Abstract

The Government gave great attention to the development in rural areas. Local governments need to strengthen the implementation of development programmed in rural areas. There is a need for cooperation between local governments and village governments. The cooperation is done through improving the participation of the community, as a form of government and Community cooperation in the building of a region (especially rural areas). In today's autonomous era, aspects of transparency, participation and accountability are very prominent, so decision-making must be strictly based on careful, mature consideration. Governments have the opportunity to solve the problems of poverty in development is always established by the community to have a conscious attitude, real and active role utilizing the potential that has in the effort to increase revenue The whole community.Utilization of National Program the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sosolat Village, North Maba District, East Halmahera Regency is still encountered problem. Village Fund allocation that has not been fully empowered, and has not yet compacted the level of public income with the utilization of village Fund allocation (ADD). Thus, the utilization of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is expected by the government of East Halmahera Regency can increase community participation in rural development by mutual fund. Abstract

The characteristics of Indonesia as an agrarian country that mostly earn a living in agriculture. The majority of the population lives in rural areas and depends on the primary sector, especially agriculture. Agriculture is one source of income and economy for humans, by having fertile soil and plants can make a person meet their daily needs. Therefore, the results issued from the agricultural land are required to have a certain amount of assets, namely the amount of agricultural assets.In Maliku Satu village, it is seen from the potential of natural resources that are still abundant so that this village is also a mainstay of productivity in agriculture, by relying on commodity crops, horticulture and annual crops such as copra and rice. At first glance, if you see some of the results of these commodities will actually promise the future for the farming community in the village of Maliku Satu. However, when seen from the improvement of the lives of the Coconut Farmers in Maliku Satu Village, they have not yet fully enjoyed the potential reliable results. Abstract

The development of information technology in Indonesia is very fast including the internet turned out to have a great impact on the whole life. The development of technology that makes many people use this technology to make buy and sell transactions. It is not strange considering the growing number of Internet users can be the potential to be entered by business people anywhere and anytime.Technology, the Internet, and prostitution are three things that are intertwined. Advances in communication and Internet technology allow one to quickly get to the information. Prostitution also does not blind technology and participates in the development of the era so that prostitution becomes increasingly diverse and sophisticated. These two apps are often used by the (prostituted online) Michat and also the Facebook.In finding customers using Facebook relies heavily on the Group Admins who act as pimp, Michat is very easy to find a customer because in search of friends or customers can use the location feature.A commercial Sex worker transaction place that uses social media in search of customers such as at boarding house and hotels. The development of technology in particular social media chats as one technology has influenced and then changed the interaction pattern between sex workers and prospective consumers.  The use of necessary media for prostitution is one of culture lag or cultural deterioration, because it makes use of technology is not as it should be. Abstract

Basically everyone has the right to live prosperous living and inner, dwelling, gaining a healthy living environment and deserve health care. Healthcare services such as hospitals, clinics, health centers and others are comprehensive health services ranging from preventive, curative, promotive, and rehabilitative should be able to provide healthcare services without looking at the social status of the community.The Geographical conditions of the Alama district are far from the facilities of a good infrastructure. To be able to reach modern health facilities in the district city of Timika must use planes. Based on this condition, a lot of preventive and curative health life occurs based on traditional medicine system, and the treatment is there and has been utilized in local area of Amungme before they get acquainted with the modern medicine system. The traditional medicine is also referred to as alternative medicine, generally owned by the society according to their cultural patterns in the form of their original knowledge.Traditional medicine is referred to as a culture in local wisdom that exists in the Amungme peoples and according to their diversity of healthy perception and pain. Then the phenomenon of traditional medicine exists and lives in the form of knowledge, beliefs, values, norms as culture of the people with the culture of the community; And the phenomenon is in the community is confronted by the system of modern medicine medicine introduced by the Government to the citizens.People of Amungme have a source of traditional medicine such as shamans/smart people or with the term Amungme society called Moweme, Tawunamor mame and Inkupin each have the ability to heal pain with traditional treatment systems that are inherited hereditary by the ancestors of the Amungme tribes.Keywords: health, traditional, perception

Abstract

Lifestyle itself is a characteristic of a modern world, or commonly called modernity. Patterns of life that are considered worrying are, consumptive lifestyles that leave productive lifestyles. Consumptive is usually used to refer to consumer behavior that utilizes a value of money greater than the value of its production for goods and services that are not a basic need. The rapid growth of coffee shops in the city of Manado apparently also influenced changes in the lifestyle of young people, especially students. There is a striking difference between Mahasiawa's current lifestyle and previous generations. Students in the city of Manado now prefer to visit coffee shops rather than going to the mall.  Coffee shops are considered to have a more comfortable atmosphere and better interior decoration so that it attracts the interest of visitors who incidentally come from among students who have the habit of gathering and spending time with their peers. This research is located in the coffee shop "Van Omen" located in the city of Manado.  Activities carried out by students spend time at the Van Ommen coffee shop where activities that show a very diverse student lifestyle are carried out at the venue. Abstract

Indonesia is known for its extraordinary natural wealth supported by geographical conditions where plants are variegated easily grown in tropical climates. All kinds of plants in Indonesia can be utilized for the benefit of society such as for treatment. The treatment using ethnomedicine in Indonesia has grown since long ago, supported by geographical conditions where plants are variegated easily to grow in tropical climates. The old kingdoms in Nusantara have developed herbal medicine in the form. Just as the knowledge is empirically known and handed down from generation to generation so that this ancestral inheritance can be guarded. But modern life has unhealthy habits, such as food-ready meals so that many of the less good impacts of food such as preservatives in the ready-to-eat food.People will be more prone to disease, when many are sick of those who run to doctors and doctors using chemical medicines. But on the other hand because the community is still there is a shortage of funds or still there are living areas that are still far away with health centers such as Puskesmas, and society still trust natural materials so that many people still use traditional medicine especially the community that exists in the countryside. Porelea Village is one of the three oldest villages in the highlands of Central Sulawesi's Pipikoro district. Abstract

This study aimed to explain about the role of women inRambu solo ritual procession at Pitung Penanian village, Rantebua district, Toraja Utara regency. The author used qualitative research method that carried out by descriptiveits given concept and explanation properly about role of womenin rambu solo ritual procession at Toraja Utara and supported by primer data andsecondary data. Data collect technique that used was interview and observation. The result of the study shown that procession of Rambu solo ritual atTondon Mamullu village, Makale district, Toraja Utara regency from thepreparation, implementation until the funeral procession, the women also play arole and contribute. it can be shown by offering few of buffalos and pigs, andsome given groceries. The women also participated in family meeting to talkabout the heirs, the degree of tne ritual that will be held, the place of the ritual andprovide sacrificial animals.
