Abstract

Study of Soakonora village of Karang Taruna Programs that have been realized since the year 2018 and to enhance community development (social welfare) in the village of Soakonora. Such activities (football and volleyball) in which children, youth and women. Participated to activities undertaken Karang Taruna Soakonora Village. On certain programs can be done with a conducive, in the village Karang Taruna learn Soakonora (Karang Taruna Youth Training, supervision and create an inherent good working environment). Chairman (Chairman) to all members of the Organization of Karang Taruna Village Soakonora so what is expected of the parties supporting the head Village/Soakonora Village Karang Taruna Builder, religious figures and community leaders the activities can be realized. The program distributed Karang Taruna to the Community-is very big impact and nothing is unmatched from Karang Taruna in other villages. This activity became a Community feel Life Guidelines of development, due to a social welfare which can reduce inequalities-inequalities which exist in the community, basically a youth who belongs to the Karang Taruna Village Soakonora capable of organizing the social welfare problem (Hijinks, free sex, Booze and Brawl. Therefore the Government authorize Village organizational karangtaruna are able to accomplish what is becoming the responsibility of the Youth pioneers the true Young Blood, tough, courageous, Honest and Act for the sake of ideals a nation's future Optimistic. Thus KarangTaruna the village Soakonora is a form of overriding high honor by the Government of the Village where it has been successful and the realization of the program due to the construction of a community around and created a Harmony and Creativity is intact. Abstract

The development of multimedia currently has also contributed to the provision of social media community especially in the communication needs users, as well as in supporting the process of learning how to teach at education institutions. Abstract

Tourism development is one of the alternatives to addressing the local economy as well as efforts in supporting government policies. From social angles, tourism activities will expand the opportunity of labor both from the development activities of facilities and infrastructure and from various business sectors that are directly or indirectly related to tourism. Tourism activities in economic life can have a positive impact on creating jobs (business opportunities) that are wide enough.Batu Pinagut Beach is more visitors because of the growing tourism activities in the area of Batu Pinagut Beach tourism object that can provide good and broad activities or influences both positive impact and negative impact on Environmental conditions, economic, social and cultural conditions for the surrounding communities in the tourist areas, particularly North Boroko residents. Regardless of the form of tourism developments please keep in mind that the surrounding community is not for tourism, but instead must be on the foundation of the principle of "tourism for the community" principle of this kind of precedence the public interest than on Community needs.With the development of the Community tourism feeling the increase and income that began to change, among them the home form that was once made of wooden planks, now began to form permanently with wall walls, and home facilities More complete. Abstract

Gender discrimination have cause of misery and poverty for the especially for women that more often experience discrimination. Marginalization to gender for women is no longer an something new, but this has been a custom are indissoluble in the social life, national and state.One of a result of marginalisasi people women is, the decline in a contribution to and participation in government.The number of 16 (sixteenths) of the female as a member in the DPRD of Kota Manado, does not make up for the possibility of marginalization against women in the stage of decision-making, even though that is is not open, but over a of manner or of action / mannerisms and the system that done and it is not as a normal way of doing.Struggle to fulfill 30% of women who occupies a seat legislative it actually has a number of the purpose of pure, other than that the rights of women are given the necessary attention especially a woman right in the political field as a citizen who also have equal rights with men. Abstract

