Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there was an influence of the rupiah exchange rate, SBI interest rate, inflation rate on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The study population was the Jakarta Islamic Index with a sample of the Jakarta Islamic Index data for the 2007-2017 period. The method of analysis is done using multiple linear regression. The analysis shows that the rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate have a significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index, while inflation has no significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. Simultaneously the exchange rate, interest rate and inflation have a significant influence on the Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

This study aims is to examine the factors that influence the decision of individual to pay zakat, infaq and sadaqah. These study researchers using two factors, namely religiosity and income level. Respondents of this research were people from Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Tangerang, (Jabodetabek) Indonesia. Data was collected based on survey results from the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents and tested using PLS-SEM analysis. The path coefficient test results indicate the value of T statistics for religiosity is 2,407, which means that religiosity, has a significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS. While T statistics for the income level showed a result of 4,715. Based on these results it can be seen that the level of income has more significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS. Therefore, it can be concluded that the level of income has more significant effects on paying ZIS decisions than the effect of religiosity.

Abstract

The objective of this research to analyze the factors that influence the Profit Distribution Management on sharia banks in Indonesia. Sample of this research is sharia banks at listed in Bank Indonesia (BI) for the period of observation of 2016 - 2019. Data were collected using by purposive sampling method to Islamic Banks which publishes financial report consistently. The number of samples in this study are 8 Islamic Banks with 128 oberservation. Test analysis using assumption of classical test, hypothesis test, and multiple regression analysis. The result that variable proportion of non-investment financing, proportion of third party fund, bank age, effectiveness of third party funds, financing riskand third party funds significantly influence profit distribution management. The results of this study is expected that more sharia banks are capable of perform management and development of Islamic banks products based on results in accordance with the provisions of islamic sharia. Abstract

Persepsi merupakan sebuah aktivitas berupa, pandangan, gambaran,harapan serta memberikan penilaian terhadap objek-objek fisik ataupun sosial. Jika penilaian dan harapan terhadap sesuatu barang dan jasa itu baik maka, akan berdampak positif, karena persepsi yang baik dapat mempengaruhi konsumen dalam berperilaku. Strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam merebut konsumen diperlukan. Sebelum menentukan strategi sebaiknya perusahaan mengidentifikasikan keinginan konsumen, kebutuhaan, permintaan dan keputusan, dan kepercayaan terhadap perusahaan dengan cara menentukan barang yang akan diproduksi . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap Shampo Sariayu Hijab dalam bauran pemasaran syariah dan mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat penelitian berupa kuesioner, responden mahasiswi muslimah yang berada di Wilayah Jakarta Timur. Analisis deskritif data menggunakan tabulasi silang, serta uji statistik dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS.Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persepsi konsumen terhadap Shampo Sariayu Hijab memberikan penilaian yang baik. Bauran Pemasaran Syariah mempunyai hubungan positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, variabel yang dominan adalah produk dan distribusi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan variabel harga dan promosi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Loyalitas konsumen mempunyai hubungan yang positif melalui kepuasaan konsumen adalah variabel produk dan variabel distribusi.

Abstract

Islamic Banking in this era is booming. Also its product, such as product Syariah Card (Islamic Credit Card). This paper examines a system and concept Syariah Card with al-Maqhasid Syariah Perspective. We found a Syariah card concept is acceptable with Fiqh concept, but there are many qualifyings. Abstract

This research was conducted as an effort to find the right model in the management of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) at the Al Istiqomah Mosque, Taman Bunga Cilame districts of West Bandung. With the hope of an appropriate model in the management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds. The purpose of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) as a means of worship and social means, namely as a means to alleviate poverty and prosper the people can be achieved. The method used by researchers is qualitative, the data collection technique is observation (observation), interview (interview), and documentation, in analyzing the data the researcher uses qualitative data analysis is inductive. In managing ZIS funds, three things must be considered by DKM administrators, namely: Excellent service for muzakki and mustahik, funds (ZIS) must be utilized properly, transparently, creatively, and innovatively. With the management model as follows: Providing additional capital to mustahik by using aqad Mudharabah or Musyarakah; Assistance with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to mustahik.

Abstract

The study aims to determine micro businesses in promoting growth of Islam in Indonesia. This research manifold qualitative research-based literature. Results from the study showed that micro businesses Islam is able to achieve 40 percent annually, much higher than conventional economic growth, which reached 19 percent annually in promoting economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: Investment, Islamic of Micro Business, Economic Growth

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, Indeks Penbangunan Manusia (IPM), Inflasi terhadap pengentasan Kemiskinan di Indonesia (periode Tahun 2016-2019). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model dengan bentuan program Eviews 9 untuk memperoleh gambaran antar satu variabel dengan variabel yang lainnya. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 34 Provensi yang ada di indonesia selama 4 tahun yakni dari tahun 2016- 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ZIS memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan sedangkan IPM dan Inflasi tidak perpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengentasan Kemiskinan. Berdasarkan pada hasil regresi dengan menggunakan rendom effect mode yang terlihat pada tabel, diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,679005 memiliki arti bahwa ZIS, IPM dan Inflasi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan sebesar 67, 9 %. Sedangkan sisanya 30,3 % dipengaruhi oleh hal yang lain yang tidak di analisis pada penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kemiskinan, Zakat Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan inflasi. Absrtac This study aims to analyze Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, Human Development Index (HDI), Inflation on poverty alleviation in Indonesia (2016-2019 period). The data used in this study are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis using the Random Effect Model with the form of the Eviews 9 program to obtain an overview between one variable and another. This study consists of 34 proventions in Indonesia for 4 years, from 2016 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that the ZIS variable has an influence on poverty alleviation while HDI and inflation have no significant effect on poverty alleviation. Based on the regression results using the rendom effect mode shown in the table, it is known that the coefficient of determination of 0.679005 means that ZIS, HDI and inflation have an effect on the poverty rate by 67.9%. While the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other things that are not analyzed in this study. Keyword: Poverty, Zakat Infaq Sadaqah (ZIS), Human Development Index (HDI) and inflation

Abstract

This study aims to explain the positioning of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. This study also identifies opportunities and challenges in its development. The method used in this study is a descriptive-qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis through data reduction, categorization, and verification. This research found that Indonesia has the potential to develop the Halal Industry in various sectors, especially halal food, halal travel, halal fashion, and halal finance. The development of the Halal Industry also has the potential to increase national economic growth. However, Indonesia must face various challenges such as the low halal awareness, low local product competitiveness, and problems in implementing the Halal Product Guarantee Regulation.

Abstract

Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing provided and the number of customers. In 2012-2017 Sharia bank financing 70-80% is given to the community by using the contract of murābaḥah, in the form of consumptive and productive. The activities of sharia banks should be guided by the National Sharia Council Fatwa in performing its functions optimally and implementing the Shari'a comprehensively. While murābaḥah financing is still reaping a variety of criticism from Islamic finance experts because there are provisions that are not in accordance with fiqh muamalat and also need to find solutions how to calculate the price and mark up allowed so that customers do not burden at a cost much more expensive than the interest applied in conventional banks. This is so that Sharia banks can compete with other banks. Therefore, this article will explain concept concept of murābaḥah conceptually and application in Bank Islam in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article so that the implementation of the contract murābaḥah in Bank Syariah in Indonesia can be in accordance with the principles of sharia that put forward the principle of justice and no party is harmed.
