Abstract

ABSTRACT : The purpose of librarian’s ethic of conduct is to keep the prestige and moral well,and the librarian’s moral increases the service to society and profession quality.Therefore the librarian’s in doing their professional duty must pay attention and apply it asit must be based on aptitude and behaviour’s norm and politeness as a librarian’s ethic of condutct.This study is to know the relation betwewn ethic of conduct and librarian’s ethic ofproduct, documentation and archives of North Sulawesi.This study covers the 32 respondents. Those are all the librarians.The result of the studyshows that the relation between ethic of conduct of the librarians with their performance in libraryboard, archives and documentation of North Sulawesi province have strong relation or significant.This case is shown by “t test” which the mark of “T test” is 73 bigger then the mark of “Ttable” that is 2,042 and it is seen more cleary with the mark “r test” which is the same as 0,7 that isconsultated on the guillford table, it shows strong relation (significant).Furthermore, based on the result of co-efficient determination or determiner powerlibrarian’s ethic of conduct and their performance in library’s board, archives and documentation ofNorth Sulawesi is 0,49, so it can be concluded. The influence of librarian’s ethic of conduct towardlibrarian’s performance in library’s board, archives and documentation of North Sulawesi provinceis 49%. And the rest is 51% is influenced of variable which is not observed in this study.Keyword : librarian’s ethic of conduct

Abstract

Abstract: a reliable regional tourism industry should have a marketing concept in the form ofmanagement applied to seize the tourism market. The purpose of this study was to determine how thestrategy of development of religious tourism potential Hill Love Toar Lumimuut Kanonang ".This study uses survey research aims to examine all the elements involved in the management anddevelopment of the Mount of Love. Location done in the village Kanonang, namely the attraction ofreligion "Hill Love Toar Lumimuut". For the primary source of data, the number of respondents wastaken 100 500 visitors and 50 100 merchants.The results showed Hill Love Kanonang should be able to optimize the potential or become competitiveadvantages and capabilities Hill Love Kanonang management should be encouraged and become better.Keywords: Development of Tourism Potential

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this study is to observe the functions Legu Gam Moloku Kie Raha festival for peoplein ternate. Sultanate of ternate or the kingdom of gapi is one of the four Islamic kongdom in north malukuand the oldest Islamic kingdom in nusantara. The power sultanate of ternate can be seen since the first sultanof 1257-1277 has given the traditional authority and celebration or Dorogam. Dorogam is a celebration ofsociety. The celebration Dorogam held at right time in Moloku Kie Raha. In 2002 Dorogam has changed thename Legu Gam festival or celebration of society.The methodology used was qualitative research. Result this study shows that Legu Gam Moloku KieRaha festival described of good relationship between the sultanate and the people in ternate. Legu Gamfestival has become a symbol for Moloku Kie Raha and has become the most awaited festival by the peoplein ternate. Legu Gam festival is functional structural festival and has several function. The festival has beenprepared in a form a moment the function of religion give thank to god and pray for sultan mudaffar syah’sbirthday. Art preserving performances of traditional dances, music and folk songs, social cultural educationin form of activity-ngongare jojaru, promotion of creative economy as well as to support the budget ternate inPAD.Keywords : Function, Legu Gam Moloku Kie Raha Festival, Ternate.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing information system on severaldimensions of marketing management such as quality of service, customer satisfaction and customerloyalty of PT Hasrat Abadi Manado engaged in motor vehicle maintenance services. In this study,using a quantitative method with regression analysis approach. The sample totaled 98 respondentsdefined by using the formula of Slovin. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews andobservation.Results of the study indicate partially a significant difference between the marketinginformation system and job satisfaction, marketing information systems with customer satisfaction,service quality and customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. Simultaneously,marketing and information systems service quality effect on customer satisfaction and customerloyalty. However, the variable that has the strongest influence occurs between the variable qualityof service with customer satisfaction variables. Therefore, to maintain and even increase the marketshare of the company should improve the quality of services in a sustainable manner.Keywords : Marketing information systems, Quality of service, Customer Satisfaction, CustomerLoyalty

