Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to explore the influence of work stress, work culture, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at Kopinan 24 Pati. The population studied consists of Generation Z employees working at Kopinan 24 Pati, totaling 40 individuals. Methods: The research sample was taken using a census sampling method, which included the entire population in the sample, resulting in 40 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. Results: The results indicate that work stress does not affect employee loyalty. In contrast, work culture and job satisfaction were found to have a significant impact on employee loyalty at Kopinan 24 Pati. These findings underscore the significance of internal management and its underlying factors in shaping employee loyalty at Kopinan 24 Pati. Research Recommendations for the Company, although work stress does not affect the work loyalty of Generation Z employees at Kopinan 24 Pati, the company still needs to pay attention to factors that may cause stress. The company can implement stress management programs and provide psychological support, such as counseling, related to employee issues that may be affecting performance. Establishing good communication between employees and supervisors, involving all employees in decision-making, and organizing social activities such as picnics when monthly targets are met are also ways to minimize work stress. These efforts can help create a healthier work environment and increase the work loyalty of Generation Z employees. The company is advised to strengthen an inclusive and collaborative work culture, as well as improve employee job satisfaction. This can be done through regular surveys and quarterly gatherings to understand employee needs, providing career development opportunities, giving rewards or appreciation to high-performing employees, and encouraging employee involvement in decision-making both at Kopinan 24 Pati and its branches in other cities. By implementing such a work culture, it is expected to create a supportive work environment and enhance the loyalty of Generation Z employees. Abstract

Introduction: This research focuses on evaluating the adoption of the Accurate application in the financial recording and reporting system at PT SRJ, which had previously relied on a manual approach using physical notebooks and Microsoft Excel. The prior system encountered several limitations, including restricted capabilities, susceptibility to recording mistakes, and insufficient data backup, all of which hindered operational efficiency and the reliability of financial information. Methods: A qualitative research method was applied, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis, with a phenomenological perspective. The PIECES framework was employed to assess the system’s performance. Results: Findings reveal that Accurate has a substantial positive impact on the company’s financial operations by facilitating automated transaction entry, delivering real-time financial reports, and enhancing data protection. The PIECES analysis reflects improvements across all dimensions, notably in operational efficiency and internal controls. Therefore, the Accurate application proves to be an effective tool in strengthening the accounting information system within the organization.  Keywords: Accurate, Accounting Information System, Financial Report

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use and e-service quality on interest in using the DANA application among Gen Z in Semarang City. The DANA application was chosen as the object of research because it has the best digital performance, even though it is still in fourth position in the number of national e-wallet users. Methods: The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving 102 respondents from Gen Z. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression. Results: . The results showed that both ease of use and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the DANA application. Simultaneously, these two independent variables explain 74.7% of the variation in interest in use. This finding confirms the importance of optimizing ease of use and improving digital service quality in maintaining and attracting the young generation of users. This research also provides a practical contribution in the formulation of e-wallet service strategies based on the needs of the digital generation. Abstract

Introduction: The BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City probe is a response to employee performance difficulties caused by less-than-ideal work discipline. Here, we are interested in the strength of the relationship between work discipline (X) and employee performance (Y), one of the dependent variables. Specifically, this study tests its assumptions using the explanatory survey research method. Methods: . A combination of qualitative and quantitative data is present in this researcher's dataset. We use primary and secondary sources to compile our data. The sample consists of 319 comments and responses from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City employees. Many types of analyses are used, including descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, determination coefficient, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. Data is processed using IBM's SPSS 25 software. Results: . The results showed that at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City, there is a substantial correlation between workers' work discipline and their performance (r=0.946). Employee performance is positively connected with work discipline at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City. Keywords: Work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

Introduction: This research aims to identify and evaluate in depth the impact of career planning, self-efficacy, and hard skills possessed by students on job readiness. Methods: The study population consisted of 219 students, and 70 of them were selected as the sample, calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using the SPSS program with the application of multiple linear regression models. Results: This research reveals a positive impact and significant influence of Career Plan on job readiness, with a significance value greater than 0.05, namely (0.000 > 0.05). Self-efficacy does not have a strong enough direct influence on job readiness, with a significance value> 0.05, which is not fulfilled, namely (0.140 < 0.05). Hard Skill has a positive impact and significant effect on job readiness, with a significance value> 0.05 fulfilled, namely (0.000> 0.05).

