Abstract

Tingkat rasio wirausaha di Indonesia masih rendah yaitu sebesar 3,47%, salah satunya disebabkan karena kompetensi wrausaha yang rendah, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi berwirausaha dari aspek pembelajaran kewirausahaan, prakerin, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan keterlibatan siswa sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausalitas dengan populasi siswa kelas XII Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK N 9 Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 104 responden dengan teknik total sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, prakerin memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha. Adapun pada uji moderasi, keterlibatan siswa tidak memoderasi pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, keterlibatan siswa mampu memoderasi pengaruh prakerin terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha, dan keterlibatan siswa mampu memoderasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kompetensi berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Berwirausaha, Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan, Prakerin, Kecerdasan Emosional, Keterlibatan Siswa

Abstract

Pendidikan bagi anak merupakan dasar terpenting untuk anak, pendidikan juga merupakan cara utama untuk meraih kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan agama anak dalam lingkungan keluarga petani yang ada di Desa-Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yaitu mencari, mencatat, dan mengumpulkan serangkaian data, berupa buku, artikel, internet, laporan penelitian, dan ensiklopedia. Sebagai orang kita kita berperan penting bagi perkembangan anak terutama pada perkembangan agamanya, dasar yang terpenting dalam mendidik anak hendaklah mengutamakan menurut Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Perkembangan agama anak di lingkungan keluarga petani sudah mengalami kemajuan dapat di lihat dari kesadaran orang tua dalam mendidik anak nya dengan cara memasukkan anak- anaknya ke sekolah- sekolah yang berbasis Islam seperti taman pendidikan Al-Qur'an dan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Innovation plays an essential role in business processes. Therefore, every entrepreneur must understand the critical characteristics of his business so that he is able to determine the direction of business innovation that the company will develop. Based on this, this service aims to increase the business innovation capabilities of cake and noodle artisans who are members of JAYA's KOBAMIE (Bakery and Noodle Cooperative) located in Weleri District, Kendal Regency. This activity was carried out using both technical training methods related to the development of noodle product innovation and bread product innovation with sources from PT Sriboga Ratu Raya. Meanwhile, business innovation training was delivered by the Faculty of Economics team at Semarang State University. This activity received a positive and enthusiastic response from KOBAMIE JAYA Members so it is hoped that entrepreneurs can compete superiorly through technical and business innovation assistance in this series of community service activities. Furthermore, it is also expected that after carrying out this service process, it will be able to increase innovation capabilities in the cake and noodle maker business that are members of KOBAMIE JAYA, Kendal Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to support the government's policy regarding the implementation of the Freedom Curriculum, which is provided to the Council of Economics Subject Teachers in Central Java Province as an additional option for the recovery of learning during 2022-2024. In this service, workshops and training related to the implementation of the Freedom Curriculum are conducted, with a focus on utilizing technology and community-based strategies and platforms. These are being developed for the implementation of the Freedom Curriculum. The outcome of this dedication is that each teacher can comprehend the concept of the Freedom Curriculum implementation well. Therefore, it is expected that all stakeholders involved in this implementation can optimize its utilization as an effort for post-pandemic learning recovery.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki keterkaitan dengan proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dikatakan berhasil apabila terdapat perubahan dalam diri individu. Keberhasilan belajar tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah pemanfaatan internet, teman sebaya, dan disiplin belajar. Berdasarkan penelitian awal yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa terdapat permasalahan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang yang masih belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan internet, teman sebaya, dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Jatilawang. Sampel penelitiannya adalah 80 siswa kelas XI. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan internet secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan perolehan t hitung 4,281 > 1,664 dan hasil nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,005. Teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan perolehan t hitung – 2,904 > 1,664 dan hasil signifikansi 0,005 < 0,005. Disiplin belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan perolehan t hitung -815 < 1,664 dan hasil signifikansi 0, 418 > 0,005. Signifikansi dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan internet, teman sebaya, dan disiplin belajar dapat menjadi faktor yang dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan hasil belajar ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh work environment dan leadership terhadap employee performance melalui work motivation. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu seluruh karyawan sejumlah 88 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian in menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model penelitian ini memenuhi validitas dan reliabilitas konstruk asumsi SEM berdasarkan perhitungan SmartPLS, sehingga model dikatakan layak. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa work environment dan leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Dalam uji pengaruh tidak langsung, work environment dan leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance melalui work motivation. hasil penelitian ini diterima karena menunjukan bukti empiris yang kuat bahwa work environment yang kondusif maupun leadership yang efektif berkontribusi signifikan terhadap employee performance. work motivation, sebagai mediator menguatkan hubungan tersebut dan menjelaskan bagaimana kedua faktor ini dapat meningkatkan employee performance.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use and e-service quality on interest in using the DANA application among Gen Z in Semarang City. The DANA application was chosen as the object of research because it has the best digital performance, even though it is still in fourth position in the number of national e-wallet users. Methods: The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving 102 respondents from Gen Z. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression. Results: . The results showed that both ease of use and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on interest in using the DANA application. Simultaneously, these two independent variables explain 74.7% of the variation in interest in use. This finding confirms the importance of optimizing ease of use and improving digital service quality in maintaining and attracting the young generation of users. This research also provides a practical contribution in the formulation of e-wallet service strategies based on the needs of the digital generation. Abstract