Abstract

Abstract : Strategies for achieving maximum service in a library can be done with the use of the library.Library as a source of information is expected not only to serve the public to obtain information, but itcan maintain its existence as an information service institution that develops with the progress ofinformation technology. The purpose of research to gather and analyze the utilization of the library inBadan Perpustakaan, Arsip dan Dokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.The methodology used is qualitative, data were collected through observation, interviews andliterature study. The number of informants 14 people. The data obtained were related to the utilizationof the library which were then analyzed through categorization and data reduction.The result of this study shows that in the Library Utilization Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip danDokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara it is not going well. Existing human resources quality of work isstill very low. The lack of mastery of information technology and the slow pace in providing serviceslibrarian. State library collection is irrelevant, Means still manual information retrieval, yet has thefacilities, such as internet and OPAC, covered services system has not gone well.Conclusion is that the utilization of the library in Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip danDokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara have not been going well, human resources are still lackingquality work, which is not relevant collections, facilities and infrastructure are still lacking and closedthe service system has not gone well. So that should make improvements human resources througheducation and training levels. Increasing the number of employees in particular librarian libraryeducational background. Procure to increase the number of library collections. Adding a means oftracking information such as OPAC and the Internet. In Indonesia increasingly important political advertising used by politicians in local elections andpresidential elections, but also not free from controversy. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan yang baikdalam pelkasanaan pelayanan publik bidang pendidikan di Kecamatan Amurang Barat Kabupaten MinahasaSelatan.Prinsip-prinsip good governance. Kunci utama memahami good governance yaitu pemahaman atasprinsip-prinsip di dalamnya. Bertolak dari prinsip-prinsip ini akan didapatkan tolak ukur kinerja suatupemerintahan. Baik-buruknya pemerintahan bisa dinilai bila ia telah bersinggungan dengan semua unsurprinsip-prinsip good governance. Menyadari pentingnya masalah ini, prinsip-prinsip good governancemenurut UNDP (UNDP, 1997) sebagaimana tertera berikut ini : Partisipasi Masyarakat, TegaknyaSupremasi Hukum, Transparansi, peduli pada Stakeholder, berorientasi pada konsensus, kesetaraan,efektivitas dan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, visi strategis.Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 dikemukakan bahwa pelayanan publik adalahkegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturanperundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa dan/atau pelayananadministratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Pelayanan publik dalam penelitian inidiarahkan pada pelayanan bidang pendidikan yang merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan publik yang olehpemerintah yang merupakan pemberian pelayanan kepada publik atau masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif. Fokus penelitian yaitu :Penerapan prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan yang baik dalam pelakasanaan pelayanan publik bidang pendidikandi Kecamatan Amurang Barat. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan staf kantor UPT DinasPendidikan Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kecamatan Amurang Barat, serta tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, guru,pelajar/siswa dan mahasiswa jumlahnya 15 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dengan mendeskripsikanmenggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta - fakta yang ada.Hasil penelitian bahwa implementasi prinsip partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pelayananpublik bidang pendidikan terlihat bahwa sekolah sudah menunjukan suatu keberhasilan yang baik, Penerapanprinsip supremasi hukum terlihat sekolah dan para guru sudah lebih baik dalam menerapkan aturan-aturan,ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku. Sekolah sudah lebih transparan dalam menyampaikan kebijakan sesuaiaturan-aturan, ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan diKecamatan Amurang Barat. Selain keberhasilan masih terlihat kendala kendala, hal ini terjadi padakebijakan yang dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pendidikan yaitu yang berkaitran denganpemberian berasiswa, administrasinya harus lebih transparan, masih ada pegawai yang bersifat tertutup dalammemberikan informasi pelayanan publik. Pemerintah Kecamatan Amurang Barat Kabupaten MinahasaSelatan dapat meningkatkan pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan danselalu berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan derajat pendidikan masyarakat dengan menerapkanpelaksanaan pemerintahan yang baik. Masyarakat dapat meningkatkan partisipasinya untuk mempengaruhipemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya melalui peningkatan bidangpendidikan.Kata Kunci : Good Governance, Pelayanan Publik, Pendidikan

Abstract: Leadership Leadership Organization is a major factor and the first that affect an employeejob satisfaction. The better the leadership of the head of the Organization will be higher the jobsatisfaction felt by employeesThis study will use the survey method with quantitative approach using simple correlation andregression analysis.The magnitude of the effect of variable work motivation on employee job satisfaction variablesindicate that the coefficient of determination of 0.4436 (44.36%). This means that the variable of workmotivation significant effect on job satisfaction of 44.36%. Referring to the results of this study providethe sense that the efforts made by the leadership associated with the level of job satisfaction ofemployees already on the path to truth.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan yaitu: (1) apakah yang menjadi sumber persoalanyang melatari konflik antarkampung di wilayah Tompaso Baru? (2) faktor-faktor apakah yang menjadipemicu konflik antarkapung di wilayah Tompaso baru? Dan (3) Siapakah pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalamkonflik antarkampung di wilayah Tompaso Baru?Studi ini akan dilaksanakan di wilayah Tompaso Baru (Kecamatan Tompaso Baru dan KecamatanMaesaan), Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, dan menjadikan rumah tangga sebagai responden. Adapun jenisstudi dan teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan untuk penelitian ini, yaitu: community studies,formal/informal leaders studies, kajian dokumenter, dan kajian historisHasil-hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Sumber konflik di wilayah Tompaso Baru tebataspersoalan pemuda dan atau kelompok pemuda seperti: perilaku membuat keonaran di desa lain, pencurian,percecokan atau adu mulut, bersenggolan ketika berpapasan, kalah dalam perkelahian, dan dendam pribadi;(2) fenomena konflik di wilayah Tompaso Baru umunya dipicu oleh tindakan-tindakan seperti: adanyaejekan dari satu pihak ke pihak tertentu ketika perpasanan, bersenggolan dengan pihak tertentu, membuatkeonaran di lokasi tertentu guna memancing emosi pihak-pihak tertentu, mabuk di tempat umum; dan (3)konflik antarkampung di wilayah Tompaso Baru tidak terbatas melibatkan kelompok pemuda, tetapi padakasus-kasus tertentu melibatkan pula mereka yang sudah tergolong bukan pemuda lagi karena sudahberumur di atas 40 tahun.Kata kunci: konflik antarkampung, konflik sosial, kekerasan kolektif.

Abstract

Abstract: Now a days, the Indonesian political system is undergoing a process of democratization that brings consequences not only to the dynamics of national political life. Aim to find out how the implementation of cultural influences on political development. The population in this study is a community in the District Girian Bitung City. While samples taken from some community representatives, consisting of community leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders, Community Organizations by the number of samples taken in this study were 50 respondents This study is a descriptive study kuaiitatif, data obtained from the results of this study are described with words representing categories to conclude, if there is data in the form of figures will be processed based on the calculation: add up, compared with the expected number and the result diprosentasekan The results showed political cultural influences society basically make all the people to get involved in the political development and political culture of society is basically to create a civilized society Keywords: Political Culture and Political Development
