This research aims to analyze the role of sharia banking in supporting halal tourism and to analyze the potential of sharia banks in supporting halal tourism. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research based on the results of interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the condition of sharia banks in supporting halal tourism has not carried out effective outreach to tourism industry players, access to offices and ATM networks is still difficult to find and there is a lack of promotion carried out by sharia banks while the potential of sharia banks themselves can carry out product innovation by providing specific financing products for tourism industry players and holding interesting events to change the public mindset that Islamic banks are inclusive and not exclusive banks.

Abstract The impact of the financial crisis at the end of 2008 resulted in the financial sector losing its ability to mitigate risk, in turn causing increased credit risk. The aim of the study is, of course, to understand the impact of monetary policy and macroprudential on credit risks in Indonesia's non-allocation financing (NPF). The study USES the data panel that has been processed through eviews 10 and applied with multiple linear regression analysis, specifying five different types of cellular general Banks that fit the criteria as a sample of observation during the 2018-2022 period. Research shows that bi rate as a monetary policy proxy and mandatory minimum requirement (GWM) as a macroprudensian policy proxy does not significantly affect credit risk. However, those capital inequality ratios have a significant negative impact on credit risk, while those variables financing to depositite ratios have significant positive effects on credit risk. Monetary policy and macroprudencies are crucial to systemic risk, particularly credit risk in the financial sector, especially at sharia general bank.

This study aims to analyze the understanding of Muslim students about riba. The research uses descriptive qualitative research methods carried out through descriptive descriptions of words, or sentences, which are arranged carefully and systematically from collecting data to interpreting and going down to the field and interviewing respondents directly, the research used is the frequency distribution method (percentage). The sample in this study used 50 samples who were interviewed using descriptive methods and frequency distribution methods. The results showed that: the understanding of Muslim students on the definition of riba students still do not understand due to the lack of in-depth discussion and the ability of students' understanding of the definition of riba itself, regarding the difference between riba fadhl and riba nasi'ah found that students already understand the difference between riba fadhl and riba nasi'ah besides the understanding of Muslim students on six ribawi goods found the results students do not understand, and student understanding of usury jahiliyah found that Muslim students already understand.

At this time the halal industry in Indonesia is becoming a public concern, especially in the field of fashion. The development of fashion trends cannot be separated from the existence of increasingly trendy technology, so business actors are trying to take advantage of these technological developments as a means of ideas and innovations to create products that are appropriate for their time in order to attract the attention of consumers and be able to compete in the market. With the development of syar'i fashion trends, resulting in the increase in sharia business, many designers continue to be innovative by bringing up many designs that are in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the trend of sharia fashion in the modern era in the city of Bandung, as well as find out how far the development of sharia fashion in the modern era. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach by collecting data sourced from previous research, obtained through Google scholar and dimensions. The results of this study show that the halal industry in the fashion sector has become a trend and has a very big opportunity to develop the halal fashion sector. However, behind the great opportunities there are challenges that must be faced including: Lack of halal awareness in Indonesian society, Lack of Public Understanding of the Concept of Halal in Fashion, not many fashion MSMEs that take care of halal certification, low awareness of the Indonesian people to compete.

Digital economic transformation is one of the agendas in the 2025-2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) or what is known as Golden Indonesia 2045. In an effort to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045, Indonesia must create smart leadership by implementing Islam, Indonesianism, and Modernity as planned by Nurcholish Madjid. The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the digital economic transformation in smart leadership to realize Golden Indonesia 2045 in Nurcholish Madjid's thinking. The research method used is a qualitative method with an analytical-descriptive research type. The results of this research are that the digital economic transformation carried out by Indonesia is a form of modernization, not a form of Westernization, but rather an openness in applying positive values for world progress in accordance with Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts. Islam, Indonesianness, and Modernity proclaimed by Nurcholish Madjid is proof that the digital economic transformation is a form of rationalization regarding Islamic principles and teachings that are open to reason and science. This is in accordance with smart leadership which includes social leaders, digital leaders, freshmen leaders, and technological leaders, that Nurcholish Madjid is open to the values of universality and knowledge. In digital economic transformation too, Nurcholish Madjid said that the Muslim Society must be optimistic and open to becoming a Modern Moslem Society to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045.