Unpacking Student Entrepreneurial Success: The Strategic Role of Entrepreneurial Character and Organizational Culture. Objective: High entrepreneurial orientation does not guarantee student entrepreneurial success, particularly in Global South contexts, where institutional resource gaps and neglected learning mechanisms often undermine entrepreneurial outcomes. This study fills the gap by integrating the Resource-Based View and Entrepreneurial Learning Theory to explain how entrepreneurial orientation impacts student entrepreneurial success within the Indonesian higher education ecosystems. Method: A quantitative approach, employing a cross-sectional survey design, was utilised, with Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to purposively selected student entrepreneurs. Moderating Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling was applied to analyse data from 180 respondents, examining both direct and moderating effects. Result: The findings show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant impact on entrepreneurial success, emphasizing the strategic role as a valuable intangible resource.  Among all moderating effects tested, Organizational Culture exerts the most decisive impacts (β = 0.277), compared to Entrepreneurial Characteristics (β = 0.215), underscoring how embedded cultural values critically shape the potency of entrepreneurial orientation on student success. Entrepreneurial characteristics, such as confidence, perseverance, and innovativeness, positively influence outcomes by strengthening entrepreneurial capabilities through learning processes. Organizational culture also emerges as a critical factor shaping entrepreneurial achievements. Notably, interaction effects show that entrepreneurial characteristics and organizational culture significantly moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. Conclusion: This study advances theoretical insights by integrating the Resource-Based View and Entrepreneurial Learning Theory. It conceptualises learning as a capability-based mechanism through which internal resources are activated, configured, and deployed, transforming entrepreneurial orientation into actionable competencies that foster student success in constrained institutional settings. This approach offers practical implications for universities seeking to cultivate effective entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging economies. Keywords: student entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation, organizational culture, emerging economies, higher education, resource-based view, entrepreneurial learning theory.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and learning orientation as boosters of the impact of knowledge management on innovation. This study filling the gap of inconsistent relation among knowledge management on business innovation in small business context. This research analyzed a quantitative design using a survey method and SEM-PLS modeling. Questionnaires were distributed to 160 respondents, who were small business owners, using the inverse root square sample size method with purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the SEM-Warp PLS method. The research results indicate that market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and learning orientation significantly mediate the relationship between knowledge management and business innovation. These findings suggest that small entrepreneurs need to allocate time to enhance these three orientations through activities such as knowledge exploration, creation, and dissemination through entrepreneurial associations or business seminars or workshops, by doing so, they can promote increased innovation and improve their competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the case-based learning model using digital pop-up books in enhancing students' critical thinking skills. This innovative approach aims to enhance critical thinking skills through interactive media that meet the demands of the 21st century, as outlined in the Merdeka Curriculum, which underscores the urgency of this research. The population of this study involved two classes, X6 and X8, at SMAN 1 Polanharjo, with class X6 designated as the experimental group and class X8 as the control group. The sampling technique used by the researcher was non-probability sampling of the purposive type. Critical thinking skills were measured through pretest and post-test assessments conducted before and after the learning process. The independent t-test analysis resulted in a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. The independent samples t-test showed a meaningful difference in the average post-test scores between the experimental and control groups, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. These findings emphasize that integrating digital pop-up books into case-based learning enhances critical thinking skills in real-world contexts. Therefore, the case-based learning model using digital pop-up books has proven effective in improving the critical thinking abilities of students in class X at SMAN 1 Polanharjo, offering an alternative for practical learning in an active digital era centered on students.
