Abstract

Koleksi data pada database sistem informasi akademik Perguruan Tinggi sering tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, padahal dari data tersebut dengan teknik data mining dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang belum diketahui sebelumnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui cara membentuk model prediksi tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu pada Universitas Buddhi Dharma Tangerang melalui data kelulusan mahasiswa. Evaluasi kinerja klasifikasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik keakuratan dari suatu model yang terbentuk dengan perbandingan algoritma C4.5 dan K-NN. Pengujian dilakukan dengan Confusion Matrix dan kurva ROC. Hasil akurasi yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa Algoritma C4.5 menghasilkan persentase akurasi 90% dan K-NN menghasilkan persentase akurasi 87%. Dengan demikian algoritma C4.5 memiliki nilai akurasi lebih tinggi dibanding K-NN. Algoritma C4.5 ini dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan aplikasi prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu pada Universitas Buddhi Dharma.

Abstract

PT. Samudera semesta sejahtera is a freight forwarding company that handle export and import. The main problem is the document of export such as : there still promoting their service via telephone by the office and by the email. Also sometimes they miss the documents that sometimes will be need back. Manual booking, e-commerce using unified modelling language (UML); activity diagram, usecase diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. Using object oriented and iso 9126, the programming language that use in this e-commerce system is PHP and database MySQL. The result of this e-commerce is for business, making easier to search data or information, and printing a report.

Abstract

PT.Murni Alam Sehat is one of company sell medical device and medicine by prescription or without doctor’s prescription. The problem in marketing department in this company do not have promotion media for offer the products to consumer, no online sell, and order only by phone. To solve the problem in marketing department is build up e-commerce system. E-commerce system use Unifed Modelling Languange (UML); Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram. User Centered Design (UCD) as design method. Program language for e-commerce system is PHP and MySQL for database. The result of research is a e-commerce system website base to help search information product, company could get report easier, consumer can do purchase by online everywhere and everytime.

Abstract

Analysis and design of a decision support system aims to deal with problems in selecting the best supplier which is a problem at PT. Independent male star. PT. Bintang Putra Mandiri is a company engaged in the subsidized housing contractor and developer. With the existing problems, we need a system that can help companies to help determine the best supplier. Then produced a system that can help companies by using the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the Euclidean distance to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. As a result, PT. Bintang Putra Mandiri can determine the best supplier precisely. And the TOPSIS method is able to support supplier selection decisions by ranking

Abstract

Technology has a big role in today's life, especially helping the business process activities within a company or organization, making the business process easier. For this reason the creation of a new student admission system and entrance examination in a high school, which affects the speed and accuracy of the final grades in the process. The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has more precise and accurate advantages compared to other decision-making models, because its ability to conduct an assessment is based on the value of criteria and weighted preferences that have been determined. The design and analysis of new student admissions and entrance examination exams can help and overcome existing problems. New student admission and admission test programs have the advantage of being a computerized student registration, conducting computer-based entrance examination exams and can process data through the system thereby reducing the risk of errors in making reports.

Abstract

For companies that work in the services sector, service quality is something very important to establish long-term relationships with its customers. At this time, PT Copindo Renanta evaluates the performance of technicians by provide a service satisfaction forms that made from a paper for the customer against the technician performance that can be manipulated by the technician so that the company cannot assess customer satisfaction with the true service of the technicians. The making of customer satisfaction system against the technicians from the repair service of photocopy machine at PT Copindo Renanta using the SAW method can provide an accurate and trusted results of technician performance calculations from photocopier repair services because calculations are carried out using the SAW method based on several values from the criteria by the customer filled. The system also supports a process of the order a copy machines repair services for customers who want to repair their machines (only need an internet connection and web browser to access and use anywhere and anytime needed, no need to wait for working hours), and support companies to make a technician performance assessment report till a repair photocopy machines transactions report.

