Abstract

Village development programs are a major concern of the central government. This is manifested in Law no. 6 of 2014 and the substantial distribution of village funds. Villages have considerable authority and resources in realizing the objectives of the village development program. However, the village development process should be monitored and evaluated so that the planned objectives can be realized.This study aims to build an application software that can be used as an instrument to perform monitoring, evaluation and prediction in the process of village development. The method used is a prototyping software engineering method that involves the user and adapted to the dashboard development methodology. Stages of dashboard development consist of identification key perfomance indicator, analysis, function design, dashboard design, and testing.This research produces a web based application software with desapandai.com domain, which can be used to assist village administration in monitoring, evaluation and decision making in village development process.

Abstract

The application created are used to analyze which thesis preference subject suits students academic performance based on their academic grades. The application also provide online academic consultations features which students can use for their academic consultations. To find their thesis preference, the application use decision tree method with C4.5 algorithm. Testing prediction system using students data from 2012 to 2015 who have found their thesis preference. The value data used is 32 mandatory courses in the Faculty of Information Technology before thesis preference. The application can run , use and perform well in accordance with the design made. Testing is to compare the accuracy of the selected tree model build from training data and the thesis preference students have selected. The average accuracy percentage of this a 72,6227%.

Abstract

The accuracy of search result using search engine depends on the keywords that are used. Lack of the information provided on the keywords can lead to reduced accuracy of the search result. This means searching information on the internet is a hard work. In this research, a software has been built to create document keywords sequences. The software uses Google Latent Semantic Distance which can extract relevant information from the document. The information is expressed in the form of specific words sequences which could be used as keyword recommendations in search engines. The result shows that the implementation of the method for creating document keyword recommendation achieved high accuracy and could finds the most relevant information in the top search results.

Abstract

STIPER Sriwigama Palembang is one of the high school agricultural sciences located in the city of Palembang. As with other universities, in the STIPER Sriwigama Palembang environment there are lecturers, staff and students. STIPER Sriwigama Palembang in informing about the presence of lecturers is currently still using a simple manual information board to display the names of lecturers present or not with a static, unattractive and inaccurate display. The purpose of this research is to build a dynamic digital information board where information in it can be arranged according to needs, which can be managed by the information section. This research uses Raspberry Pi which will connect the LED TV with the computer part information. This research will produce an information board that contains interesting features such as the use of running images and text and provide information about the presence of lecturers who are teaching or not teaching which can be arranged through the computer information section. Because it is still in the research process, the current output will be explained limited to the display design and also explained about the configuration of the Raspberry Pi 3 model B so that it can modify the LED TV into a digital information board.

Abstract

Success in competition in a business is related to the development of core competencies, strategic alignment and long-term strategic planning in order to maintain the competitive advantage of a business. A company needs alignment between IT strategy and Business Strategy. Planning IT Strategy is the first step between the processes of a company information system and is a guideline of the company's information system and the basis of implementation. This paper aims to discuss how to make appropriate IT strategic planning. After discussing the Strategic Alignment Model and the relationship between IT strategy and business strategy, it proposes strategic IT planning models based on business strategies, which consist of IT assessment and analysis, IT planning and design as well as IT implementation and design. Then, give an example to illustrate how to make IT strategic planning using the model. Sukses dalam persaingan dalam sebuah bisnis terkait dengan pengembangan kompetensi inti, keselarasan strategi dan perencanaan strategis jangka panjang agar dapat mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dari sebuah bisnis. Sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan keselarasan antara strategi IT dan Strategi Bisnis. Perencanaan Strategi IT merupakan langkah pertama antara proses dari sebuah sistem informasi perusahaan dan merupakan pedoman dari system informasi perusahaan serta dasar pelaksanaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagaimana membuat perencanaan strategis IT yang tepat. Setelah membahas Model Keselarasan Strategis dan hubungan antara IT strategi dan strategi bisnis, itu mengusulkan IT strategis model perencanaan didasarkan pada strategi bisnis, yang terdiri IT penilaian dan analisis, perencanaan dan desain IT serta implementasi dan desain IT. Kemudian, memberikan contoh untuk menggambarkan bagaimana membuat perencanaan strategis IT dengan menggunakan model tersebut.

