Abstract

Welfare in general can be defined as the level of a person's ability to meet their basic needs in the form of clothing, food, boards, education, and health. Welfare can be assessed in terms of family welfare. This study aims to perform analysis of artificial neural network modeling backpropagation method. The model will compare the optimization algorithm of artificial neural network results. The data used are 251 data of pre prosperous family in Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency. There are 16 input variables with 14 variables from BPS and 2 additional variables. There is one variable that has constant data so that this variable is not used in artificial neural network model analysis. There is a hidden layer with a number of dynamic neurons. Output layer there are 4 neurons which is the family welfare category. Data is processed using Matlab and SPSS. The system results show that the best accuracy for training is 68% of the Scale Conjugate Gradient algorithm while for best test results it is 68.8% of the Gradient Descent algorithm.

Abstract

Along with the increasing capabilities of mobile devices, the need for pulses is also growing rapidly. Currently resellers only utilize the technology SMS (Short Message Service) in conventional to conduct transactions. To assist in the more efficient pulse delivery process, it was built using the XMPP protocol. In this study using Extreme Programming design method with 4 (four) stages of process planning, design process, coding process and testing process. The results of testing conducted by using black box testing as well as questionnaires from the resellers, applications that help in the transaction pulse, and improve the efficiency of time in the process of pulse delivery.

Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) showed that the poverty rate in Indonesia in September 2014 still high at about 27.7 million people, or about 10.96%. As a basis for policy countermeasures, understand the problem of poverty often demands the effort of defining, measuring, and identifying the root causes of poverty. This study wanted to use one of the methods that exist in fuzzy logic to classify beneficiaries of poverty that exist in Bantul. Fuzzy Inference System used in this study using Tsukamoto with 8 rule established by a group of poor criteria and types of poverty relief. There are three groups of criteria of poverty derived from 11 criteria of poverty in Bantul. While the types of assistance that are used are Raskin, BLT and KUR. The system is built using PHP. To see the performance Tsukamoto method in this study used 50 data poor people in Sub Districs Banguntapan. From the test results turned out to obtained an accuracy of 52%, meaning that there were 26 correct data according to the original data. It is necessary to modify the rules and membership functions to improve system accuracy results

Abstract

In a particular division, a supervisor needs to perform monitoring of the activities carried out at his employers to improve the performance of the work of his subordinates. Leaders are often not in place to monitor the activities of his subordinates in carrying out their responsibilities. One solution to overcome these problems is to supervise the use of their computer by means of push notification. By utilizing the technology of Cloud to Device Messaging (C2DM), supervisor can monitor computer activities of his employers anywhere. Given this research, is expected to help the supervisor in monitoring his employers despite not being in place. This may indirectly improve performance in a division. For further research can be developed monitoring in a real time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh kurangnya persiapan siswa dalam memilih penjurusan yang tepat akan berdampak pada pelajaran yang nantinya akan di pelajarinya. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih yang sekarang telah membuat banyak organisasi atau lembaga menggunakannya sebagai media yang pengolahan data, mendukung kemampuan Komputer dalam pengolahan data telah sangat mendukung dalam menghadirkan information bahwa mudah, akurat dan berkualitas. Seperti dengan organisasi atau lembaga lain. Pada penelitian akan menerapkan logika fuzzy metode Tsukamoto dalam mencari penjurusan yang tepat pada siswa di SMA. Keuntungan penggunaan logika fuzzy adalah dapat melakukan observasi objektif terhadap nilai-nilai yang bersifat subjektif. Adapun variable yang akan diproses dalam logika fuzzy adalah nilai dan minat. Hasil tes siswa akan menjadi nilai masukkan yang kemudian diproses didalam logika fuzzy. Nilai tersebut diproses kedalam tiga tahapan logika fuzzy yaitu fuzzifikasi, penalaran dan defuzzifikasi. Hasil dari penjurusan ini yang kemudian akan menjadi panduan siswa dalam mengoptimasi proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

