Abstract

PD BPR Artha Sukapura Singaparna Branchis a result of the merger BPR governmentownedTasikmalaya district to support thedevelopment and the regional economy.However, after implemented merger there areproblems regarding human resourceplanning, that is the composition of theemployees who work leading to inefficienciesand not achieving the target of lending andthe handling of non-performing loans (NPL).Planning and human resource managementcan be done through an analysis of workloadand the need for employees to know thecomposition of employees with the rightamount. This study aims to 1) analyze theworkload of employees PD BPR ArthaSukapura Singaparna Branch and 2) analyzethe needs of the number of employees in PDBPR Artha Sukapura Singaparna Branch. Themethod used is the analysis of the workloadthrough the Full Time Equivalent (FTE). Theresults of the analysis of the workload onstaff of marketing fund and account officer 2staff has a value of overload and so we needone new employees for staff of marketingfunds and one new employees for accountofficer 2 staff with the status of permanentemployee.

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the polyesterusage for the upcoming 12 months and to findout the suitable method of imported rawmaterial inventory control in PT Apparel OneIndonesia by comparing and analyzing theimplementation of JIT concept and EOQmethod as well as to determine the safetystock and reorder point in inventoryprocurement of the company. The data usedin this study are secondary data of importedraw material procurement system, the costsassociated with raw materials inventory2015-2016 and other relevant data. Polyesteris observed since it is imported fabric rawmaterial which mostly used in the company.The polyester usage predicted by regressionis continuously increases per month. Theforecasting result can be accepted becausethe tracking signal value is not more than ± 4.Whereas, EOQ method is more suitable to beused by the company since the inventory costis lower than the cost applying JIT concept. Itis possible to save 13% or 9,512,693.3 IDR.Moreover, by applying EOQ method, it alsodetermines the reorder point (ROP) andsafety stock inventory to guarantee thesmoothness of production activities. Thecompany can purchase raw materials whenthe quantity of inventory is amounted to375.547 yards (ROP), while the safety stockof polyester fabric is 43,006 yards.

Abstract

Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN yang dimulaitahun 2016 membuat persaingan industrisemakin meningkat, tak terkecuali industriasuransi kerugian. Underwriting sebagaitonggak dari bisnis asuransi merupakan kuncidari daya saing perusahaan. Maka dari itu PTAsuransi MSIG Indonesia memerlukanstrategi rekrutmen dan seleksi yang idealuntuk merekrut karyawan bagianunderwriting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialahuntuk (1) Mengidentifikasi pelaksanaanrekrutmen dan seleksi di PT Asuransi MSIGIndonesia, (2) Mengidentifikasi faktor, aktor,tujuan, dan alternatif skenario yangmempengaruhi penentuan strategi rekrutmendan seleksi bagi Underwriting Staff, (3)Menentukan strategi rekrutmen dan seleksikaryawan yang ideal untuk UnderwritingStaff di PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia. Datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahprimer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakanadalah Proses Hierarki Analitik (PHA)dengan non probability purposive samplingkepada pakar. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkanstrategi terbaik yang digunakan adalah denganbidding atau promosi untuk mengisi posisiunderwriting.

Abstract

PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is one of thecompanies engaged in modern retail withAlfamart store as stores. Consumer Buyingdecision is one measure that can describe theperformance of the company's existence. Thepurpose of this study is to investigate theInfluence of Psychological Factors, Culturaland Situational to Consumer BuyingDecisions in Alfamart Stores in NgaliyanDistrict, Semarang. To get the appropriateresults, this study uses Statistical methodssuch as multiple linear regression method, Ttest, F test and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2). Based on the results ofmultiple linear regression equation Y = 1.673+ 0.227 (X1) + 0.263 (X2) + 0,305 (X3) .Based on the the analysis t value of variablepsychological factors is (2.404), culturalfactors is (2.901) , situational factors is(4.480) having a value greater than t table(1.660) . ANOVA calculation results areknown that the calculated F value (40.980) isgreater than F table (2.700). Then it can beconcluded that these three variables partiallyand simultaneously influence purchasingdecisions. And situational factors (X3) havestrong dominant influence on purchasingdecisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the influence of theimplementation of internal supply chainmanagement on company's operationalperformance at PT. Pan Brothers Tbk &Groups, Boyolali. The method used to collectthe data is questionnaire. The samplingmethods used are the purposive andincidental sampling with 50 respondents from100 population. The analysis methods usedare the validation test, reliability test, simplelinear regression, T test, and determinationcoefficient with SPSS 20. The empirical resultshowed that there is a positive and significantinfluence of the information sharing oncompany's operational performance. So, itcan be concluded that the implementation ofsupply chain management (informationsharing) affect significantly towardcompany's operational performance with thedetermination coefficient of R square 65.7%,while 34.3% is explained by other variables(e.g. long term relationship, cooperation,integration process).

Abstract

This research was aimed to know theinfluence of training, facilities, and culturalorganization in support personal attitudetoward zero accident in production employessat PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia CentralJava - Semarang.The methods of data collection were interviewand questionnaire completion. The sample ofthis research were 60 respondents andanalytical method used were the validity test,reliability test, multiple linear regressionmethod, t-test, F-test, and clasic asumption..The result of regression analysis indicatedthat training, facilities, and culturalorganization had positive influence onpersonal attitude toward zero accident inproduction employees. Based on t test result,it indicated that training, facilities, andcultural organization had positive significantinfluence personal attitude toward zeroaccident in production employees. Based on Ftest, independent variables simutaneouslyinfluence the personal attitude toward zeroaccident in production employeessignificantly, with coeficient of determination(R2) of 0,532. This meant that 53,2% ofpersonal attitude toward zero accident inproduction employees could be explained byvariables of training, facilities, and culturalorganization, while remaining 46,8 % wasinfluenced by other variables which were notobserved.

Abstract

PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia has beenapplying some criteria of the KM. However,the company have not manage and exploit itin such a way yet. The purposes of thisresearch are (1)to know the implementationof the KM in PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesiaand (2)to measure how large the efficiency ofthe KM which is already running. Thetechniques of data collection arequestionnaire and literature study. DataEnvelopment Analysis (DEA) and descriptiveanalysis are used as methods in this study.The result of the study showed that (1)theprocess of the KM which is implemented canbe classified into 4 knowledge conversionmodel SECI (Socialization, Externalization,Combination, Internalization) and most ofthem are belong to socialization process.(2)The results of the measurements using theDEA showed that 9 departments of 12departments of PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesiahave been applying the KM efficiently and therest, 3 of departments have not being efficientyet, i.e. Claim Business, Brokerage Businessand IT&OPTIMUS. Therefore, needs toformalize the application of the KM system onPT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia throughapplication of Community of Practice System.

Abstract

PT MSIG has the goal of becoming a No. 1general insurance company in the region interms of acquisition of premium income andquality of service. The purpose of this studyare: (1) Designing organizational alignmentprocess in the field of educational CSRprogram at PT MSIG. (2) Designing strategymaps based on BSC approach. (3) Measuringperformance achievement and initiativesstrategic on educational CSR program at PTMSIG in 2015. This study used nonprobabilitysampling method with purposive techniqueand probability sampling method with censustechnique. Research methods and dataanalysis based from balanced scorecard withthe assistance Microsoftexcel 2007. Theresults of this studies indicated thatperformance of the CSR program at PT MSIGhas been good with 89.81% value expressedin green. This performance can be maintainedand improved by implementing a program ofinitiatives strategic, especially on the KeyPerformance Indicators that have not yetreached the very good category.
