Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a classic combinatorial optimization problem, one of the optimization problems that can be applied to various activities such as finding the shortest path. The optimization problem in TSP is the most widely discussed and has become the standard for testing computational algorithms. TSP is a good object to test optimization performance. With scientific developments in the field of informatics, many researchers have optimized the application of algorithms to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). In this study, researchers used a combination of Ant Colony Tabu Search – Firefly Algorithm Tabu Search (ACTS-FATS). The combination is doneto overcome Premature Convergence (trapped local optimum) which is a shortcoming of the ant colony algorithm, get the best running time by looking at the process of each point movement with the ant colony and firefly methods. After testing, getting the best running time results of 27.79%, and getting an accuracy rate of 17%.

Abstract

Non- Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is a non-cash food social assistance from the government given to beneficiary families (KPM) of Rp. 200,000 per month which is given in the form of basic necessities by using an electronic card. The large number of residents who will be selected makes it difficult for village officials to make decisions on who is eligible or ineligible as recipients of non-cash food assistance every month. This research was conducted to design a decision support system for the eligibility of non-cash food assistance recipients by using the naïve bayes algorithm in order to help the Parit Baru Village apparatus every month in determining the eligibility of the next non-cash food assistance recipients, by perform Confusion Matrix calculations. From the results of the discussion carried out, it can be concluded that Naïve Bayes and the resulting rules had an accuracy rate of 95%, the Precision value was 94% and Recall was 100%. Therefore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm can be applied to the decision support system in determining the eligibility of recipients of non-cash food assistance.

Abstract

E-commerce has made transactions easier for several persons. SKI (Semadi Kwazay Indoland), a company in the real estate market, is one of the numerous organizations that develop e-commerce websites. The company wants the e-commerce website to attract a wider audience. Therefore, an evaluation is necessary to measure the usefulness of the website. Twenty responses were divided into two groups of ten: the advanced group and the novice group. The selected assessment approaches are performance measurement to evaluate the system's efficiency and error rate, first-click usability testing to evaluate the system's effectiveness, and RTA and the SUS questionnaire to evaluate user happiness. The following are the study's findings: This e-commerce website is quite efficient, as there is no significant difference in the time necessary to complete the 10 activities between the two groups of respondents. The mean participant questionnaire score for the e-commerce website was 49.75, which was much lower than the average SUS score of 68. The e-commerce website page is highly effective, as the performance measurement test results suggest a comparatively low error rate across both novice and advanced respondent groups.

Abstract

Precision agriculture is critical in ensuring food availability while maintaining environmental sustainability. Weeds are a serious threat to crops because they can inhibit plant growth and absorption of nutrients and infect nearby plants. Reduction in agricultural production can reach 20-80% if weeds are not handled quickly and precisely. In this study, four Convolutional neural network architectures were implemented to identify weeds based on images. The total number of images in the dataset used is 17,509 images grouped into nine classes which are divided into 80% for training data and 20% for test data. The training process uses a transfer learning scheme and operates several different optimization functions. The test results show that the best performance is achieved by the GoogleNet architecture using the stochastic gradient descent with momentum optimization function with a classification accuracy of 92.38%. Testing also shows that the ShuffleNet architecture classifies images faster than the other architectures used in this study, although its performance is slightly lower than GoogleNet.

Abstract

Floods can cause negative impacts in various aspects, starting from economic, social, to health aspects. Even quoted from the site gis.bnpb.go.id, during 2022, there have been 1031 cases of flood disasters in Indonesia. Meanwhile in Jakarta, in 2022 there have been 14 cases of floods that caused hundreds of people to lose their homes. Several approaches can be taken to determine public opinion about flooding, one of which is text mining with an analysis of community sentiment. Sentiment analysis aims to determine public opinion regarding flood management in the capital city of Jakarta based on positive, neutral, and negative categories. To get the public sentiment, researchers carried out several stages, including the preprocessing stage. After obtaining public sentiment regarding flood management through the preprocessing stage, then classification is carried out based on public opinion so that it can be used by related parties for evaluation material in flood handling. In this study, the classification method used is the SVM method which is one of the supervised learning methods in machine learning. After classification, the next stage is the testing process using the K-Fold Cross Validation method. From the various sentiments obtained from Twitter data, it can be concluded that there are around 414 positive sentiments and 2464 negative sentiments related to flood handling in DKI Jakarta, while the results obtained from the test results show that the accuracy reaches 88.6%, the precision reaches 88.6% and recall reached 89.4%.

Abstract

A robot is a series of hardware and software in the form of a driving program. Robots are not only used in industry; in developed countries, robots are widely used to help with household chores. Many jobs that require a lot of energy are high-risk or dangerous, one of which is detecting and extinguishing fires. Fires can be avoided if the fire can be extinguished before it spreads. When the fire has spread, extinguishing it will be difficult and high-risk. Fires can cause huge losses of both property and lives that cannot be saved. The problem can be reduced if the source of the fire can be quickly found and extinguished. In this research, a fire extinguisher robot will be designed with an Arduino Mega 2560 and an infrared flame detector to detect the presence of fire. This robot is accompanied by an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor so that the robot can walk automatically without hitting obstacles because this robot aims to walk down hallways such as areas in the house or in any area that has a hallway for the robot's path. This research aims to implement Arduino for the control of the ultrasonic sensor and the movement of the fire extinguisher robot. The use of an Arduino micro-controller on the fire extinguisher robot is expected to make the robot move steadily and avoid obstacles in the hallway.
