Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing information system on severaldimensions of marketing management such as quality of service, customer satisfaction and customerloyalty of PT Hasrat Abadi Manado engaged in motor vehicle maintenance services. In this study,using a quantitative method with regression analysis approach. The sample totaled 98 respondentsdefined by using the formula of Slovin. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews andobservation.Results of the study indicate partially a significant difference between the marketinginformation system and job satisfaction, marketing information systems with customer satisfaction,service quality and customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. Simultaneously,marketing and information systems service quality effect on customer satisfaction and customerloyalty. However, the variable that has the strongest influence occurs between the variable qualityof service with customer satisfaction variables. Therefore, to maintain and even increase the marketshare of the company should improve the quality of services in a sustainable manner.Keywords : Marketing information systems, Quality of service, Customer Satisfaction, CustomerLoyalty

Abstract

Kompensasi dan motivasi merupakan dua faktor yang penting dalam penyelenggaraan organisasi perusahaan. Perhatian yang tinggi terhadap kedua hal itu diharapkan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen. Namun dari hasil pengamatan, nampak bahwa masih terdapat karyawan yang masih kurang memiliki motivasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen : 1) Karyawan pada Freshmart Bahu Mall Manado belum menjadi sumber daya manusia yang profesional dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen; 2) Masih ada karyawan yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Freshmart Bahu Mall Manado. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Freshmart Bahu Mall Manado, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Freshmart Bahu Mall Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional. Analisis data yang dilakukan memberikan kesimpulan 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Fresh Mart Bahu Mall Manado, 2) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fresh Mart Bahu Mall Manado, 3) Secara simultan, baik kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Fresh Mart Bahu Mall Manado.

Abstract

Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou is a philosophy of the Minahasa people, meaning that humans live to humanize others. The term "tou" in Si Tou refers to humans as individuals who must first 'live' to be able to enliven others ('tumou tou'). Meanwhile, Mapalus house represents a local wisdom model in the form of collaborative efforts to build houses for the Tounsawang ethnic community in Southeast Minahasa, passed down through generations. Mapalus house consists of 10 to 30 people, and anyone can become a member, regardless of gender. The division of labor, based on the principle of togetherness in mutual construction and enlivening, known as Sitou Timou Tumou Tou, is carried out reciprocally for each house to be built, where the roles of women and men are equal in work responsibilities. The main research question is how Sitou Timou Tumou Tou holds meaning for women in the Mapalus House work, empowering themselves individually and others. The research was conducted in the Tombatu district, Southeast Minahasa Regency, known for its strong Mapalus house tradition, with three villages as research samples: Tombatu 1, Tombatu II, and Betelen. The qualitative method employed focused on observation, interviews, key informants, and analysis of observation and interviews. The research results indicate that the meaning of Si tou timou tumou tou is deeply rooted in women, allowing them to persist in Mapalus house. The understanding of Sitou Timou Tumou Tou empowers women individually, socially, and economically within Mapalus house. This empowerment is attributed to principles such as mutual enlivening, starting with the term 'tou,' signifying individual empowerment before extending to others. Mapalus house provides space and access for women to develop themselves individually in both domestic and public functions. A communal organizational culture is built within Mapalus house, fostering mutual assistance between women and men without subordination and patriarchy. Despite modernization and technological advancements, the meaning of 'tou' in Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou as local wisdom remains strong, upheld as tradition and respected by the entire Tounsawang ethnic community. Consequently, the meaning of Sitou Timou Tumou Tou is powerful within women individually, enabling them in both family (domestic) and community (public) contexts.