Abstract

The application of Indonesian and Malaysian batik image classification using the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) and Modified Discriminant Analysis (MDA) method is an introduction application that is used to classify images in the form of batik. Making this application uses the Java programming language to run feature retrieval methods, namely Color Histogram and Daubechies Wavelet and classification methods, namely LDA and MDA. Testing is done by blackbox testing method and confusion matrix. Tests are performed using color features, texture features, and a combination of training images and new test images. The best percentage test results are testing using color features, whereas with texture and the combination of both features get a slightly lower test percentage result.Aplikasi klasifikasi citra batik Indonesia dan Malaysia dengan metode Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) dan Modified Discriminant Analysis (MDA) merupakan aplikasi pengenalan yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi citra berupa batik. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk menjalankan metode pengambilan fitur yaitu Color Histogram dan Daubechies Wavelet dan metode pengklasifikasian yaitu LDA dan MDA. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing dan matriks konfusi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan fitur ciri warna, ciri tekstur, dan gabungan dari citra latih dan citra uji baru. Hasil persentase pengujian terbaik adalah pengujian dengan menggunakan ciri warna, sedangkan dengan ciri tekstur dan gabungan mendapatkan hasil persentase pengujian sedikit rendah.

Abstract

English is an international language, and the age of globalization now, especially in science and technology. Techniques used using web crawlers combined with an English word guess game. The process is done the user chooses the vocabulary categories to be played for guessing words, then will appear the composition of one word of some of the letters to guess the answer of the question that will appear. The long-term goal of this research is the creation of an interactive English word guessing app for students and students ranging from Elementary School to Higher Education  Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional, dan jaman globalisasi sekarang, khususnya dalam sains dan teknologi. Dari renstra penelitian di Universitas Mercu Buana topik penelitian yang dibutuhkan merupakan terkait dengan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Kemudian, khususnya pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Teknik yang dipakai menggunakan web crawler dikombinasikan dengan permainan tebak kata bahasa Inggris. Proses yang dilakukan adalah pengguna memilih kategori kosa kata yang akan dimainkan untuk tebak katanya, kemudian akan tampil susunan satu kata dari beberapa huruf tersebut untuk ditebak jawaban dari pertanyaan yang akan tampil. Target pencapaian jangka panjang riset ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi permainan tebak kata Bahasa Inggris yang interaktif terhadap siswa dan mahasiswa mulai dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar sampai Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

In this era, traditional technologies such as having servers and various kinds of hardware have been abandoned by large companies, which are turning to cloud computing technology. This technology makes it easier for companies to run their business. Of the many cloud computing service providers, Amazon Web Service (AWS) is one of the first and biggest service providers. Problems that occur in the use of cloud computing technology is the provision of access rights in data management. AWS has a service to manage access control for each service, namely Identity and Access Management (IAM). This service seeks to prevent activities that lead to security breaches. The results obtained are in the form of groups that can access AWS services according to the role given. Pada era ini, teknologi tradisional seperti memiliki server dan berbagai macam hardware telah ditinggalkan oleh perusahaan besar, yang beralih pada teknologi cloud computing. Teknologi ini memudahkan perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Dari banyaknya penyedia layanan cloud computing, Amazon Web Service (AWS) adalah salah satu penyedia layanan pertama dan yang terbesar. Masalah-masalah yang terjadi dalam penggunaan teknologi cloud computing adalah pemberian hak akses dalam melakukan manajemen data. AWS memiliki suatu layanan untuk mengatur kendali akses pada setiap layanan yaitu Identity and Access Management (IAM). Layanan ini berupaya mencegah aktivitas yang mengarah pada pelanggaran keamanan. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa group yang dapat mengakses layanan AWS sesuai dengan role yang diberikan.