Abstract

Project planning has several stages or project activity plans that can result in the running of a project more optimally to the project estimation that can help the planning manager or project manager work together in preparing project implementation at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung. PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung is a business that will produce an intangible product (service) / service activity for construction and oil services that will be used for the needs of other companies. Problems at PT. Pakarti Tirtoagung in processing project data using the MS system. Excel which results in data redundancy so it must check data - data and must be input again. This results in data redundancy and lack of data consistency so the presentation of project manager information is less accurate. Then this research uses CPM (Critical Path Method) method to determine the level of project progress in order to optimize project duration, possibility of accelerating time of project implementation and make it easier as admin by supporting project estimation activities, making it easier to manage planning of project activities and preparing a project scheduling. The design is implemented using PHP and MySQL database servers.

Abstract

With the passage of the sales process manually which is less efficient and less effective in PT. Makmur Cipta Sejahtera, it needs a program to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. The process of ordering goods that still use manual methods to use mail order goods, make the authors design and create an Android-based sales program. This program will be addressed to PT. Makmur Cipta Sejahtera entitled "E-COMMERCE SALES SYSTEM BASED MOBILE ANDROID (CASE STUDY: PT. MAKMUR CIPTA SEJAHTERA)". The research method is done by two methods: analysis of research and data collection methods. Methods of data collection by interview, observation and literature. User needs, among others are able to provide accurate reports, user-friendly and simple interface, capable of showing product details, and how to use that are not complicated. After the design, manufacture, and testing of the program, some conclusions that this program may support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, minimize the opportunities for error, and cost efficiency in terms of paperless. Hopefully this program can be a learning for students who want to take thesis with the title associated with the sale of e-commerce system based on mobile android. I welcome any comments and suggestions for the design of the system is still flawed. then a number of conclusions that this program may support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, to minimize opportunities for error, and cost efficiency in terms of paperless. Abstract

Milano Mitra Abadi is a retail company engaged in the fashion and shoes in the business process is not separated from the use of IT. IT is an effective step taken by the company to develop its business in order to provide a level of efficiency and effectiveness in the management of sales data or inventory data with good and orderly. One of the tools used for IT Governance is COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is a standard model that provides documentation of best IT management practices that can help management and user To bridge the gap between business risks, control needs, and technical problems. The analysis for the maturity level is done by comparing the level of maturity that exists at the moment with the level of maturity. The level of maturity that is intended on the basis represents the level of maturity of the industry average at level 3. Current level of maturity (current maturity level) for each process that is in the domain of Deliver and Support and Monitor and Evaluate is almost entirely at level 2. This can be said that the process of IT governance in PT. Milano Mitra Abadi has been done but has not been running optimally, has a pattern that is repeatedly done in conducting activities management related to technology governance Information, but its existence has not been well-defined and formal so that there is still an inconsistency. It is recommended that the evaluation of IT can be done routinely every specific time period (periodically) so that the desired level of maturity can be achieved and performed by a specific unit.

Abstract

The application of web-based decision making system in poultry medicines selection process using forward chaining by PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia aims to promote the medicines and to help poultry stock farmers in knowing which medicines needed to be given to poultry that indicated to be diseased, efficiently and effectively. Livestock farmer can also indentify what kind of disease the stock has and the solution of treating that disease, in this case is getting the medicines that manufactured by PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia, quickly and accurately. After conducting research at PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia, the marketing process is being left to all veterinarians. Sometimes when customers needed help from veterinary to diagnose the sickness of their poultries, the limited number of the veterinary and poultry specialist make customers can’t do anything but wait for the help in the form of medicines suggestions. These reasons above are why this decision making application was finally made. From this application, we can expect the customers can easily know which medicines is right for their poultries and can also order the medicines right away, this can also increase the sales of poultry medicines manufacturer has. It can be concluded that this application can help to providing informations of poultry diseases and marketing the medicines from manufacturer to customers easily, effectively, and efficiently.