PT. Koba metal Indonesia. is one of roll-reforming cooperations who produce light-steel stuffs which is growing rapidly nowadays. One of the important thing in customer management is how a cooperation be able to preserve their customers. the effort of preserving customers becomes important for PT. Koba metal Indonesia. considering of plenty companies who commits at the same sector. To prevent the displacement of customers, knowing the potential group of customers is important, so that the company could preserve those potential customers by giving excellent service, etc. the implication of data mining could assist the company to analize the received data from sales transaction to gain potential customers data. Therefore, a designed application which could implement the data mining for choosing potential customers by clustering and algorithm K-means method is arranged. Then, the information performes with groups who is categorized into potential customers. Besides, rapminder application is also used to examine the data’s accuracy of this built application design. Hereinafter, this application design is expected to assist companies to choose their potential customers and preserve them to advance their business.

Abstract

The purpose of writing, to determine the level of capability in the Bureau of Information Systems & Technology at Buddhi Dharma University. Analyzing the achievement of its capability level and assisting BSTI in implementing international standardized IT governance. The methodology used is the CoBIT 5 framework as a measure of capability level guidance. The result is that the current level of BSTI capability is 2.027 which means at level 2 (managed process), the standard is at level 3. Conclusion that BSTI has been managed and implemented correctly, although the achievement of the level of capability is still in the middle position due to the lack of competition that forced Buddhi Dharma University to do business development.

Abstract

Expert Systems are computer-based applications that are used to solve problems as the expert thinks. Many college students majoring in Information Technology are difficult to get the thesis title topic even though it has been reading many journals and looking for some references. Therefore to make it easier college students, then the author wants to create an application where college students majoring in Information Technology can more easily get the thesis title topic so the work of thesis becomes more fluent and not obstructed. This app is web based. In system design, the author used several methods in his research that is method of Analyze, Design, and Implementation. Methods in the design of this expert system even this also used forward chaining method as tracking ahead and best first search method. And also using data collection method mean literature study and questionnaire from system that has been created. The result of Expert System of Thesis Title Topic Selection with Forward Chaining method web based expected to be useful and helpfully college students in getting the thesis title topic. Based on questionnaire that has been shared and filled, it can be said that the Expert System of Thesis Title Topic Selection with Forward Chaining Method Web Based is helpful and beneficial for the college students because it helps college student Information Technology in getting Thesis Title.

Abstract

CV. Nukegraphic Indonesia as one of the fast growing website in Indonesia would require a lot of support, including support in the field of Information Technology. Recording task list that still use manual systems, often prevent the processing of information about the details of the status of the task and the status of projects ongoing or already completed in the form of a percentage of each project, as well as recording task that still use paper media is also considered only will lead to waste in paper usage. Recording task that is only made in the scope of the company's staff also hinder the work process of the company when staff are outside the company. The method used in the manufacture of a web-based application taskboard this form of collecting data through observation and questionnaires were distributed in the scope of the company. The test results of these applications concluded that with the application taskboard-based website is an account executive can find out information about the details of the status and the status of the project in a short time, because the data processing has been made into a computerized provided through the application, both an account executive and members are also more easy in knowing the task that must be done even though it is outside the company. With this application is expected to help the performance of employees in a company to be more productive

Abstract

The expert system is part of an artificial intelligence consisting of the knowledge and experience of an expert who is included in the knowledge base. The expert system can help someone who is still lay in solving the problem. Television is a medium of communication that receives broadcasts of moving pictures and sounds. One example of an expert system created is an expert system to diagnose television damage using the Depth First Search method using the VB.NET programming language. With the application of expert systems in diagnosing television damage, expected in the analysis process becomes faster. Expert system analysis on the damage of television can be known directly to assist in knowing what damage experienced by television and what steps to improve television. In this case, the author has consulted with an expert in the field of television damage to build a knowledge base