It cannot be denied that the economy must develop in accordance with the rapid development of the times. One of them is in the financial sector, where Islamic financial institutions are considered important and capable of overcoming the current economic crisis. The sharia banking industry in Indonesia continues to grow, one of the factors being the majority of Muslims. This situation convinced the Indonesian people of the importance of sharia in the economy and then established financial institutions to open banks with the aim of being able to provide the best to the community. In recent years, the banking industry has witnessed significant growth in demand for Islamic financial products. Of the many banking institutions that issue financial products including Hajj savings products, Bank Sumut Syariah is one of the sharia banking institutions that issues various financial products in accordance with sharia principles, one of the financial products developed by Bank Sumut Syariah is Savings Hajj. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Simpang Kayu Besar used geographic, demographic and behavioral segmentation. The target market applied uses Differentiated marketing with a relationship marketing approach. Furthermore, the positioning applied at Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Syariah is by placing the product in a way that builds a positive image, builds customer trust and emphasizes the superiority of the Smart Ib Makbul Savings product.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the perceived usefulness and convenience affect customer loyalty either directly or through customer satisfaction. The discussion of this research is related to the TAM (technology acceptance model) analysis, where researchers can find out what things are phenomena in BSI Kc customers. Padangsidimpuan customers in using the BSI Mobile application. This research is quantitative research. The sample of this study was 371 samples. The data collection instrument used a closed questionnaire to BSI Kc customers. Padangsidimpuan customers who use the BSI Mobile application. Data analysis using inner model, outer model, and intervening hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that customer satisfaction can explain customer loyalty by 0.363 or 36.3 percent, while 63.7 percent is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The loyalty has an R2 value of 0.368 or 36.8 percent, while 63.2 percent is influenced by other variables in this study. Then there is an influence between the usefulness and ease of using the BSI Mobile application on customer satisfaction. There is an influence between the usefulness and ease of using the BSI Mobile application on customer loyalty. There is no influence between customer satisfaction using the BSI Mobile application on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the usefulness and ease of using the BSI Mobile application on customer loyalty at BSI Kc. Padangsidimpuan.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how beneficial productive waqf is to community welfare. employing research methodology, specifically a review of the literature on productive waqf for community welfare and using earlier studies as a guide. The article's findings demonstrate how waqf assets can be allocated for productive uses, which will undoubtedly boost local economic activity in a contemporary economic system and enhance community welfare. which is consistent with the primary goal of waqf, which is to distribute assets so that each Muslim can benefit from their wealth without favoring any particular group.

Sebagai salah satu endowment fund, wakaf memiliki relevansi kuat dengan isu yang diangkat dalam Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Pada era saat ini, transformasi digital menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mendorong peningkatan potensi wakaf guna mencapai tujuan pembangunan masyarakat. Penelitian ini melakukan eksplorasi literatur yang membahas model pengelolaan wakaf berbasis digital yang telah dilakukan dan dapat mendukung tujuan pembangunan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Artikel ilmiah, buku, artikel dari situs resmi, dan laporan seputar pengelolaan wakaf digital dan SDGs menjadi data yang dianalisis. Pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang mencoba mengintegrasikan dan menyimpulkan temuan-temuan dalam literatur, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stakeholders dalam bidang wakaf dapat mengimplementasikan model crowdfunding platform sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan penghimpunan wakaf, menetapkan konten digital sebagai salah satu objek wakaf, dan menggunakan teknologi blockchain dalam pengelolaan data wakaf.

This study aims to investigate the characteristics of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), analyze the form of bumdes management, and analyze the strategy of strengthening Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Bone Regency.The analysis unit is a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) with research objects of Bumdes Management, Village Government, and Village Escorts.This research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data is collected with interviews and observations.The data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Qualitative descriptive technique is qualitative data processing that has been obtained through simple depiction of facts/characteristics.The results of the study that village owned enterprises in Bone District have not found a character that suits local conditions.In running a business still tends to imitate what others have done.BumDes governance has not implemented the principle that should be a handle in conducting activities.The manager still does not have good human resources to innovate, so BUMDes cederung does not experience significant development.bumdes strengthening must be done with a good management approach, improving human resources, strengthening institutions, creating products based on local potential, as well as creating connectivity / business networks.
