Abstract

Smartphone merupakan salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat modern saat ini yang akan menunjang aktivitasnya. Kehidupan modern saat ini sangat mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup yang semakin tinggi sehingga akan mempengaruhi pola konsumsi. Hal ini dikarenakan sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup merupakan faktor pendorong perilaku konsumen dalam pembeliannya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan sangat berkepentingan pada sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup terhadap produknya, karena sikap yang positif akan menghasilkan pembelian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Unsrat pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Fakultas Hukum dan Fakultas Fisip, dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone. Perusahaan sebaiknya memberi perhatian yang serius dalam hal sikap konsumen dan gaya hidup, sehingga akan memberikan dampak pada keputusan pembelian konsumen, dan menaikkan profit perusahaan. Sikap konsumen yang tergolong positif harus terus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan agar kesan konsumen secara umum yang bersifat estetika produk dan kualitas fisik dariproduk smartphone. Kata Kunci: sikap konsumen gaya hidup, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemenuhan kebutuhan sandang tidak lepas dari adanya perusahaan-perusahaan untuk memproduksi sandang. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh perusahaan berhubungan dengan bagaimana perusahaan melakukan penjualan produk yang dimilikinya di tengah krisis global yang melanda seluruh dunia. Strategi apa sebenarnya yang diinginkan konsumen dari sebuah perusahaan sandang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan pemasaran dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Matahari Departement Store Mega Mall Manado. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS. Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen yang bertransaksi lebih dari 3 kali sebulan di Matahari Departement Store Mega Mall Manado dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang, serta teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Accidental. Teknik untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa variabel hubungan pemasaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen, pemberian promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan hubungan pemasaran dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sebaiknya Matahari Departement Store Mega Mall Manado semakin meningkatkan hubungan pemasaran dengan konsumen dan menambah lebih banyak promosi karena variabel-variabel ini mempengaruhi kepuasan dari konsumen. Hal ini sangatlah penting agar lebih menarik perhatian konsumen untuk tetap menjadikan Matahari Departement Store Mega Mall Manado sebagai tempat utama untuk berbelanja. Kata Kunci : relationship marketing, promosi, kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Abstract: Study found Coffee has now become part of the lifestyle. People come to the Excelso not simply want to drink coffee, but because there is a touch of emotion, whether it’s a feeling of pride, prestige, or the warmth of one of the strategic steps performed by the provider of the Excelso Coffee shop. By knowing the values, excelso can increase customer to keep win the market share and be better than competitors. This research focuses on customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. This research conducted by a quantitative method and this research population is the buyers of wakai counterfeit shoes. By using an Independent Sample t-test, this research conducted a hypothesis is there is significant difference in utilitarian and hedonic value between male and female customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. Based on the result of this research, the data is normally distributed and homogenous. The result shows that there are no significant differences in utilitarian value and hedonic value between male and female customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. Findings suggest to develop strategies for enhancing utilitarian and hedonic value, which can increase the probability of customers revisiting to Excelso.Keywords: utilitarian value, hedonic value, gender

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengangguran merupakan suatu fenomena permasalahan yang pada umumnya terjadi di Negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Masalah pengangguran dalam hal ini adalah keadaan pemenuhan hak atas kesejahteraan dan pekerjaan yang belum terpenuhi. Tingginya angka pengangguran dapat membawa bangsa berada pada kehancuran yang sulit dihindari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh angkatan kerja bekerja dan jumlah penduduk terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder pada tahun 2003-2017. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis adalah eviews8. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel angkatan kerja bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Variabel jumlah penduduk berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran. Sebagai upaya mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara maka pemerintah menambah pengeluarannya untuk program program yang berguna dalam perluasan lapangan kerja seperti mendorong pengembangan kegiatan dan sektor ekonomi yang menyerap tenaga kerja relatif tinggi, seperti industri manufaktur, perdagangan, dan jasa.Kata Kunci: angkatan kerja bekerja, jumlah penduduk, pengangguran