Permendagri No. 113 stated that Village Budget is all the rights and obligations which can be valued with money and goods involved with implementation of village’s rights and obligations. Budget control is the whole activities included:, planning, implementing, administration, reporting and accountability process of the village budget.Alokasi Dana Desa (Village Budgeting) or so called “ADD” is the balancing fund from APBD after special allocation fund is reduced. The budgeting needs control from the society, it has to be clear, transparent and accountable therefore understandable for every part of the society in the village.This research aims to 1.) Know the role of the society to Village Budget Controlling process (ADD) in Desa Kuma Selatan kecamatan Essang Selatan. 2) Get description about the utilization of the Village Budget involved in Village Development.The method used in this research is qualitative method while analysis data technique used Miles and Huberman (2001) method. The research showed that the role of the society in village budget controlling process is still far from expectation. This happened because the knowledge of the control itself. Controlling process is to prevent leakage, irrelevance implementation and position abuse. In facts, the controlling of village budget process is consistent with supervision function, and therefore divided into two parts, intern and extern controlling. Intern controlling or supervision can be applied through the implementation of project for Dinas PU as the decision maker in every development. Intern controlling also involved with implementation of ADD by the leader of the organization in the village itself therefore the leader have role and right to implement intern controlling process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi orangtua pada anak berkebutuhan khusus yang didasari pada konsep diri orangtua dalam memaknai kehadiran anak, motif orangtua dalam berkomunikasi serta intensitas hubungan antar orangtua dan anak berkebutuhan khusus.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, dan pengamatan berperan serta dengan menggunakan teori fenomenologi dan interaksi simbolik. Penelitian ini diidentifikasikan sebagai berikut : (1) Bagaimana konsep diri orangtua dalam menyikapi kehadiran anak berkebutuhan khusus; (2) apa motif orangtua dalam berkomunikasi dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus; (3) bagaimana intensitas komunikasi orangtua dalam menjalin hubungan dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pola komunikasi orangtua pada anak berkebutuhan khusus didasari pada konsep orientasi intensional dimana orangtua melihat keberadaan anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah anak yang tidak normal, tidak menarik dan tidak memiliki masa depan yang baik. sedangkan pola komunikasi orangtua yang didasari pada konsep orientasi ekstensional adalah orangtua yang memandang keberadaan anak melalui ciriciri-cirinya, kekhasahannya, keunikannya bahkan kelebihannya yang mungkin tidak dimiliki oleh anak normal lainnya. Orangtua yang berpandangan ekstensional adalah orangtua yang bisa menerima keberadaan anaknya dan memberikan perhatian, kasih sayang serta dukungan yang seutuhnya. Orangtua yang memiliki orientasi ekstensional dikategorikan berhasil dalam mengasuh anak berkebutuhan khusus dibandingkan dengan orangtua orientasi intensional yang hanya melihat keberadaan anaknya dari sisi kekurangan dan kelemahannya._____________________________________________________________________________Kata Kunci : Pola, Komunikasi, Orangtua, Anak, berkebutuhan khusus.

The Government gave great attention to the development in rural areas. Local governments need to strengthen the implementation of development programmed in rural areas. There is a need for cooperation between local governments and village governments. The cooperation is done through improving the participation of the community, as a form of government and Community cooperation in the building of a region (especially rural areas). In today's autonomous era, aspects of transparency, participation and accountability are very prominent, so decision-making must be strictly based on careful, mature consideration. Governments have the opportunity to solve the problems of poverty in development is always established by the community to have a conscious attitude, real and active role utilizing the potential that has in the effort to increase revenue The whole community.Utilization of National Program the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sosolat Village, North Maba District, East Halmahera Regency is still encountered problem. Village Fund allocation that has not been fully empowered, and has not yet compacted the level of public income with the utilization of village Fund allocation (ADD). Thus, the utilization of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is expected by the government of East Halmahera Regency can increase community participation in rural development by mutual fund. Abstract

Gender equality and justice is one of the goals of the eight global goals of the world countries committed in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Equality and Justice of Gender (KKG) has become a very important issue and has become the commitment of the nations in the world including Indonesia so that the entire country become bound and must carry out the commitments. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. Therefore women empowerment programs have become the agenda of the nation and require the support of all parties. The regularity of women reflects the inequality between men and women in Indonesia, this can be seen from the picture of the condition of women in Indonesia. One of the role of gender is the consciousness of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which has not been so maximal in carrying out the work so that in determining the positions of certain women's position is still minimal compared to the males, the strong patriarchal culture certainly weakens the position of women, this is due to ASN awareness of gender conscious programs have not been implemented in theirTherefore, the gender role for ASN is to improve public services as closely as possible without gender discriminate. Abstract

This study aimed to explain about the role of women inRambu solo ritual procession at Pitung Penanian village, Rantebua district, Toraja Utara regency. The author used qualitative research method that carried out by descriptiveits given concept and explanation properly about role of womenin rambu solo ritual procession at Toraja Utara and supported by primer data andsecondary data. Data collect technique that used was interview and observation. The result of the study shown that procession of Rambu solo ritual atTondon Mamullu village, Makale district, Toraja Utara regency from thepreparation, implementation until the funeral procession, the women also play arole and contribute. it can be shown by offering few of buffalos and pigs, andsome given groceries. The women also participated in family meeting to talkabout the heirs, the degree of tne ritual that will be held, the place of the ritual andprovide sacrificial animals.
