges. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Economic Value Added (EVA) yang dihasilkan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk selama periode 2016 sampai 2020 mengalami fluktuasi tetapi bernilai positif atau (EVA > 0) yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam keadaan baik, artinya perusahaan mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis bagi pemegang saham dan investor. Abstract

To ensure the prosperity of the Indonesian people, it is essential to develop infrastructure and provide equal opportunities for progress in rural areas. The aim is to eliminate any remaining marginalized villages and enable rural Indonesia to compete with other advanced rural areas in terms of development and societal well-being. This research aims to examine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Data will be collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale model, which will then be tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique employed will be the Smart PLS method. The population for this study consists of 1,119 individuals, while the sample size will be 80 people, following Hair et al.'s recommendation. The research findings indicate that infrastructure has a positive and significant impact on performance. However, individual capacity has a negative and insignificant influence on performance. Online Siskeudes (Integrated Village Administration System) has a positive but insignificant effect on performance. Infrastructure has a positive and significant impact on Online Siskeudes, while individual capacity has a positive and significant influence on Online Siskeudes. The variable Online Siskeudes does not mediate the relationship between infrastructure and performance, and similarly, it does not mediate the relationship between individual capacity and performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mendskripsikan tata kelola keuangan Desa Masiku yang terletak di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dimana yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah partisipasif dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Hasil dari penelitian ini merujuk kepada analisis perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa Masiku, Kecamatan Towuti Kabupaten Luwu Timur dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan transparansi. Partisipasi masyarakat sangat tinggi pada pengelolaan anggaran dana Desa Masiku. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam perencanaan tersebut sangat bervariasi, ada yang memang benar-benar berdiskusi untuk pembangunan, ada yang datang karena ingin mendapat bagian dalam kegiatan pembangunan ada pula masyarakat yang datang hanya untuk turut meramaikan. Namun secara keseluruhan pemerintah Desa Masiku telah berupaya menginisiasi pertemuan dengan masyarakat dalam kegiatan perencanaan pengelolaan dana desa. perencanaan pengelolaan keuangan desa pemerintah desa sangat transparan dalam memaparkan jumlah anggaran yang di kelola oleh pemerintah desa sehingga dalam pembuatan perencanaan yang melibatkan unsur pemerintah desa, BPD dan masyarakat mampu menyingkronkan dengan kebutuhan pembangunan serta pemberdayaan dengan jumlah anggaran yang dikelola oleh Desa Masiku. Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze how Internal Communication and Working Environment affect Teacher Performance, with Transformational Leadership acting as a moderating factor at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. The research includes 123 teachers from SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi as participants. Data was collected through various methods, such as distributing questionnaires using Google Form, conducting interviews, and observations. The data was then analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The findings indicate that: (1) Internal Communication has a positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi, (2) Working Environment also has a positive and significant impact on Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi, (3) Transformational Leadership negatively moderates the relationship between Internal Communication and Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi, and (4) Transformational Leadership positively moderates the relationship between Working Environment and Teacher Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between service quality and trust on community satisfaction. The study involved a total population of 1,600 individuals, with a sample size of 110 people. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires that utilized a Likert scale model. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the Smart PLS method. The findings of the study are as follows: a) Service quality was found to have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, b) Community trust was found to have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, c) Institutional reputation was found to have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, d) The quality of service was not found to be moderated by the institutional reputation variable in relation to community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station, e) Public trust was not found to be moderated by the institutional reputation variable in relation to community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station. In summary, the study identified significant positive relationships between service quality, community trust, and institutional reputation with community satisfaction at the Bukittinggi Police Station. However, the analysis did not find evidence to support the moderation effects of institutional reputation on the relationship between service quality and community satisfaction, or between public trust and community satisfaction at the police station. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system, organizational commitment and the use of information technology on the accountability of managing village funds in the District of South Bulango, Bone Bolango Regency. The type of research used is the quantitative method, the source of the data used in this research is primary data obtained directly from respondents in the District of South Bulango. The total population in this study is 103 people using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. The results showed that partially the internal control system variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability (Y), organizational commitment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability (Y), and information technology utilization (X3). positive and significant effect on village fund management accountability (Y). Abstract

Human Resources can be considered as the most important part of a company or organization. The element of human resources is not only employees, but also leaders. Where leaders must pay a lot of attention to their employees. This is what happened to the office of the Ministry of Religion Kab. Maros, where within 3 years there has been a change of Head of Office every one year during 2022, causing employees to have to adapt to the various Leadership Styles of each Head of Office. This study aims to explain the effect of leadership through the variable Job Stress using descriptive quantitative research methods. The number of research samples is less than 100, so all members of the population are used as respondents, which is equal to 58 respondents. The size scale used is the Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, that the high or low of the leadership variable has an effect but not significant on employee work stress. The results of statistical tests have proven that there is no significant effect of the leadership variable on employee work stress. Keywords: Human resources, leadership, work stress
