Abstract

Religious life in Indonesia still often experience ups and downs. Religion is sometimes still becoming the issue of igniting the conflict in the midst of social life. Despite, on the other hand, Religion teaches its people to be a good person. Basically, every individual has a responsibility to maintain harmony in the neighborhood as practiced by Muslims and Christians in Durensewu. The harmony between Islam and Christianity is beneficial that the social life is far from conflict. In establishing inter-religious relationships, there are several possible things between Muslim and Christians to cooperate and harmonize which is called possible harmony. However, in some ways, it is not possible to cooperate between Muslim-Christians, called impossible harmony.

Abstract

Education has role to provide human resources to have high intelctual, spiritual, and having good morals. However, the education has not succeeded as general. There many youths and tenagers misbehave such as interfere general tranquility such as: drunkenness, irregular racing, and adultery. This shows how weak their spiritual and morals. In othersides, non formal education, such as tasawuf is able to create human to be faith and have good morals. The kinds of tasawuf education are Syari’ah, Thariqah, Haqiqah and Ma’rifat.meanwhile tasawuf material is practicing wirid, praying and fasting, which aims to integrate body and soul, feeling the meaning of cleanliness heart and the whole character and then achieving the ma'rifat. In tasawuf education, the murshid or teacher teaching, guiding, and training his disciples in order to achieve the intended purpose, namely purification of soul (tazkiyah al-nafs), cleansing of heart (tasfiyah al-qalb) and self-approach to Allah (taqarrub to Allah). The tasawuf education methods which are not found in general education are Muhasabah, Talqin, Mujahadah, and Khalwat. Therefore, tasawuf education causes human spiritual characteristic, such as the ability to transcend, sanctify daily experience, and use spiritual potentials to solve problems, ability to be seen in various virtues, and cultivate good morals towards Allah, himself, fellow, environment and nation.

Abstract

Targhib wa Tarhib is a term in Al-Qur'an which means favors and threats. It aims to stimulate people to always do good. If associated with learning, Targhib wa Tarhib means reward and punishment. These two methods are very effective, given to the students with certain conditions. Prizes are awarded to outstanding students but the prizes are not excessive. Meanwhile, punishment is given to the students aimed to give a deterrent effect in order not to repeat the same mistakes. Punishment is not allowed to be violent but must be educational. Therefore, the Messenger of Allah gave an example by giving a rebuke directly. This article describes the effectiveness of targhib (reward) and tarhib (punishment) methods in learning according to the Qur'an. In this study, the author uses library research that is collecting materials by reading books, field, magazines and others in the form of literature. The research applied descriptive qualitative research method. The interpretation approach of mawdluu'i is the interpretation based on the theme by collecting verses which have a common direction

Abstract

'Urf is one of the methods of ijtihad to establish a law of problems which does not contain its provisions in the Qur'an or hadith. The legal construct built by the 'urf is considering the local aspect of wisdom, since the neglect of the 'urf tends to ignore the welfare of society that is the object of the law itself. The benchmark of Islamic jurisprudence in Indonesia uses legal formulation in the Compilation of Islamic Law as its reference. In other words, Compilation of Islamic Law is the legal jurisprudence of Indonesia. This paper examines how the role of 'urf in the formulation of the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law and how the contribution of 'urf in the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. This study is a literature research with normative juridical approach, ie reviewing the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law as data analyzed. The analysis uses the us} u @ l al-fiqh theory of 'urf, to know the extent of the role of' urf in those chapters. The results of the study found that 'urf became one of the foundations of the formulation of the articles of Compilation of Islamic Law. Of the 229 Articles of Compilation of Islamic Law, there are 33 articles that accommodate Indonesian customs. The articles govern marriage, property, bilateral inheritance, peace agreements in inheritance, inheritance, collective inheritance, joint property inheritance, and wills . In addition to the formulation of those articles, the Compilation of Islamic Law requires judges to always explore the principles of the living law in society through the provisions of the closing in Article 229.

Abstract

In Islamic education, hadith became the second foundation after the Qur'an. By relying on education to the two great principles, an ideal education is expected to be realized as a place to create a generation of faithful and knowledgeable knowledge. In sunan al-Tirmidhi, there is a hadith numbered index of 2516 beginning with ihfaz} Alla> h yah} faz} ka, the hadith by Ibn Hajar al-Asqala> ni> is placed in chapter al-zuhd wa al-wara, and by al- Nawa> wi> in Riyad} al-S} a> cf} i> n is placed in the chapter of Al-Mura> qabah, whereas the hadith by the Messenger of Allah. submitted to Abdullah Ibn Abbas at the age he has not reached baligh even there has not been 10 years. Departing from anxiety in the form of severe Hadith subdance but delivered to a friend who is not yet 10 years old this researcher tried. (1) revealing the quality of the traditions in Sunan al-Tirmidhi> index number 2516. (2) disclosing how the Prophet's method of educating the child. In the end the writer concludes the hadith Sunan al-Tirmidhi> 2516 index number belongs to the hasan sahih hadith and the method of Prophet in educating the child contained in the hadith is the method mauiz ah but when the mauizah contains substantial enough weight then it is delivered with the selection of words, time and circumstances are absolutely right.

Abstract

Acceleration program (acceleration learning) is one form of educational services best for students who have extraordinary ability and intelligence as a space for them to express their potential and become a competition forum between them to show the best so that the uniqueness of gifted children will appear in the learning process. It is also said by E. Mulayasa that the accelerated service program is one of the special programs organized by schools as an attempt to handle gifted children who differ from othes. The focuses of this study are: 1. what are the Components of the implementation of Acceleration Program in Islamic Education Learning? 2. What are the factors supporting and inhibiting the Implementation of Acceleration Program in Islamic Religious Education Learning?. The conclusions of this study are 1. Components on Implementation Acceleration Program In Learning Islamic Religious Education are: a. Recruitment process b. Learning activities c. curriculum used d. Evaluation. 2. Supporting Factors and Inhibitors of the Acceleration Program Implementation in learning Islamic Religious Education are: a. Supporting Factor: the existence of guidance and counseling programs. b. Inhibiting Factors: 1) Lack of student knowledge related to religious material Student personality. 2) Teachers have not been able to meet the needs of accelerated students. 3) The low competence and professionalism of teachers. 4) A one-sided view of the PAI lesson. 5) The low mastery of teachers to media-based learning information technology (IT). 6) Lack of Master's creativity in developing learning method.

Abstract

The performance of teachers, especially teachers of Islamic Religious Education become the public spotlight, because they become figures in the formation of personality and noble character. The purpose of religious education according to Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007, on Religious and Religious Education, Chapter II article 2 paragraph 2 is for the development of the ability of learners in understanding, living, and practicing religious values ​​that harmonize their mastery in science and technology. To realize the purpose of education, the learning system should refer to the standard process. Abstract

Islamic boarding school Sirojul Ulum as one of the Islamic educational institutions established to create peace and provide a wider insight into the horizon of thought, scholarship and experience for Muslims. This institution is a manifestation and implementation of the aspirations and hopes of Kediri Muslims to create an educational institution that is able to print leader of the people, especially the Kediri Muslims qualified. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The study design was a descriptive qualitative. The data were analyzed, using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification either inductive, deductive and comparative. The results showed that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Sirojul Ulum Pare has instilled multicultural education to the students. This is illustrated by the religious values are imparted to the students such as brotherhood (fraternity), cooperation, struggle that are all taught equality of human rights.