Abstract

Introduction: Culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) often encounter major obstacles in establishing brand recognition, especially within highly competitive digital ecosystems. Nasi Telor Ma Edja, a home-based culinary venture in Bandung, exemplifies these challenges. The growing dominance of social media as a marketing tool necessitates strategic and adaptive approaches. This study aims to improve brand recognition for Nasi Telor Ma Edja by applying a content-driven digital marketing strategy on Instagram, a platform that has proven effective for micro-brands seeking greater exposure and audience engagement. Methods: This study adopted a case study approach conducted over a three-month campaign period. The strategic framework focused on aligning Instagram content with the brand’s core identity. Key activities included scheduled visual content posting, the use of unique promotional copywriting, consistent visual branding, and the deployment of paid advertising features. The campaign's effectiveness was evaluated through social media analytics, including follower growth, account reach, impressions, and engagement rate metrics. Results: The implementation of the content marketing strategy led to substantial improvements in all key performance indicators. Follower counts increased, the brand's content reached a wider audience, and both impressions and engagement rate demonstrated consistent upward trends. Notably, the engagement rate exceeded industry benchmarks for micro Instagram accounts. These outcomes highlight the effectiveness of targeted, consistent content strategies in building brand recall and fostering digital consumer engagement, especially within the MSME sector

Abstract

Introduction: Digital marketing project, using the Capstone Project method to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in solving the problem of intense competition in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry market in Bandung City through a real-case study. Amali Eatery is a restaurant and café established in 2023, located within an elite residential area in Bandung City. This project aimed to increase the engagement rate for Amali Eatery through a digital marketing strategy with content management based on the Instagram and TikTok social media platforms, as well as to provide actionable recommendations to increase brand awareness.Methods: Various digital marketing strategic interventions were implemented, including copywriting, content pillars, marketing mix, rebranding, social media advertising, and collaboration with a Key Opinion Leader (KOL).Results: The project results show a significant increase in several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Instagram account’s Engagement Rate (ER) increased from 1.12% to 4.9%, while the TikTok account's ER increased from 0% to 4.0%. The growth in Instagram followers from 855 to 1,103, and TikTok followers increased from 1 to 185. Furthermore, customer insights indicated a rise in positive engagement and interaction with the content. This shows that implementing an integrated digital marketing strategy, which combines relevant organic content with paid amplification, has proven effective in enhancing Amali Eatery's brand awareness within a competitive market. Abstract

Introduction: The development of the public accounting profession has led to an increase in the number of businesses and various types of legal entities in the country. Public accountants play a vital role in the growth of modern business. Methods: This study aims to examine the impact of independence, professional ethics, and competence on auditor performance, with organizational commitment evaluated as a mediating variable. The study was carried out on auditors employed by KAP (Public Accounting Firms) in South Jakarta using a quantitative approach and the SEM-PLS analytical method.. Results: The findings indicate that the three independent variables exert a significant positive influence on auditor performance. However, organizational commitment was not found to significantly mediate the relationships between independence, professional ethics, competence, and auditor performance. These results reinforce attribution theory by underscoring the importance of both internal and external factors in enhancing auditor performance. Abstract

Introduction: The performance of employees at the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat can be influenced by many factors, among which are Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment. Employees who feel connected to their work and are fully committed to their jobs can improve employee performance and facilitate the achievement of institutional goals Methods: The approach taken was descriptive and quantitative. To analyze the data, path analysis was used, supported by Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The total number of participants was 83. The main source of data came from questionnaires given to employees at the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat. Results: There is a very strong connection between Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment, as shown by a coefficient of 0,815. Employee Engagement has a partial effect on Employee Performance, contributing 28%. Organizational Commitment has a bigger partial effect on Employee Performance, making up 58,6%. When both Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment are considered together, they have a combined influence of 6, 9% on the performance of employees in the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat. The remaining 31,1% is due to other factors that were not studied in this research. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Introduction: The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, E-WOM, and brand trust on the purchase intention of Adidas shoes with brand image as a mediating variable. Methods: This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, where a questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, by applying the Hair formula to determine the number of samples, which amounted to 150 respondents. The respondents were consumers who had purchased Adidas brand shoes. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4 software. Results: The results of the study revealed that lifestyle, E-WOM, and brand trust had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, then lifestyle, E-WOM, and brand trust also had a significant positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, brand image was not able to mediate the influence of lifestyle, E-WOM, and brand trust on the purchase intention of Adidas shoes.