Abstract

Aparatur sipil negara (ASN) memiliki peran sentral dan penting dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan daerah. Demikian halnya ASN yang ada di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa. Sehubungan dengan itu maka upaya peningkatan kinerja ASN merupakan isu yang terus menggema. Namun realitas dan fakta belum dapat memenuhi harapan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja ASN Di lingkungan Kantor Camat Tondano Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja aparatur di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Tondano Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Analisis regresi sederhana yaitu : Y = 21.491 + 0.285 X. Persamaan regresi ini menyatakan bahwa setiap perubahan nilai efektivitas kerja ditentukan oleh perubahan nilai pengawasan. Artinya, apabila nilai pengawasan bertambah satu unit maka akan diikuti dengan bertambahnya nilai efektivitas kerja sebesar 0,285 satuan. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,460. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara variabel pengawasan dan variabel efektivitas kerja aparatur. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,212 (21,20%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan berpengaruh sebesar 21,20% terhadap efektivitas kerja aparatur di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Tondano Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 2,978 > ttabel = 2,358. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang telah dirumuskan dapat diterima karena nilai thitung jauh lebih besar dari nilai ttabel.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan pemuda merupakan suatu proses yang penting untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang mandiri, memiliki kemampuan, dan dapat berperan aktif dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Tetapi kenyataannya pemuda sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti tingginya tingkat pengangguran, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya, serta persaingan yang ketat di pasar kerja. Oleh karena itu pemberdayaan komunitas pemuda menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Melihat permasalahan ini, maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari STIE Pioner Manado merasa perlu untuk memberikan pembekalan melalui pembinaan dan bimbingan secara komprehensif kepada pemuda di PKBM Papa Lagar di kota Bitung sehingga memungkinkan komunitas pemuda dapat memberdayakan dirinya dan komunitasnya sekaligus mengetahui apa saja yang dapat menjadi kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang dapat diberdayakan. Kami memberikan pembinaan, bimbingan dan penyuluhan dalam bentuk materi ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab yang terdiri dari empat (4) sesi, yaitu: 1. Pemberdayaan Melalui Pendidikan Formal dan Informal. 2. Pemberdayaan melalui Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Sosial. 3. Pemberdayaan melalui Pendidikan Keberlanjutan. 4. Pemberdayaan Pelatihan Keterampilan Teknis dan Vokasional. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan teori pemberdayaan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan, maka diharapkan dapat membangun image dan pola pikir pemuda untuk mampu memanfaatkan setiap potensi sumber daya manusia dan peluang positif dalam memberdayakan diri dan komunitasnya.

Abstract

The main issue addressed in this study is the lack of organizational attention to the development of employees' intrinsic motivation, particularly within religious educational institutions, which has led to decreased productivity, loyalty, and job satisfaction. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of intrinsic motivation in enhancing employee performance, and  to identify managerial and organizational cultural factors that either support or hinder the realization of such motivation. The research employs a qualitative approach through a case study at Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Yerusalem Baru  Manado, utilizing data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed thematically using the framework of Braun and Clarke. The findings indicate that intrinsic motivation significantly influences performance, as employees who experience autonomy, competence, and social relatedness demonstrate higher levels of loyalty and productivity. Supporting factors identified include participatory leadership, a spiritual organizational culture, and flexible working arrangements. Conversely, the obstacles observed comprise limited training opportunities, the absence of regular evaluations, and financial constraints. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations, particularly in the education sector, need to design managerial strategies focused on strengthening intrinsic motivation through value-based policies, non-material rewards, and the development of a work environment that fosters employees' psychological growth.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi kendala serius dalam pengelolaan keuangan, terutama rendahnya literasi akuntansi dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Namun belum banyak studi yang fokus pada implementasi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) pada sektor kerajinan berbasis budaya lokal seperti bambu di Tomohon. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan SAK EMKM melalui akuntansi digital dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan UMKM kerajinan bambu di Desa Kinilow, Kota Tomohon. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan dua informan utama, yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengrajin bambu belum menerapkan pencatatan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM dan masih mencampurkan keuangan usaha dengan pribadi, sehingga laba tidak terukur secara akurat. Melalui penerapan aplikasi akuntansi digital sederhana seperti BukuKas, diperoleh laporan keuangan yang menunjukkan posisi keuangan dan laba bersih sebesar Rp8.900.000 per periode. kemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi digital berbasis SAK EMKM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, transparansi, dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi digital, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM kerajinan bambu agar mampu mengelola keuangan secara profesional dan berdaya saing. Analysis of the Application of Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in Bamboo Craft Businesses Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an essential sector in Indonesia’s economy; however, they continue to face serious challenges in financial management, particularly due to low accounting literacy and limited use of digital technology. Nevertheless, few studies have focused on the implementation of the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in craft industries based on local cultural traditions, such as bamboo craftsmanship in Tomohon. This study aims to analyze the application of SAK EMKM through digital accounting in improving financial governance among bamboo craft MSMEs in Kinilow Village, Tomohon City. The research employed a qualitative case study approach involving two main informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model. The findings reveal that bamboo artisans have not yet applied financial recording in accordance with SAK EMKM and still mix business and personal finances, resulting in inaccurate profit measurement. By utilizing a simple digital accounting application such as BukuKas, financial reports were produced showing the financial position and a net profit of IDR 8,900,000 per period. These findings indicate that digital accounting based on SAK EMKM can enhance the efficiency of financial recording, transparency, and the quality of decision-making. This study emphasizes the importance of improving financial literacy, providing training on digital accounting applications, and ensuring continuous mentoring for bamboo craft MSMEs to enable professional and competitive financial management.