Abstract

Phone or smartphone and online shop, there is something that cannot be separated with human. There are so many type of smartphones show up in the market that people are confused on which one to get on the online stores. Smartphones recognition is done by using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient to recognize shapes of phones, Color Quantization to recognize the color, and Local Binary Pattern to recognize texture of the phones. The output of the Feature Extractor is a feature vector which is used on the LVQ to process recognize through finding the smallest Euclidean Distance between the trained vectors. The result of this paper is an application that can recognize 16 phone types using the image with the accuracy of 9.6%. Pada saat ini, ponsel dan toko online merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari manusia. Begitu banyak jenis ponsel bermunculan setiap tahunnya sehingga menyebabkan manusia bingung dalam mengenali ponsel tersebut. Pada program pengenalan ponsel ini digunakan Histogram of Oriented Gradient untuk mengambil fitur berupa bentuk ponsel, Color Quantization untuk mengambil fitur warna, dan Local Binary Pattern untuk mengambil fitur tekstur ponsel. Hasil dari pengambilan fitur berupa fitur vektor yang digunakan pada Learning Vector Quantization untuk proses pengenalan dengan mencari nilai terkecil Euclidean Distance antara vektor fitur dengan vektor bobot terlatih. Hasil dari program pengenalan ini yaitu program dapat melakukan pengenalan terhadap 16 jenis ponsel dengan akurasi sebesar 9.6%.

Abstract

The traffic signs are signs with specific shape and symbols, letters, numbers, or words which have the aim to warn or inform the road users. However, there are many road users who are not aware of the meaning of each signs. In this research, we develop an application which can classify a road sign image into three classes, priority four-way crossroad, do-not-park sign, and follow-this-road sign. Initially, the system will do preprocessing step such as grays calling, histogram equalization, and input image segmentation. Next, the feature extraction step will be conducted, namely the spatial moment feature extraction, normalized centering, and color statistics. Lastly, the feature representation from both extraction methods will be used to classify the image using K-nearest neighbor. Experiment result shows that the combination of both feature extraction methods gives promising result. From 21 training images and 15 testing images, the system can recognize the traffic signs with 100% accuracy with K=3, 86.6% with K=5, and 86.6% with K=7. Rambu lalu lintas merupakan salah satu alat perlengkapan jalan dalam bentuk tertentu yang memuat lambang, huruf, angka, kalimat yang digunakan untuk memberikan perintah, larangan, peringatan dan petunjuk bagi pengguna jalan agar tertib berlalu lintas. Namun, banyak di antara pengguna jalan yang belum mengetahui arti dari setiap rambu lalu lintas yang terpasang.Pada penelitian ini, dibuatlah suatu aplikasi yang mampu melakukan klasifikasi citra rambu ke dalam 3 kelas yaitu: peringatan simpang empat prioritas, larangan parkir dan perintah memasuki jalur atau lajur yang ditunjuk. Mula-mula sistem akan melakukan prapemrosesan seperti seperti: grayscalling, histogram equalization, dan segmentasi pada citra input. Selanjutnya, tahap ekstraksi ciri akan dilakukan pada citra hasil pra-pemrosesan. Adapun metode ekstraksi ciri yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah ekstraksi fitur momen spasial dan pusat ternormalisai (momen) dan ekstraksi fitur statistika warna (warna). Terakhir, nilai fitur yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode tersebut akan diklasifikasi mengguakan K-Nearest Neighbor. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa metode ekstraksi fitur gabungan momen-warna memberikan hasil yang menjanjikan. Dari 21 citra latih dan 15 citra uji yang digunakan, sistem mampu mengenali rambu dengan tepat 100% pada K=3 , 86,6% pada K=5, dan 86,6% pada K=7.