Abstract:  The success of a football club will not be separated from the role of fanatical fans who have always supported in each of their matches Whatever type of items associated with the club favourites would definitely be collected one of them soccer jersey t-shirt, Teams now try to direct their customers through the stores in which they market team related products, author interest to explore the condition that drive the customers purchase intention of the sport product in sports station Manado. This research Analysing Factors That Drive Customers Purchase Intention of Licensed Team Merchandise Sports Station Manado with 100 respondents are contributed and the Factor Analysis method is used in this research. There are four main findings in this research, which are: The first conclude component in this research is Brands; The second conclude component in this research is the Customer Loyalty; The Third conclude component in this research is Perceived Relative Price; The last conclude component in this research is Atmosphere. Abstract

Turnover is commonly problem faced in PT. Kawanua Dasa Pratama (Freshmart Superstore) Manado. Turnover intention comes up as a plan to quit from company. Most of the turnover brought an adverse influence on the organization, both in terms of cost and in loss of time and chance to take advantage of opportunities. High job satisfaction and organizational commitment will reduce employee turnover intention rates from company. This research aims to find out how job satisfaction and organizational commitment can affect the turnover intention of employee in PT. Kawanua Dasa Pratama (Freshmart Superstore) Manado. Multiple regressions model is used to answer the research problem. The total sample for this research is 100 employees, and questionnaire had been using to obtain the information. The research findings show that the independent variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a negative significant influence to employee turnover intention simultaneously and partially. The management of Freshmart Superstore Manado may consider about the satisfaction of employees, such as the salary, promotion, and also appreciation for their work. Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, there is too much competition in the world of beauty, like many cosmetic brands selling their products to get the attention of women in this world. Switching Barriers and Inertia becomes a surefire marketing strategy to get and keep the hearts of consumers to continue to choose the product. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Switching Barriers and Inertia on Customer Loyalty on Maybelline beauty products. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire to collect data, and Multiple Linear Regression as an analysis tool. The sample in this study was 96 customers of Maybelline beauty products. The findings reveal that Switching Barriers has a positive relationship and a significant influence on Customer Loyalty, and Inertia has a positive relationship and a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. From the results, it is recommended for marketers to consider expanding the benefits of their products by improving the quality of their products through Switching Barriers and Inertia to make customers loyal to their products even though there are many competitors offering other products. Keywords: switching barriers, inertia, customer loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak : Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Walaupun didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana serta sumber daya yang berlebihan, tetapi tanpa dukungan sumber daya manusia yang andal, kegiatan dalam sebuah instansi/perusahaan tidak akan terselesaikan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Manado. Populasi penelitian ini pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Manado. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin di dapat sebanyak 56 responden. Metode penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan maupun parsial lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan dinas pendapatan daerah kota manado, sebaiknya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan beban kerja karyawan agar optimal dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, beban kerja

Abstract

Marketing is very important to the success of the company, marketing is used by employers as a tool to influence consumers, especially in making a purchase of a product. Consumer purchasing decision is a very important activity for the company, as one goal obtaining profits to the company. This study aimed to determine the influence of product quality, and consumer perception to purchase decision on canon DSLR camera in Manado. Quality has a direct impact on the performance products and services and has a close relationship with the customer value and satisfaction. Consumers will reveal his behavior after the perception of what the decision will be taken in buying a product.Design research using survey, and research methods used multiple regression analysis method. It can be concluded Product Quality and Consumer Perception simultaneously influence the purchase decision Canon DSLR Camera in Manado. And in partial, Product Quality and Consumer Perception significantly influence the purchase decision Canon DSLR Camera in Manado. PT. Datascrib management need to improve product quality and perceptions of consumer, this can be done marketing activities to increase sales and market share. Abstract

The needs of people are usually accompanied by a desire to have the latest vehicles that follow the trend is an opportunity that must be met. jazz and Yaris cars into favorite consumers in Manado. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is significance influence between Culture, Social, Personal, and Psychological on Customer Buying Decision of All New Jazz and All New Yaris in Manado. The method of this research is purposive analysis and the data is obtained from questionnaire that distribute to the consumer All New Jazz and All New Yaris. The analysis method Independent Sample T-Test All New Jazz and All New Yaris in Manado. Based on the research that has been conducted, the result showed that Culture, Social, Personal, and Psychological. There’s no significant differences in Customer Buying Decision based on Culture Factor and Social Factor between All New Jazz and All New Yaris in Manado. However, there’s significant differences in Customer Buying Decision based on Social and Psychological Factor between All New Jazz and All New Yaris in Manado.
