Abstract

Indonesia is serious about positioning itself as the world's halal center and a pioneer in halal certification globalization. The public as consumers also has the right to get correct information about the halal-certified food products they need. It's related to consumers' safety both Muslim and non-Muslim, both in faith, spiritually and physically, in consuming food and beverage products. It is very dependent on information on these food products. The Government's efforts related to food products that are Halal certified in the community are by issuing Law no. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, which will be enforced three years later as a transition period. Many things influence consumer loyalty to a product. Among them, product quality, price, design, promotion, brand ambassador. Consumers will have high loyalty to a product if the product is of high quality. In other words, the product can provide the satisfaction expected by consumers. Samples were taken randomly according to the criteria set by the researcher. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study used 185 responses from respondents, which were obtained using a google form survey. This study indicates that the variables of product quality, price, design, promotion, and brand ambassador have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty to halal-certified products. It shows that halal certification for non-Muslim consumers is also one factor that needs to be considered and taken into consideration for food and beverage product producers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the zakat revenue on poverty by using the special autonomy fund (DOK) as a moderating variable. Using panel data of 15 districts from Aceh province from 2011 to 2016, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to analyze the functional relationship. The study found that zakat revenue and DOK had a negative and significant effect on poverty reduction. The negative impact of DOK on poverty partially more significant compared to the negative impact of zakat revenue. The existence of DOK does not only play a role as a predictor variable but also moderates the effect of zakat revenue on poverty reduction in Aceh.

Abstract

Debt has become commonplace to meet the needs of human life. However, because it is only a loan, it must be returned. But sometimes not everyone can do it at the agreed time. Therefore, Islam offers a solution in the form of a hawalah contract. The National Sharia Council then issued a fatwa regarding this matter to strengthen it by mentioning several hadiths as its legal basis. With qualitative methods and literature study, the authors describe the understanding that can be drawn from this hadith. Based on the research results, it was found that there were many differences of opinion in the details of the hawalah contract. Then it was also discovered that one of the hadiths that was used as a reference did not have a degree of shohih and the hadith also did not lead directly to the hawalah contract.

Data processing in this study uses descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis with a pool model approach using Eviews 9 software using secondary data obtained from data that has been published in several sources, Badan Pusat Statistika and the Kementrian Keuangan website for the period of 2014 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that partially the poverty variable and the unemployment rate have a significant effect on HDI which is indicated by a probability value smaller than alpha (0.05), while the economic growth and government expenditure variables have no significant effect on the HDI indicated by the probability value of more greater than the alpha value (0.05). Simultaneously all the research variables have a significant effect on HDI and have an effect that is shown through R2 of 80.78% indicating that the variables of poverty, unemployment rate, economic growth, government expenditure can explain the Y variable, the remaining 19.22% is explained by other variables outside the research variable.
